This is a nice place with lots of unique items. They gave me a free T shirt for my birthday & they give $10 off coupons after purchases. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They carry Hey Dudes which are the most comfortable shoes Ive ever worn.

Greeted at the door wirh a smile and told of all the sales items...this store had great items for sell and for all occasions, seasonal and special events...as you look at pictures they reveal what they have on hand...you can order online, pick up at store, deliver at home or buy at location...they have mens ,womens, childrens,and infant clothing, fur baby & special wedding items, children ...I think their womens clothing cater to the younger side especially the jeans... it is a great store to shop and spend time with family or friends...or just a girls day out...I surely will be back!!! Ive been going here for years to always look for stuff for my wife and usually have good luck. Well this time I changed my mind after I purchased something. I went back and was told that I could only do store credit or an exchange. Well I didnt need anything else right now and Im not sure if I will need anything else before my credit expires in 6 months. With the way business is now and how easy it is to trade with other companies . I will not be in a hurry to go back to Under the Carolina Moon. As much as I hate buying from certain online businesses and try to support small businesses its little things like this that make a difference. Maybe I should have verified before I bought it that I could get my money back if I changed my mind but I didnt do that so shame on me. My wife has also been waiting on someone to get back with her regarding her being doubled charged and a month later nothing. So maybe the bank will have a better response getting the matter resolved.

This has to be the best store in Easley. All the girls are amazing, super sweet and helpful. I have gotten embroidered on my white coat and it was my fault I didn’t tell them which side I wanted so they fixed it for me and they were apologetic about it, and refunded the cost. I can’t thank them enough.

Ordered a Bogg bag for my daughter in law back in the middle of July .We were told that it would be here by the end of August. Now we are being told in of September. This was a birthday present along with spending over 200 for other stuff that same day in store. I hope that they can respond back and help fix the problem soon.

Didnt feel welcome in store . Some people were greeted and some not. I was in store for about twenty minutes and was never acknowledged. So I left without making my purchase.

I just love Under The Carolina Moon and not because I live in South Carolina. I have never seen this store in person but have a road trip planned! I came to the store online and for a Bogg bag. Well, here I am 6 months later and watching every live, constantly checking their app and also looking forward to see what deal I get with their 2021 calendar I have. The customer service is better than shopping in person. If you have an issue please let them know and they will take care of it. I love the ladies that work here and can’t imagine my life without them in it. Angel and Kelsey rock and the fact that they are Christian based only makes them better. I found this store about 6 years ago through a friend on Facebook. I have placed orders online and gone to the store (which is about 2.5 hours away). Every time I call or go in the store the employees are always helpful and very polite. I have had several issue with my online orders, but I have emailed Kelsey or called and they have fixed the issue. They are also very good about online order pick up and holding it for you when you are unable to get there for about three weeks. I would highly recommend this store for all of your personal and/or gift needs.

My first time in the new location and loved it. The interior is beautiful and has really had thought put into designing it. The staff was very nice and personable, while catching them during pajama day! They have something for everyone. I really enjoyed the experience there today even as a guy, I picked up some Duke Cannon soap, which is sometimes hard to find.

I love shopping at UTCM. The staff is always so helpful and eager to please. The gift choices are unbelievable. If you can’t find a unique gift here, you must not be looking! Some of my favorite finds are Bogg bags, Scout bags, and their custom designed tee shirts. If you haven’t shopped here, please give them a try. You will be happy you did.

It’s a nice store. With wonderful merchandise.But the return policy is terrible. And while it’s disclosed on their receipts, any returns even with the original receipts are only made to a store gift card. I’m not familiar with any store of this size, and frankly even many smaller stores, that have such a return policy. I don’t think I’ll be returning even though I have purchased hundreds of dollars in merchandise over the last year.

Pretty neat store but very expensive. The clothing was all for smaller ladies. And Im not sure if they were over staffed and the employees were bored but I felt like they thought I was a theif or something. Several different people kept checking on me and hovering around me. Made me feel uneasy and upset. My purse is a mini Kate Spade backpack and I wonder if that is why the employees took turns following me around but honestly its no bigger than the typical purse size women wear on their shoulder so I dont understand. Im new to the area and havent gotten out much and saw the store, pulled in and thought it was neat, I wanted to look around at everything. I bought a $38 candle, a a little tin with mini note pad and pen for $15 and a $15 garden flag. I more than likely will not return. I left feeling embarrassed

Walked in to look around and found this cute makeup bag I wanted to purchase but there was no tag. I looked around for someone who worked there to ask the price and I could not find a single person. Although I did see two employees after looking and they just stared at me and weren’t any help at all.

I am a southern girl to the core and I love the fact that they sell t-shirts to raise money for fallen law enforcement officer families.When I got to go to the actual store, it was hard to find because its off the road in a warehouse type building. But once I got inside??I had to save myself from spending all of my money there. Their merchandise is amazing and adorable!

My 11-year old came in with her grandmother and spent over $70 of her own money on tee shirts, which she instantly regretted. When we tried to return less than 24 hours later, we could only get store credit. Now my daughter who wears a uniform every day has a bunch of store credit for stuff shell never use. With tags still attached and the original receipt, she thought she could get a refund.

The new store looks great. Nice and spacious. Glad I got a chance to visit. I try to come everytime I come up from Charleston.

Love this little shop! The staff is always friendly and they have a great variety of products. I recently had my rain jacket monogrammed. I got it Saturday and they called monday afternoon with the monogram completed and it was ready for pickup. Super quick i was impressed!

Never will I ever buy another shirt here, idk what there shirts are made of but every time I just wash it and don’t even dry it, there are stains on them from the color of the patch on the left chest side. I have at least 12 shirts from here and every single one of them are ruined, this place is expensive enough and if I spend money buying a shirt I expect it to be good quality

I wanted to share an experience from today. I wish that I could give them 10 stars. I went by the store around Tuesday to buy a baby gift for a baby shower that I attended today. I am a last minute shopper but it was no issue for them. I wanted a baby outfit monogrammed. The lady told me that it would be ready by Wednesday of next week. I told her that I needed it today because the shower was today but if it couldnt be done by today, I understood. After all, it was my fault that I was doing my shopping for the shower last minute. She made a phone call and then told me that they could have it ready by Friday (yesterday). She said I would receive a call from them when it was ready. I didnt hear from them yesterday, so I called early today to see if my monogrammed outfit was ready. She told me that unfortunately the embroidery machine had gone down on Thursday and the owners were out of town due to medical issues. I wasnt mad because thats something thats completely out of their control. She asked when I needed the order. I told her by 12:30 today because the shower was from 1pm to 3pm. But if it couldnt be done, I completely understood. She apologized several times. I told her please dont apologize because thats an issue they had no control over. She asked the absolute lasted that I could pick up, I told her 1:30. She said she would call me as soon as it was done. At 12:30 I received a call from them saying my order was ready to pick up. I couldnt believe it. They even apologized again when I picked up my order. I thanked them several times. I was completely surprised that they were able to get to the order. I just wanted to give them praise because they followed through even through obstacles that they had no control over (and my last minute shopping) and were completely friendly through it all.

Its a large store with okay variety. A lot of items are expensive and boutique priced. There was 25% off on select brands, none of which I was looking for. 25% of one item would be a better gimmick to get people in the door. There were no door prizes. Found a cute tshirt.
