***AUTO AND TIRE CENTER***We dont live near here and ran into too many issues with our car. We called, got an appointment, and came in to find some extremely helpful employees. Not only did they find us the best price for tires, they took the time to explain to us what may need to be done in the future if we decide to keep our car.The auto and tire center was clean, accommodating, and helpful. 10/10 would recommend especially if cars are not your thing!So glad we broke down here!

Average fleet farm. With very good popcorn for gasoline customers that go in the gas station.

The sales staff was great. I bought tires and the man Dave I worked was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Also the man that helped me to get the Farm Fleet charge card was efficient.

Found everything I was looking for but long lines at the checkouts but it is getting into the Holiday season.

They have hunting gear including clothing, rifles, ammo, and many other hunting related items. They have boating things, very nice life jackets, fishing supplies, and other outdoor type stuff. Very nice automotive section, with many things that are just not carried elsewhere, great food stuff, grilling section, clothes and toys galore!

Once again Mark handled everything professionally, expeditiously and accurately. He is truly dedicated to customer service but also educates customers on policy and process to facilitate realistic customer expectations. All companies need to recognize seasoned employees that have the ability to convey this information to customers. They should be videotaped and then recognized by management both from a performance standpoint and financially. He and Pat Devini in the online order pickup area are the reason I drive past Farm and Fleet in Chippewa Falls WI to shop at Fleet Farm in Eau Claire.

Stopped in on Saturday afternoon about 4 p.m. Picked up our items and headed to the checkouts. There were 2! only 2 checkouts open! The lines were 5 people deep. Even though we waited to check out we vowed to never step into this store again.Always a long wait. Interesting the day before we were at Farm and Fleet and they had staff waiting to check you out and they were very busy. It seems they value your time and business.

Nice store but prices are a little high. Didnt have either of the items we were looking for. Bit lots of things are in short supply lately

I like how big this fleetfarm is. They have amazing selection on clothes, hunting accessories and holiday stuff. Staff is very friendly and its very easy to navigate inside the store.

I went to three stores before I came here for a men’s 3XL jacket and I found it here they have everything men’s so anything you need for your man is here

Had my brand new tires installed by Fleet Farm in Menomonie, WI auto. From the mechanics here in Eau Claire, WI Fleet Farm auto, they discovered that my tires were installed incorrectly by mechanics at the Menomonie, Wi Fleet Farm. I was very thankful for the discovery and they were able to fix it. Go to Eau Claire, WI Fleet Farm auto, NOT Menomonie, WI Fleet Farm auto.

This is one big place. Many different products and brands to choose from for your home, farm or business. Merchandise is placed in a manner which makes it easier to find. No problem just in case. The workers/associates are quite knowledgeable about the products FF sells.

We bought a kids Coleman Go-cart for our twins birthday in July. We should have known there was something up with it when it came assembled with gas and oil in it (suggesting its been returned once already). It has not been able to run and drive at the same time at all; not even once. Over $700 and they wouldnt let us return it immediately, forced us to deal with coleman. What a couple of joke (both parties). We paid $700 for something that should operate, but does not. That is not right. Both the Eau Claire fleet farm and coleman lost customers.

Went to the sporting goods/hunting department to ask a quick question about a firearm I had purchased from them. I had misplaced the original operation manual and wanted to clarify a few details. The sales person was quite dismissive and couldnt be bothered to do any more than read the cryptic stampings on the barrel. (Which I had already done.) I guess I would expect an employee who works in a department to have (or be able to look up) such information in the manufacturers literature for an major item that they sell. Silly me I guess.

Painful in its layout. Not a lot of helpful staff. Nothing glaringly wrong with the shopping experience per se but I definitely didnt feel welcome.

First, I love Fleet Farm. Unfortunately the lady working the counter in the fire arms section this day was incredibly terse, lacked personality, and a sense of humor.HOWEVER, they did have 9mm ammunition in stock, in abundance, and for $18.98 for a box of 50. I havent experienced that since pre-covid times.

My wife and I spent the better part of an hour shopping and gathering the items we were going to purchase and we waited about another 15 minutes in the checkout line. This is all completely normal and expected for retail. The issue we had was when we finally made it to the cashier to pay for our items, he told us that he was going to go help a different customer somewhere else in the store,( I do not remember the specifics)and told us to go to the next checkout line and start waiting again. That was very disrespectful and unprofessional in my opinion. I do not plan to go back there any time soon, which is a shame because I loved shopping there.

Fleet farm is a great place to visit if you need sporting goods or farm/home repairs. They have a huge selection of nuts and bolts from average to the goofy things that are hard to find. You can get everything from vegetable plants and flowers to bee keeping supplies and hunting calls. If you shop in store you can get a four cents off per gallon coupon for gas which is used at their gas station right next door. They have free popcorn when you purchase fuel and a clean convenience store. I can occasionally find better prices on some items at nearby stores but Fleet Farm price matches so I don’t have to go to five different stores to get what I need.

Had never been there but they have good prices on dog food. Very nice store.

As a Southerner visiting from Georgia, let me just say, you guys need to migrate down South!! I loved this place. It is the quintessential One Stop Shop! I honestly could have stayed for hours to browse but didnt have the time.

I love fleet farm always have but my experience that I had June 6, 2021 was very upsetting. Im a thick ish girl I know that but I also have a lot of muscle structure. I was wearing a crop top and shorts, mind you everything important was covered, I walked through the entrance with my mom and brother and hot asked to leave because what I was wearing was inappropriate. A girl right after me was wearing shorter shorts than me and wasnt stopped but she was also smaller than me. Thank you at least to the sweet lady at the service desk for letting her manager know about the situation and told me I was absolutely fine and continued me shopping.

