Horrible customer service. I spoke with someone this morning on the phone about an item I was looking for online and wanted to see if it was in store because it was out of stock online. She “went to check” and came back with the answer that they don’t carry that item in store. Little did I know that my mother was there at the time and was looking at the item I was inquiring about. Huge waste of my time. Don’t appreciate being lied to by lazy people.Trying to call back later to voice my frustration and nobody will answer the phones after multiple tries.If I could put negative stars, I would.

People greeter or what ever they are called now was flat out rude and unprofessional. Sad that my last experience was such a negative one. Had me all the way up to me leaving. Not a fan and it was because of one person.I was walking out and all he said was wait, wait, wait. No excuse me or shred of politeness. It was a very angry and rude tone as if I was a pet being scolded by an owner. Due to the language and tone I didnt even stop to see what he wanted. No thank you, I will spend my money and be thanked for my patronage in this fashion.

Big Store with everything you need, all in one place, and plenty of groceries as well! Great location, with so much more around also!

This Walmart is one of the good ones in the Easley/Powdersville area. Its crowded sometimes, but thats to be expected. I personally recommend going to the Easley one rather than the one in Powdersville, even if its 5-10 minutes of extra driving. Easley is usually stocked well unlike its aforementioned counterpart... Not to mention the size difference. And its much easier to get in and out of when coming/going. Overall, its not a bad Walmart. Its not perfect, but Id say its worthy (usually) of a 5-star rating.

Its a bigger store. It was nice to see different things. We specifically went in for Easter items. They were located nicely right up front.

It was a horrible experience! We did the in store pick up. It took them 45 minutes to come see us after we had talked to seven associates to try to get some help. We even had them page the manager on duty, Theresa. I would not recommend going there. When the manager came to see us finally, she came with an attitude ready to fight. I explained what happened and all she wanted to do is argue and belittle us. She said that we evidently didnt see an email sent to us and that we should have come to the pickup outside. We explained that we checked in on the kiosk and that we had even pushed the help button, and she still continued to blame me. We spoke to 7 people and none of them said anything regarding outside pickup. They dropped the ball, failed at customer service, and still blamed the customer.

Very stressful,place was super crowded and customers were ruin and unkind.Employes were very pleasant and helpful .It was my fault.Went in the mid afternoon.Generally Im there in the early mornings.

Out of stock everywhere you look. Never seen such an unorganized mess they have. The quality of walmart has decreased so much.

Ordered two bags of trail mix for pickup. We checked in at the pickup kiosk, spoke to seven employees, pushed the the help button on the kiosk, had a manager called twice, and waited 45 minutes before we got our order. Apparently pickup is only outside, and we didnt see it on the website. Per Theresa, the manager that finally came, it was our fault that we had to wait. She exhibited such poor customer service, was certainly not empathetic, nor apologetic. No sign was posted anywhere saying we had to pickup outside, and not one associate that we spoke to told us that pickup was outside only. Theres a lot of other Walmart stores in the area, I recommend going to one of those .

Love this Walmart! Always seems to have something a little different than the typical Walmart. Shelves are almost always stocked and its kept nice and clean. Employees are usually always helpful and their clearance isle always has something different and unique.

It would have ok my cashier hadnt over charge me on a few items thats why I go to a cashier so this doesnt happen and it still does. Watch your sales slips

I prefer this Walmart compared to the Easley one. It’s built like a neighborhood market, but comes with everything a super market has. Its always easy to find a parking spot. But there is only one main entrance. It’s just a shame that a lot of items can’t be found there because they have limited space.

This walmart has way too many empty shelves on a regular basis, never have the groceries I am looking for. The cheese section, deli meat section, and many parts of the freezer section were bare today. I heard someone say and I agree it was like being in a 3rd world country.

One lane open . No one could price markdowns. The store app doesnt work on barcodes. No food out of stock after the 4 PM rush . No associates to help. Cashier was excellent being disabled she went above and beyond to unload my cart.

Ok, this shopping trip I bought a Patty Labelle sweet potato pie. I got home and immediately opened it up to have a piece of pie. There were several cockroaches in the box when I opened the pie box. Needless to say it went outside in the garbage real fast. So beware of buying any bakery items like this that are packaged in a box only!

I wish I could give a better rating to this location as I am not anti Walmart. But it is tiring to constantly have half the groceries I go in for be consistently out of stock. (Every week) This is not new. We have been shopping here for 4 years now and it has not changed. (worsened once grocery pickup started) The staff I have encountered are lovely and try to help. No blame for them. This appears to be more about poor merchandising/department managers.

Very good Walmart. Some things could be arranged better to make them easier to find, but overall the store was very clean, well managed, and the employees were very friendly and helpful.

All Walmarts are pretty much the same, overcrowded & workers are overworked! Not near enough people on registers & I hate having to ring my own items up, but looks as though thats the direction theyre going for which I really dont care for!

I dont really care for all of the self checkout lanes @ this particular location & you would think that would mean there would be more associates to help on the floor, but that is not the case, here. They definitely could do better but instead there are more employees standing around chatting & taking up whole aisles. Seems like most of it started around the same time covid 19 was in full stream.

Really a well kept store all together. It should be a benchmark for all surrounding stores.

I couldnt find a cone of shame for the cat. Nor could i find an employee to ask in the area. But i know workers are hard to find right now.

As always, Walmart carries alot of necessity at very low cost.

