This is a gonest company with great customer service. They could have easily ripped me off by charging me for a repair I didnt need. Instead, they diagnosed the phone, found no issue, and then went above and beyond by tested my charging cable and power brick. What I expected to be a 50 dollar repair ended up being a 15 dollar cable replacement. As a result of their honesty, I will be coming here for all my phone and computer repair needs! Highly recommend.

I went to the store right after work at 5:50 pm . They promised to change battery in 25- 30 minutes. They deliver on their proms right at 6:20 I was picking up my phone with new battery. I did not ask any questions, but I was in line? so i was able to hear some conversation , staff is very knowledge, you know that they know what they are talking about. ery happy with service and their expertise.I just wish they would spend some money on sign in front of the building, it was kind of hard to find their store. Important to know that the sign above the business is charging port. I drove around for several minutes trying to find this place. It is to the right of Saladelia. I brought my I phone 7 in to get the cracked screen replaced. The price was competitive. However, I mentioned that a competitor nearby had a coupon. He went online to verify and matched the offer. They state to allow about 25 minutes for the repair. I dropped the phone off and came back later to pick it up. The new screen is working great!

Went here today and it was a very chill environment. Very nice staff member who had no problems answering my questions. I felt very welcomed here, I would definitely recommend this store to anyone in the Downtown Durham area. Prices aren’t outrageous as well.

Bottom line: I was very impressed with the repairs and very happy with the service! If you need repairs dont even think about going anywhere but here.Brought in my iPhone X that was splashed by water for repairs after apple/geek squad/etc said it would cost $550 for a full unit replacement. There was some condensation in the camera lenses and the screen was fried, but otherwise the phone worked so I figured someone should be able to take it apart, dry it, and then replace the screen. Tim and his team were FANTASTIC. I cannot speak highly enough of this group! I brought them the phone around 6pm. They took the phone apart and dried it free of charge and replaced the screen for 1/5 the price of Apple! Plus, they even lent me a loaner iPhone 8 to use while mine was in the shop. They even worked past their closing time of 7pm to fix the phone. In addition, I brought my phone in the next day to see if they could fix the faceID sensor that the water had fried, and they said they would attempt it free of charge and if they couldnt repair it it wouldnt cost me anything. The faceID sensor was FUBAR, so I wasnt charged anything. They again lent me a loaner iPhone to use for the few hours it was being repaired, which was really convenient.

Just left this place and all I can say is THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! The staff fixed my MacBook Pro in little under an hour and everything was pleasant. The price was very reasonable as well! I will be coming back for future iPhone/Mac repairs!

These Gentlemen worked wonders, I meant to post earlier but I was lazy, but I wanted to let people know that, my screen on my Galaxy S8 was supercracked to the point the phone was no longer seeable, it took them all of a couple of hours, plus some overnight technical diagnostics, but man, my phone looks brand new. I came in this afternoon with my iPhone that had been fully submerged in water that morning. While Id turned it off right away and let it sit for a few hours, I was hesitant to use it since there could be water inside that would short circuit the device. Where other places would have charged for this kind of service, Bull City Mobile Repair showed me the inside of my device, said Id been lucky, and sent me on my way!

This place came highly recommended and I now see why. In an effort to milk my Nexus 5 until Google forces me to pony up for their latest and greatest, I needed to replace my battery. Ritchie gave me a battery out of another Nexus 5 with a broken motherboard to try for a while--- FREE of charge! When this battery didnt perform well, he ordered a new battery, installed it, and discounted the charge due to a short delay in the delivery. Ritchie has saved my phone twice now with his miracle-working magic. I dumped an entire cup of water directly into the speaker and he was able to open it up, dry it, and treat it. Its now good as new. Make it your first stop.

I dropped my phone Friday night and shattered the screen. Looking for an alternative to taking it in to apple and having them give me a loaner for 3 days while they fix my phone, I did a search in Durham. BCMR came up with top ratings so I gave them a try. They were excellent, as per all the reviews I read. I was able to get in Saturday afternoon, and in 20 minutes my screen was totally brand new. Great job and thanks for saving me the headache of going through Apple. Five stars and two thumbs up!

After much frustration and as I was getting ready to buy a replacement Iphone, I called Bull City asking about a speaker repair as you could not adjust the volume enough to hear from it. They said it might just need cleaning, bring it by. I did, and 5 minutes later he handed my phone back to me and showed me pictures of my speaker under the microscope before and after it was cleaned. Then he said NO CHARGE!

I have been to Bull City Mobile Repair twice, once for a bad broken screen and once for severe water damage. Both times I thought my phone was beyond repair and would need to get a new phone but they were able to save me from buying a new phone. They are very reasonably priced. Needed an new Iphone 5s charger port installed...service was great at the shop...good location, plenty of parking, friendly sales folks and I got it done in 20 minutes at quite a bit less than what other locations around the triangle are charging.
