All the girls thereare extremely rude

Very dishonest people I wont come back here and I wont recommend anyone to come to this place

Love my metro pcs...only phone company ive dealt with for years. I recently was helped at the joppa Md store. My associate..Aisha Khursheed helped me above and beyond what im sure alot of people would return year after year for the type of service i received today. I have always been treated with great kindness at my metro pcs stores. Customer forever...and will definitely be returning to joppa for help from my new friend ..Aisha. Thank you for all your help!!

Literally the worst customer service ive ever seen. They sit there eating and on their phone when you walk in, they are extremely rude every time you speak to them and honestly it seems like they dont WANT buisness...go 4 minutes away to the one on handon road for way better experience, that one is connected to the head store in aberdeen, while this location is owned by someone else...

Terrible service, all the girls there are very rude. Ive even tried to call the store phone and they have forwarded me to voicemail twice. ridiculous.
