A must stop shopping. They have most everything you need in a home to decorate.

They had nice stuff just nothing I wanted right now.

First time in here. A lot of unique home goods that you really wont be able ti find elsewhere, other than maybe online. The lost shocking part was how good everything was priced. We will be going back.

First time at Homegoods. All in all we were very pleased.We went there for kitchen items. They did not have the two main items we were looking for. But we found other kitchen gadgets we didnt even know we needed.(wanted. :) ) We will be going back.

Will never shop here again. I called ahead to ask if they were dog friendly because we are from out of town and i dont feel comfortable leaving them inside my vehicle. We were doing our shopping. My pups are extremely well mannered minus my 10 month old lab who will occasionally woof when he gets overly excited. As we were grabbing our last item. Mind you, i have an entire cart loaded full. (Only went in there for dog treats) the lady said they had complaints of them being unruly. Which they WERE NOT! She stated that they were growling which they werent. She told me to pit them in my vehicle which it is a hott dat. So NO WAY! I could see her asking ne to maybe wrap up my shopping because they had complaints but this qas not the case. If they were pulling and barking i would never have taken then inside the store. Im nit typically one for writing reveiws but dont claim to he dog friendly if you are not. You obviously do not value nr as q customers. I sjop at my tjmaxx/homegoods store regularly with my pups and NEVER have had an issue! I hope that your complaining customer gives you more business than me. But i doubt it! Lol

I went in to the store today to look for a few items. A girl greeted me at the entrance and it is clear they are taking CoVid precautions seriously. I appreciated this. I wandered the aisles and found some items I was interested in. However as I was nearing the front of the store to purchase some items, I overheard a manager say how her team did not know the store that well. It was as if they were on a hunt to find something. As I started to head towards the front checkout counter with a glass vase and floral arrangement, the entire staff comes running up to the front of the store trying to beat one another to something. I was almost knocked over by one of the girls running up front. I understand team building activities can help, but this should not be done in the store while customers are around. There were six different employees running towards the front all yelling and screaming while not paying attention to customers at all. I realize it may have been a slow day, but I do not feel like being plowed into by someone who is just goofing around. I set my items down and left. I don’t need to then stand at the front counter and wait for someone to notice I might want to purchase something since their goofing off clearly takes priority than physical safety of their customers.

New favorite store. It should be your first stop for home items including fancy dishes, wall art, sophisticated foodie items, and towels and bedding. Fun place to explore. Always has something new.

My family loves this store, never know what treasures we will find. I lucked out one day and got a bag of my dogs food for $30, was amazed. Always find all sorts of goodies.

I really like home goods. They have a big assortment of stuff to decorate your home. They also have stuff for pets at great prices. The staff is always friendly. There is rarely a wait at the checkout line. The prices are good for the quality you get.

Dishonest lazy worker lied about the store capacity. I came more than 40 min before closing time and they said they were closing soon and store reached their store capacity. I was ready to leave and from a car I saw how a shopper left the store (means that one person could come in) and they still refused another woman to come in (40 min before closing) Hopefully not all the staff is not so lazy as was this girl standing near the entrance ( the chunky girl with dark hair braided June 5 th , Eau Claire home goods store at 6 18 pm.) Otherwise, very good store but dishonesty kills everything.

Store manager Bailey is the reason for this one star review. He made me super uncomfortable and would not listen when I told him I wanted to load my larger item in my car myself. I could’ve loaded it faster and without scratching my car. Doesn’t seem like someone who should be in a manger’s position...

Very clean, neat and orderly store. A good selection of items but not too many to overwhelm my wife. The prices were reasonable and the associates were friendly. We will definently be going back to find more decor!

I enjoy the variety of items that are offered with Home Goods. I very rarely come out of there without something in my cart. One disappointment is some of the upholstered furniture and wood furniture has a distinct smell. Ive had to return to different items that once they have been in my home the varnish or whatever materials are using has been overwhelming. I was unable, even after almost a week, able to get the smell out. Other than that, its a great place to find some good deals on furnishings, food, and childrens items.

Wonderful service when I attempted to buy matching lampshades. They didnt have the ones I wanted, so they made it right with discounting the lamp. Thanks.

Loaded with goodies, from furniture to kitchen to pet needs. I never leave empty handed, beautiful name brand things at a fair discounted prices. I got a lovely Vera Wang blanket 100% cotton, soft and comfy, just what I was looking for. I also picked out some Yankee candles, and a few other things I felt I just couldnt live without. So, plan to find more than you need, and lots of more that you want lol.

The staff is amazing. So helpful and the products are wonderful. The manager was there the last time I was in the store - I wasnt able to put something I purchased in my vehicle. The sales person was so helpful but the manager came over and almost scolded in front of me. I felt awful for her. When I went to go pick it back up in a different vehicle - he did the same thing. Overall, great store but I wouldnt work with the manager if possible.

Excellent store with great pricing and goodies that are for the home, kitchen and furniture. The store location is great next to TJ Maxx and now we just need a Marshalls too. Plenty of parking too

Its great see them come to Eau Claire because they have such a selection of everything you need for your home and the prices are great. The deals variety throughout the store. Parking for the shopping center is decent and the staff is great at this location.