Stopped by their greenhouse. Oh, my!! Beautiful, extra healthy vibrant plants everywhere! This was really a fun place to shop for Spring flowers. Perennials and annuals. 🌻⚘🌷🌺🌹

Went to the new Fleet farm in Eau Claire on Old Town hall Rd. This is the 3rd time at this location looking for some ammunition for a friend. I talked to the employee behind the counter,,and asked him if they had some 380. He said no they didnt, I asked if they had sold out of it. He replied that they didnt carry that caliber EVER. I told him my Brother just purchased a 380 there yesterday and also bought a 100rds of ammo for it, so I asked him if he was calling my Brother a liar and he replied YES. I went to see my Brother to see the recipe and he had purchased it there,ammo too. To treat customers like this is unprofessional and rude. I WILL . This employee should be terminated for his Incompetent and behavior. EVER GO TO THIS BUSINESS EVER AGAIN . D

Huge new store. Lots of great deals all the time. Staff is great and friendly. The supply of some things is not the best. Ammo and guns I understand but they run out of many fishing items often. I find myself always going to Scheels after a trip to FF cause they will have what I want just a lot more money for it. Was super surprised to see all the weeds and grass growing in their new islands in the parking lot as well. Great store with some room for improvement.

Big store with large outdoor and pet sections. Its a one stop store that has a little bit of everything,including a small grocery sectuon,and a gas station. Some of the prices I thought were good ,and some items I thought I could get cheaper elsewhere. If you like farm and fleet but live south of Eau Claire,you will like this store.

Nearly every time Fleet Farm has an online coupon deal this store will cancel the orders claiming to be out of stock to avoid fulfilling the order. When you go into the store personally the items are there. Unfortunately Fleet Farm has no website people to talk to so you have to fight with the store to get things resolved.

Seriously one of our favorite stores! Helpful, friendly folks too. 😀

I thought Farm and Fleet were the only stores that moved displays so customers have to walk through entire store to find what they came for. Easier to just leave and go to Menards

I drove over 20 miles to get this product cause it was on sale and I look at there website before hand says In stock got there ask one of the fleet farm sales people and he said we are out I told him the website says u have them and the sales person just walk away get your act together fleet farm from now on its Scheels they had what I was looking for and they even price matched!!!

Great service. Drive up ordering is great. Need to plan ahead though as they can take up to four hours to get your order ready.

Large buildingGun selection was very limited and the two staff seemed good at saying no we dont carry that nor can we order it and then returning to their conversation.

I think this store is poorly organized. It can be difficult to find what you need. They do have buttons stationed around the store that will page an employee to help you, that is a nice feature. The order online, pick up in store is a great idea, but usually the items we want arent available at the Eau Claire location in the quantity we need. They do have a nice garden center and they sell groceries and alcohol, which is handy. They also have a nice firearm section, though its been poorly stocked recently due to high demand. I dont like that the pet section and farm section are located at opposite ends of the store instead of next to each other. Any time we go here, there are only two checkouts open. This causes longer lines and wait times when we are supposed to be staying apart because of Covid.

No problems at all, friendly and helpful staff, plenty of check outs ect. I only wish they had the ammunition i was looking for. Very limited like everywhere else right now

I am a big fan of this store but there have been fewer employees on the floor to help answer questions or to locate product and they also seem to be having more difficulty getting in the products that they usually have in stock. That is the only reason for not receiving 5 stars.

Waited close to 45 minutes to pick up up pressure washer from their yard while other customers were in and out in no time. In the end they didnt even have it in stock. Time to start going back to farm and fleet in Chippewa

LUMBER THAT IS MUCH HIGHER IN QUALITY THAN MENARDS AND 50 CENTS LESS A 2X4. Employees were very helpful. Lumber yard needs to be organized better kind of a cluster and as long as they organize it and get lumber in stock theyll be outselling their competitors in no time.

I love this store, but I hate that they don’t have enough staff, and they put items in weird locations. It took me 45 minutes to find a simple plastic tarp, which in most stores, would be near automotive. I saw exactly one floor employee, in the entire time I was there. They’re not hard to see with bright Orange vests. It would be nice, if they would have a desk/kiosk for each department.

Enjoyed the shopping but the fishing area was under stocked probably since covid product is hard to get

Waited in line at customer service only to be told to get your Hunting license in the back, where we just came from, and there was no one back there.

Found what I needed at the Eau Claire location. To bad I have to drive that far to give them my business as Menomonie has gone bare bones.

Had what I wanted but had to search forever. Employees ignored me when I asked for assistance; not once but 3 times.

Its just too commercial and pricey and wouldnt ya know it, with that entire stock of car and truck stuff, they didnt have the two things i was looking for - exhaust cement and exhaust tape. Go figure.

More fishing tackle than i imagined, very pleased with this company and their prices are always fair.

The floor associates were very helpful and saved me a lot of walking.

I work there and the employee discount is really a help.

This location was so huge! First time Ive been to a Fleet Farm, it seems similar to a Tractor Supply Company. They have an extensive auto section and they also carry the brand of dog food that I feed my dogs - its not common and usually isnt in chain pet stores. The place was clean, well organized, and our cashier was helpful and friendly. There were some nice tires I had my eye on too, and they were a decent price. I will go here again.

Went to pick up an item I ordered online. Over 3 hours after I ordered was not ready for one item. They would not let me pick up the item before I received my email saying it was ready. VERY inconvenient, won’t be coming back for it when it is ready since I have an hour drive to this store, because you know farm and fleets are all over the place. Mind bottling they would rather lose a sale then perform their jobs of selling me an item.
