A positive review that is long overdue! A couple months ago, I inherited a storage account that my family had setup while I was away. When it was time to take over, the general manager John C. couldn’t have made the transition easier. Wonderful communication all throughout the process, I am happy to do business with this CubeSmart location and highly recommend to those who need storage services as well.

Excellent facility and equally excellent employees. John Costa saved the day when we ran out of room in our existing unit and he set us up with another on the spot and in a convenient location. Very happy! Thanks to all the great staff!

The lack of customer service etiquette and accommodation is real at the East Brunswick, NJ location. General store manager John was very Kurt and not friendly. Both managers Leo and John were unwilling to accommodate a storage upgrade and keep their one month free promotion after only having my cube for two days. They did not care that I was cancelling my account with them and responded ok no problem because they werent willing to accommodate a customer. I was given a lock that is useless anywhere else but CubeSmart and was not offered a refund for such a useless lock after cancelling two days after. I will never be returning to that location nor any CubeSmart ever again. Experience ruined. Would not recommend. More customer service etiquette training is needed. The objective is to keep customers and not run them away two days after they signed up with you. Please do better.

After checking out other storage facilities, I knew I came to the right place to keep my belongings safe while I make a move. I was kindly greeted upon arrival by Leo and he showed me around several units to find the best fit for my needs. He was very friendly & answered all my questions & concerns. I was very happy to secure my unit the same day!

Excellent service.My stuff was untouched and climate controlled which was really good for the old couches we have. I’m so glad I had John as a a manager to help me out when I needed up leaving my keys in Florida. He was attentive and always nice.

Facility is clean, convenient location and has great service. When I first made a reservation I wasn’t sure of the exact date I needed it. Leo and the other staff members worked with me to change my date multiple times. Upon obtaining a unit Leo was helpful in answering all my questions and showed me different size options. When I was moving my belongings into storage, I realized my unit was too small. I went into the office and John (GM) helped me get a larger unit in real time. The process was unbelievable fast and the movers that I hired did not have to wait at all for the change of units. John was extremely professional, courteous and handled all my needs without any issues. I highly recommend this facility.

This facility is so accommodating for any size unit you need. I was checking out storage places and after just one visit I found a great size here. It is clean, affordable and very well built. It is all climate controlled and lit up for a comfortable visit any time you must visit it for your belongings.Our salesman Leo and Lenny, of the office staff were very helpful with our questions and decisions. A great find!

What a great facility - super clean, organized, well run. My friend & I rented spaces the same day and dealt with Leo - what a pleasure! He took his time with us, explained everything, even showed us multiple spaces to make sure we were renting the right size space for our needs. The office atmosphere is unfriendly. I didnt feel comfortable dealing with the manager. The cube I saw was clean. The manager gave me a cube close to the elevator. While filling out paperwork the manager was very forceful and I didnt care for his attitude. He didnt explain the lease and never explained why I had to purchase their insurance and forced me to buy their lock. Manager tells me to out lock on cube after purchasing but didnt show me how to get to the cube again. I complained about the staff in this location. I wouldnt recommend renting from this location.

First time using storage. Chose cubesmart, its closest to my home. Its new didnt have any expectation before going there. But the team really impressed me. John, Leni and Leo- all are so humble professional and kind. The experience is so pleasant. As a customer thats very essential. I highly recommend this place to anyone. God bless them.

As someone thats had to move a handful of times in recent years this was the 4th time Ive had to get a storage unit from a 4th different storage franchise. This CubeSmart has to be the cleanest storage building Ive ever been to. I also like that fact theyve put carpeting down which keeps the noise to a minimum when rolling a heavy cart through the echoey hallways.Thank you to John Costa and his staff who were beyond professional and helped my wife and I decide which size unit would suit us best.Would definitely recommend this CubeSmart to anyone in the market for a storage unit.

I met with the staff at CubeSmart in East Brunswick Leo/John. They were super accommodating. Addressed all my concerns. Leo/John were professional and courteous through my walkthrough. I was shown various size units. They asked what Id be storing and provided knowledge based unit size for my needs. The location is brand new you - You owe it yourself to visit!

The entire storage process could not have been easier at CubeSmart in East Brunswick. Moving is already stressful enough especially with needing transitional storage, but Leo & John were patient and accommodating with every question and concern.

Before I review, I just want to give some background information.I tend to move around about once a year due to work obligations and have probably stored my belonging at 15 different facilities with different storage companies all across America. This Cubesmart is one of the best storage facilities in the Central NJ area if not the country. It is a BRAND NEW facility that is climate controlled and has a variety of different storage size options all enclosed into 1 large building. The facility has two loading docks for full size trucks with enough space for a 52’ truck to maneuver. The loading dock has to automatic standard size garage doors to move large items inside with ease. The surrounding area is shopping centers but the facility is secluded enough that parking is not an issue if you need to pick up things from your unit. The hallways are wide and carpeted and they have complimentary dollies to move your items into the unit. There are access doors to the building independent from the main leasing office and you are provided with your own personal pin to enter the facility through these access doors. There are cameras all over the property as well. Lastly, there is enough space on the latch for your unit to attach 3 different locks for extra security.The manager John is very courteous and tries to ensure every need is met to the best of his ability. I was able to reserve the unit online along with a purchase of a lock. I arrived to the facility and all the documentation was left in my unit to ensure contactless service. They follow all COVID19 recommendations. Rental payment for the unit is easy and can be done online. No need to show up in person.Bottom Line: 10/10 for Service. 10/10 for Value. 10/10 for Conditions of the Storage Unit.
