This CVS has the most appalling service i have ever seen. They turn any little thing into a major problem. I have used Good RX with a particular prescription every time but they still put it on insurance and when I ask them to change it she said come back in 20 minutes. Seriously. I have better things to do than wait 20 minutes for something that my CVS in Florida does in 1 minute. This is just the last straw, I am done with this CVS. I will get my prescriptions somewhere else, we have plenty of choices.
Picked up my prescription today for 30 tablets of my prescribed medication. Got home and counted them out, only to find 27 tablets. I might be able to understand being under or over by 1 tablet, but being shorted 3 tablets is totally unacceptable. Especially when this is not the first time this has happened. I worked as a pharmacy tech in my younger days and I was always trained to count the pills twice before putting them in the container. Obviously training at East Hampton CVS involves purposely shorting customers of their much needed (and overpriced) medications. Very disappointed.
This CVS has the nicest people working there now and they are incredibly efficient, kind, and professional. The pharmacy throughout COVID has been outstanding.
Would suggest taking down the phone numbers of people coming in for COVID tests at the start of the day. I drove thirty minutes to be told their computer system was down and they would be unable to preform the test. I understand they obviously could not access my phone number... but in the future I think taking down phone numbers and informing people would prevent this and save a lot of time on everyones end!
I wish I could leave zero stars. After 2.25 hours this pharmacy had STILL not filled an emergency prescription for asthma. Then with two minutes until closing replied, Sorry, were closing. Come back tomorrow with my husband STANDING there waiting. THIS pharmacy has just lost, not only my business, but the business of our entire family. Moving to Big Y.
I live out of state and had to fill a script but it was more expensive than where I live. ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service. Alan was awesome and the pharmacist was fast and attentive. The best CVS pharmacy experience Ive ever had. Thank you Alan
Applied my coupon to account via phone, everything went smooth from not living in area. My son Camren decided to turn store into a race track when I went to pay for items mind you being he is only 4yrs old on 08/30/18 an staff was exceptional the cashier lady was extremely patient an very kind. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT TRANSFER YOUR RX here. Its a painful painful experience every time I go here. People are rude, dont help with things that they clearly should like trying other discount coupon codes like ALL OTHER CVS locations do. On every single occasion I am told I have to pull back around, step out of line, etc. Worst worst worst customer service I have Ever experienced

I have never had to call my doctor to have him have to tell the pharmacist to fill a prescription that he, the doctor, ordered.Pharmacists are just that, pharmacists. NOT DOCTORS. My doctor of many years, was furious.
