The people at this location are fantastic. They had me in and out quickly with my new device. Thier level of knowledge about the devices is great. I definitely found the only store I will be going to for all my T-Mobile needs. If you your looking for excellent service and knowledgeable people make sure you go to this location.

Yesterday and today I received help from Lance at Tmobile Edgewood. He is the nicest, most polite and efficient sales person Ive ever met. Lance not only met my needs but truly exceeded my expectations. Thank you to this dedicated employee!

They are very friendly when youre buying, but if you want to return something, because you are unhappy with the product, they become real unfriendly. Plus the music is loud and very unpleasant. Ill never shop here again. So unprofessional.

Tashia was our T-mobile representative and she was nothing short of amazing! Super helpful got us the plan an phones we wanted all while dealing with my sick baby and anxious 9 year old! I would highly recommend this location even while helping us multiple people came into the store and were greeted and helped along with us. Overall great experience and great customer service!

This T-mobile store just opened not too long ago and the service is great! When I went in the ladies at the front desk (Tina and Genera) were informative and competent. They helped me pick out a new phone 10 explained new deals that T-mobile was offering. I got in and out in a timely manner too!

Came in today to get a case and screen protector for my phone. Tynetta I believe is how you spell her name helped me. She was very professional and answered all my questions and was very helpful with installing the screen protector for me. Even after the first screen protector wasn’t installed right, she got another one and fixed it. I’m not on this carrier but if I ever need any accessories for my phone I will be sure to come here since it’s right down the street.

Lance Blake is TOPS !!!I Desperately needed help with my phone. I use my phone for my work so many people count on me, today, after 7 different places and no help, I cold called TMobile on Pulaski Hwy. Lance was kind and efficient and helped so many people by taking the time(he was so patient) to help an extremely frazzled social worker on a Saturday.

Went to the Tmobile store in edgewood to see about switching from Metro. Spoke to Josh Abramson he was patient and very professional. He answered all my questions helped me switch me and my son over. I recommend everybody go see him.

I run into a whole lot of issues with Tmobile which cost me so much because the store manager was not upfront in dealing with me. Very disappointed customer. I had to be on the phone with the customer service reps for more than 5 hours to resolve the mess that he placed me into. Make sure you understand and have evidence of anything Will tells you concerning your plans and your bill as well as Tmobile deals.

Had a great time here everyone was down to earth and Tynetta which was the rep that help me deserve 10 stars

It sucks because these guys lack management to other employees, they told me almost 2 months ago i have been hired and a email has been sent, they claim they called me, but they never did, cooperate never called me bc i called them and they said they didnt bc its not their position to have to call an employee, so if you guys wanna work for t-mobile go find another one thats reliable💁🏼‍♂️

Way more than I had expected! Morgan was AWESOME! I love going to upgrade and the associate not being aggravated or standoffish. Im so glad to have such awesome reps within a half mile of my home. Morgan said she would call to see how things were going, with the rest of the setup, and she did. Even when she made the phone call to check up to see if we needed any assistance, she was still just as personable. The 2 men working in the store were awesome as well. I wish I knew names because they all deserve this positive feedback. I told Morgan what I was there for, 2 upgrades, 2 cases, screen protection, she was on top of her game! She had the key ready to unlock the items I had picked out. Other stores in the past, Id stand and wait at the item I needed unlocked, not here, she was what I needed yesterday, to make the experience as enjoyable as it should be. Upgrading is always exciting but we all know it is a little hectic as well, with making sure we dont lose anything stored in our device. Oh, and be grateful to know that they have 2 reps use a light to make sure your drivers license is authentic, as well as the cash you hand them. Some customers get bothered by this, when really we should be thankful to know that they are not going to let someone to pretend to be you, and rack up on merchandise! THANK YOU TMOBILE EDGEWOOD, WOODBRIDGE CENTER LOCATION. You exceeded my expectations. Especially you Morgan!
