Adam works magic!! Long story short, I needed to get my son’s Ultimate Team shirts for a Tournament in 2 days! As a Boutique Owner, I know this is nearly impossible. Usually there’s a wait time for the artwork & for the shirts to be shipped in. In my experience, turnaround time is at least 7 business days.When I called Adam, I thought I would be told he wouldn’t be able to do it, like the other 5 companies I called before him. Not only was he able to do it... He was so helpful and went above and beyond to find the exact color shirts we needed! Which was incredible considering he didn’t have any on hand. He went out of his way to get them for us! On top of that. He didn’t charge for set up fees, or any other random fees like other places would. The price & value is unbeatable!I highly recommend them and look forward to ordering from them again!

Awesome small business!! We needed 15 shirts printed within a couple days for my sons graduation and they made it happen!! Showed him a pic of what we wanted, and they took care of the rest. Fast, easy process and curb-side delivery was very convenient. Very courteous and friendly!! The shirts looked amazing, and we got so many compliments!

I had a very strange experience with this company. The customer service was fantastic at first, but the product ( masks) I ordered were complete JUNK. They were not as described, they were flimsy and the edges were frayed. They were supposed to be gifts for my team at work, but I would have been embarrassed and humiliated if I gave them out. I will give credit where credit is due, they were beautiful, but just cheaply made and didnt fit. I deserve a refund which I will get, trust me. The masks did not fit me or my wife nor would they fit anyone on my team. The company told me to wash them and they would stretch. (really?? Now I am going to give out used masks?) There were no straps, there were cuts on the sides for ears.I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges including shipping. They advised me to ship the items back to the company which I did. Yesterday, I received a return to sender from them which clearly defines the type of people I was really working with. My wife took one look at the masks and said, youve got to be kidding me, you CANNOT give these out as gifts they are terrible. We will see how this plays out, stay tuned for more reviews from me.

I ordered a mask. I got rag bag. As this Threadz product doesnt have a single stitch or any hint of thread. I think, maybe, they thought I could gather more material, break out a sewing machine, and turn my rag bag into a wearable mask. If I could do that, I never would have sent those folks any money. There are no words to say how I feel about this company but especially the two wonderful and compassionate people that helped me. It was my daughter’s third birthday and we were headed to Disney World to celebrate. I tried an at home iron on kit to attempt to make us shirts, but was hugely unsuccessful. Granddaughters birthday tee shirt turned out better than I expected and the delivery time was excellent. Will definitely use for my other grandchildrens birthday tees.

Adam and Jocelyn were really incredible to work with! They were professional, personable, efficient, and very fast. Plus, they had no minimum number of shirts and helped our kids’ team T-shirts become a reality, which was difficult since the kids’ design required many printed colors and on a dark background. Really wonderful to work with and I cannot recommend them enough. I’m most impressed that they delivered the T-shirts directly to me. I wish I could give more stars. Thank you again!!!
