A few years ago, I started going to the JCPenney salon and still do today because of Kelly Morgan, who’s an amazing hair stylist there! I have never left the salon disappointed when she did my hair because she always did an amazing job. She also makes such good conversations and has such an optimistic personality! I always look forward to having her do my hair!!

Although this store was short staffed and in disarray, the staff that was there was very helpful and courteous. Can find good deals if you were willing to look and pick thru the racks. Would recommend trying to find what you need.

One of the few clothing stores left in the area and this one is a mess. I feel as if your associates do not care how the store looks, there is stuff all over the floors. The few cashiers working are super rude. The online pick up is not organized well. I waited over 15 minutes to pick up my order. I have never waited this long at any other store. (There was only 2 people in front of me.) I wanted to try out the online pick up and I am not going to even bother again. I will order from somewhere else and even pay shipping if I have to.

Great sales on big guy clothing, even bought a new gold chain there.

I see Kelly Morgan stylist at JCPenney salon. She always asks me questions to find out what I want. My color and cut turn out beautiful each time! We enjoy visiting too. Love her upbeat personality! I always look forward to seeing Kelly!

Prices are ok if buying sale items. Difficult to figure out where there is a register to check out.

Was told I would get 35% off by signing up for a loyalty card. After a long tireless survey the lady said she wasnt able to give me the full discount but instead gave me about 3% off. Dishonest scam.

They are kinda pricey in general but the sales are good. A fair selection of all items you might be looking for. Staff was very helpful

Holy hell, what happened to JCPenney? Used to be everyone wanted to shop here. Now its quiet and extremely boring. Layout is confusing, finding a cashier is a joke unless youve been here shopping enough to know where they are hiding. Mens clothing barely exists anymore. Womens clothing department feels like its all designed by someone who THINKS they know fashion, but fail miserably. Staff ignore you. Neat

Some things can be over priced, but always find something. Customer service is friendly but seem bored at times.

Seemed tough to get help there. Had to hunt ppl down and there were ppl working all over but too busy to do customer service. My son is very happy with his new threads but I felt I worked too hard finding them or finding an open register to pay for them

Great sales very helpful staff the only problem was everything was a mess mens jeans were a disaster nothing on the shelf was in the right spot nothing was folded so that was a little frustrating also very limited selection in the mens shoe department for athletic shoes

Took my son there for prom shopping his shoes were very Sharp. Only costed $20 but is white button-up collared shirt cost $60

I have been going to this salon for years! They have always done a fantastic job with everything I needed done. They are a major asset to the Eau Claire Community and surrounding smaller communities.

They had a nice select of tall sizes for not. And not just big and tall like some places. They actually had medium tall and large tall sizes on the racks.

Jcpenny is great for finding things you cant find anywhere else. Its always a good way to start and end your mall visit. Never know what you will find

I had an AMAZING experience with Will in the mens area in the eau claire Wisconsin store. He was all about making the situation right. Amazing customer relation skills. I cant say enough positive things about him!!

Grabbed a few items from sale rack, sale price was not honored because one of the reps hadnt gotten around to changing the sign yet 😠 will be shopping elsewhere. Used to be my favorite place for childrens clothing.

Kelly at the JcPenny Salon in Oakwood Mall is amazing! She is very experienced, thoughtful, professional, and an all around great person. Highly recommend to anyone. Her goal is make you feel wonderful and I have to full heartedly say that she nails it every time!

This store has a lot of product, I am just not willing to pay the prices. It isnt that they arent friendly, I overheard many of the customer service workers and they were all extremely friendly. It is all about how much money I am willing to part with.

Stopped in today to order custom Bali window shades. There was a 40% off, plus 15% off sale. In addition, I had $70 in rewards. The shades are high quality and Im very happy with the service provided by Janet. JCPenney is a great place for window coverings.

Everyone was head over heels for my grandson&very friendly. My daughter got an AMAZING price due to sales&signing up for an instore card. Clean,organized&great team of workers on the day we went!

I really like J.C. Pennys. The sad part is we no longer have one in Wausau. So a couple times a year I get to go one in Appleton or Eau Claire.

Im disappointed! It seems that JCPenney wants the customer to shop online instead of shopping in the store. I specifically waited to go school shopping because of the chance to get 20, 30, or 50%. WHAT A SCAM! Apparently there was a while supplies last at the store ; but a person still could get the deal on line?! A great example of NOT keeping your brick and mortar alive!

This place is really hit or miss. sometimes you will wander in and find that amazing shirt that you didnt know existed. other times, youll walk in seeking a very specific attachment for a blender and the staff will stare at you like youre from Mars as you show them the model number of what youre seeking.

Girls behind counter were super friendly but one cashier was sitting on a stool the whole time and seemed to not be feeling very well. Im sorry, but send her home! And she was the one cashiering! The other girl, who seemed fine, was just standing there!

This is a smaller JC Penney but its nice. They have everything Im always looking for. One thing I thought was strange was when I was looking for dresses in the Junior department, there were none. All the dresses were in a central location, not according to size/dept.

Some people think JCPenney is very expensive to shop at.the truth is if you shop there all the time and you get there discounts its very reasonable I did great this Christmas shopping there. I hope more people will shop at JCPenney. We dont need more stores closing.

Was inside the store looking for a sectional couch cover. I asked an older representative after patiently waiting for 15 minutes if she knew if the store provided them or not. She rudely said no as if I bothered her and was very unprofessional. Not to mention the store was a complete utter mess.

Got a text and phone message that my online order was ready. When I got to the store, only one item had arrived. Both older female employees (one in her 80s and one in her 50s) weren’t apologetic but just said that happens sometimes; items are shipped at different times. I try to say that’s fine but can’t you double check the order and inform me that my whole order isn’t ready. It’s inconvenient for me to drive cross town twice in two days. They didn’t seem to really care and didn’t offer any solutions. Do yourself a favor: shop at Kohl’s. Their Kohls coupons are a better deal, and employees actually smile and seem to be trained in customer service.
