First time ever storing, and there was some sort of technological error where my unit/rental was closed before my actual move in date (including my promotions and pricing that were originally quoted) It was super weird and no fault to either party. BUT Ken helped me out to quickly correct the error, and was very kind. The process (minus the error), was very straight forward and quick. The building was super clean and easy to navigate.