I have found as far as Walmart goes, that the store is either with you or against you. The central Walmart seems to be my store, she likes me. However there are other stores out there that do not like me, and that would be easily, powdersville, and Anderson. They all sell the same things they all have similar structure and shelving and displays. But it is the people the employees. Thank you Central for being such wonderful people you make shopping at Walmart easy

Great staff... Prices are a lil high compared to the Walmart in used to shopping at.. stores clean but always some shelves empty of products... Kinda makes you wonder if theyre closing the store but employees day its just harder to get as much stock as needed so things from out faster...

Great Experience!! Tires I ordered online were exact and were at the store when I arrived for my install appointment. My car was immediately pulled in and it was ready to go before I was able to pick up a few things in the store. Super nice staff will definitely be going back!!

The workers at night are very helpful when you are looking for a item.

Everything is good there - a few high prices. Be nice to put sams inside of Wal-Mart instead out on its own.

I try to go to the Travelers rest one when I can. I worked I retail all my life last one at Easley k mart 15 yeRs6.Done all areas.We had our problems but this store is an embarrassment. Ty

The store is very clean and well organized and most of the employees are friendly. The only reason I didnt get five stars is because the lady at the customer service counter Was not friendly.

I came in to purchase a Samsung TV and spoke to Jim in electronics. He said we have never had this TV in our store or it would be in my house not here. I went to customer service and spoke to a team lead and she said it could be an old mod or it is on the truck not checked in yet, either way there aint nothing we can do for you. I asked to speak to a regional or general manager and was told they just gonna tell you the same thing I just did. Needless to say Im taking my business to another company and will not shop here again and I advise you not to shop here either! Never before have I received such shotty customer service!

This store is always clean and neat, the associates are very kind and friendly, the shelves are stocked well each time I have visited this store. The restrooms are always cleaned, to all of the cleaners at this store you all are awesome I know how it is to keep the restroo.s clean and smelling fresh I have yet to come into this store restrooms and found them dirty or smelly keep up the good work, but to all the associates at this store your kids dress goes a long ways i pray that you all get a raise for being so nice, kind, and helpful keep up the good work to all lead persons and supervisor you all got a great team working with yall please continue to treat them kind also keep up the good work in making sure your store and employees are well taken care of.

Its a Walmart. You all know it well. Some people are great with customers and some are not that work there. For the most part everything is fresh. They do need to up their, bagged, Kale game. Everytime I get a big bag of Kale it goes bad not long after. Other than that; low prices and they have the cheapest tire service in the area. Every auto service in the town of Louisa wanted over three hundred dollars. I went with 4 brand new, 45,000 mile, douglass brand tires for two hundred and seventy three dollars. No one in Louisa will do that and if there is someone please let me know. 4 star rating because its Walmart and they killed the little man.

By far the most clean, stocked and friendly worker Walmart I have ever been in.

Great selection of choices, great prices, if you like to scan and pay for your own items. This is the place for you. I go to the store so I dont have to in the first place, so Im not a fan of doing it myself.

Daughter needed to try on nursing bra as she just had a child and was told fitting rooms are closed. Ok cool. So she proceeded to hold the item up to the outside of her shirt to see if the band would stretch to fit her. There were 2 people watching her and 1 made the comment you know if you buy it and return it or you try it on now, we have to quarantine it for 24 hours! WHAT? Never been so embarrassed or disrespected like that! Will NEVER visit that location again! ✌

I went in for a few things and had another good experience. I got everything I needed and self checkout was quick and easy.

It was a terrible experience I did all my shopping went up front to find that there were two cashiers working and a store full of employees but only two cashiers and then the line was like eight deep on each side and no one else would help so I left the basket and walked home without my groceries Walmart stinks

I saw some good prices on mulch at the Garden Center so I went all the way home to get a trailer and came back loaded up the baskets when all the way inside with them this was 11 they were had not opened their registers at 11 in the morning she said shell make an exception and ring me up he overcharged me on everything I bought when I argued whether she should know the sign must have fallen over so I went outside got the metal sign 2-foot sign took it back into her and they still said that that was the wrong price somebody must have carried it over and put it down someplace else and on the way back with the sign that guy says youre stealing my sign. I think Ill get my plants from Lowes as usual.

Lines way backed up and literally zero human cashiers. A bunch of employees just standing around watching everyone check themselves out. There were no registers with humans. Zero. Usually theres a couple at least. Stood in line for 45 minutes to check myself out.

Its difficult enough getting thru the store anytime, but now with people stocking & the employees who are shopping for customers its ridiculous.... ( My husbands disable & has to use a riding cart)

Honestly I went in looking for silver bars. A woman standing behind the counter abruptly asked if I needed help. She sent someone to assist me but she was not overly happy to do so. The only reason Im doing this review is when I asked if they had silver bars she said yes but theyre too busy to get them. So obviously they werent eager to sell them.

You can usually find anything you need at Walmart. We call it Wally World. I found all my pet supplies for 3 puppies and the mama at great prices.

Went to the Vision center. Didnt have to wait. Had plenty of choices for nice, stylish frames. Got my glasses for a reasonable amount. Which included bifocals, Transitions lenses, and glare resistant lenses. Excellent service and staff.

Best prices are here many selects are here great doors ared too to pickup on curb items.

Why would you have the gardencenter open with no cashiers? The purpose of parking down at that entrance is to be able to load the items you need in that area not have to carry them all the way back up front and then have to check yourself out to have to carry everything again all the way out to the parking AT the garden center. Hire some cashiers please.

I tried calling many times 2 ask a question about exchanging something and got NO ANSWER. Made me waste my gas 2 drive all the way there just to find out what I wanted 2 know about exchanging clothes without a receipt. Very unprofessional.
