A few days ago I called this location as I may need a storage unit in the near future. I had the pleasure of speaking with Shannon. She was very patient with me asking a bunch of questions and even offered to show me a few spaces. Not once did she make me feel like I was inconveniencing her and she remained professional throughtout our conversation. I chose Public Storage after having a negative experience with another facility and I am so glad. Thank you so much Shannon and Public Storage. Positives: 1) Max was very helpful and pleasant. Walked me through the steps and made it stress free. 2) She didn’t try to push any extra merchandise on me but offered them respectfully and professionally. Was pleasant when I declined.Negatives: 1) I’d have liked to have known about the storage insurance before I went in, so I could figure out my own options ahead of time. You feel roped in to getting their insurance last minute. There are three options $11,13,15 per month. Or something like that. However, if you have renters insurance, you could use that- but make those plans ahead of time. 2) One of the other staff members seemed upset when I wasn’t buying the extra products they were offering. Came off a bit rude:/Overall, nice facility so far.

Very dated and very expensive. Place is falling apart. I have items there but will be moving out soon . Price continuing to climb no security cameras water leaking poor customer service. Even the gate is broken more than it works. 5x5 costs $80 a month. Joke

Had a wonderful experience checking in with Khalif. He addressed all my questions professionally and made the process simple.20 months later, I had been away in lock-down due to the Covid-19 pandemic. I returned to find my lock cut off. Nobody mentioned this. I had to rent bolt cutters to cut off their lock. The door was jammed and once I started to move the door, it appeared that it was off the track on one side. I told the girl in the office and was NEVER told that the facility cut off locks that havent been used in over a year. I was across the country and only needed the storage for 10-12 weeks at the time. That changed.I returned to find my most valuable items, as well as some less valuable items, missing. I had obviously been robbed, there was obvious visible damage, but nobody at the facility cared. I believe they robbed me.I got a different story from the other office worker. Neither seemed confident in what they said and their body language yelled at me that they knew of the missing items, theft and their part in it, along with the door company that fixed the doors that didnt NEED repair.AVOID THIS PLACE! They cost me thousands and their insurance wont pay a claim or even return calls. THIEVES!

I was very impressed. Low prices, great location and easy to get in and out. I got the second floor and there is a big dolly to help get things to the unit and not a lot of stairs. Service is friendly and excellent!!!

I went in to Public Storage blind today, so to speak. I had no clue what I wanted, knew why I wanted, not sure what size would fit my needs etc. I met with Melinda who showed me everything, explained everything in detail and truthfully, sold it for me. She was kind, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, and patient. I asked a bunch of questions and she answered them all fully. I would definitely recommend this storage facility!
