I cant take certain generics (but the brand name is very expensive), and the pharmacists here have always been incredible about it. Both friendly and helpful, sometimes spending significant time on the phone with my insurance. Recently my mail script order from a different company got lost in the mail, and they talked through all my options with me and went out of their way to source a specific generic.
