I went this store and the customer service was excellent Mike,& Else were wonderful and I recommend everyone to go to there location because their great at what they do and they also take their time

Michael and the store associate were great! They both greeted us when we walked in. She recommended 2 different phones. She also applied the screen protector effortlessly. Michael recommended a few cases for my phone. It was a great experience.

Mike the owner went above and beyond when Insurance was giving me the run around. He called every number they suggested, spoke to everyone they transferred us to, maneuvered every way they said in order to help me redeem an emailed coupon Bright Star gave me when they couldntreplacemy phone. We literally spent all day working on this. He even offered to discount my new phone and not charge an activation fee if were to purchase a phone myself. So patient, so friendly, so helpful. An angel. Highly recommended.

Went in at 2hrs after opening they were still setting up, stood in front of 3 sales people who talk to each other in spanish for a few mins before speaking to me. told them wanted to switch 4 lines to boost. told me $10 per kit what phones u buying? i have my own phones they went back to talking to each other for few mins. o u wanted that today, 1 asked? then told me $25 fee for every phone that i dont buy from them $10 per kit and service will not start today we have no kits here. you can sign up and pay us and just check back every day for the kits to start your service.

This location has the most unprofessional customer service Ive ever experienced. I asked the sales rep about the bogus fees she told me dont complain to her and she wouldnt tell her boss my complaint because he wouldnt do anything and inserted profanities as she responded. Avoid this location bogus, excessive fees

Well, I did not know that the company charges $ 45 just to put the line to another cell and then tell someone that you can not put a line to the cell. They only charged me to see the cell I was a customer there, but I see that they already charge until x check the cel.

They are very friendly and willing to help in whatever way they can. Ask for a girl Elsy made my visit to this store very fast and pleasant
