I can’t thank you guys enough for the excellent work done on my car. I was able to drive my car back home 500+ miles straight with absolutely no issues whatsoever. I have to say I was nervous at first but the work done proved the quality and care given. I had a lot of front end damage to my car and I chose Michael Jordan for my repairs. Devon was my estimator. I received amazing service with lots of communication during the service. My car doesn’t look like anything’s has ever happened and the paint job is spot on/ exact match. Devon was very nice and answered all my questions, opened my hood for an underneath view. I received my car before the eta date that was given and Devon offered accommodations to work my schedule. My car is my baby and I’m glad I made the right choice. I’m very happy with my entire experience! I don’t give positive views easily but this one was well deserved!

The collision center staff is extremely professional and very helpful. They made my car look brand new. Shawn went extremely out his way to help me and communicated every step in the process of repairing my car. I went to MJ Collision because of a car accident. They did an excellent job on my vehicle. They kept me informed of the progress of the repairs to my car by calling and texting. There was a delay in getting my car back on the date scheduled but David called me to explain why. The delay was something that they couldn’t control. The customer service is outstanding. Rachel helped me with everything like the rental car, insurance paperwork. She is awesome. I would highly recommend them.

Someone hit me and drove away. I was so upset and stressed out but honestly it was for nothing. He kept us up to date daily on the progress and was very helpful and informative during the process. Someone backed into my wifes car and I set up an appointment to get it fixed here, it took them about two and a half days total from start to finish to replace the fender, repair the door, repair the bumper cover, and paint. The paint blending is perfect, panel fitment is spot on, and the car is actually in better shape than it was before it got backed into. now I just want the rest of the car to look as nice as the right front corner does. When you call to make an appointment it is QUICK and they will answer any question you have and explain all that you need to know. Michael Jordan Collision is the complete package when it comes to auto repair service. Everyone was very personable and professional. My repairs were handled expeditiously, smoothly and I received my vehicle back in better condition than before my accident. The handled my claim from the moment it was towed to them by initiating contact with me and my insurance, they directed me how to follow up with insurance and even put me in a rental. They got my insurance to cover every minor detail related to my claim and there was not extended charges dropped on my lap when I came to pick up my car. Great Job!! Great people! You wont be disappointed.

Ashamed to say we needed this shops assistance for a second time this year...once for someone else damaging the car, once for my wife running over a package in the roadway. ...Unfortunately, the second time was nowhere near as good. We received a few updates via a third party app (Carwise, I believe it was called), but heard nothing from the claim manager for Geico (Devon). We werent told who was in charge of the claim, when the work would be done, nothing. Turns out the app even gave faulty information, because I called and the original manager (Shawn - highly recommend working with him, he handled our initial incident) gave me correct info which directly contradicted the timeline given via the app. He let me know the car should be ready around lunchtime on a specific day. It wasnt until almost 5pm on that day that we heard from anyone without me calling...saying the car was ready but we had no way to get there in time before closing. All in all, the work was excellent and we received a free wash and vacuum, but we were left in the dark for about 2 weeks regarding the repairs. Parts apparently arrived damaged, other hiccups were discovered along the way, various delays were encountered (including weather) but we experienced no reliable communication. I cant be but so upset about parts arriving damaged or other delays because thats zero fault of the business, but I can be upset about not being told why a 2-3 day estimated repair took a week and a half (excluding weekends). Please get rid of the app...

Shop was extremely professional and the process was very easy. I dropped the keys off after an initial estimate and was contacted via text by the supervisor later that day to tell me there was additional damage but they were already working on fixing that too. Throughout the process I was kept informed of status updates which kept me from feeling anxious or frustrated by not knowiywhat was happening to my car. Received the car less than a week later and it honestly looked better than when we bought the car. The paint match and the fit and finish were perfect. Not to mention they include a slip of all work done to the car and have a lifetime warranty. I hope to not need collision repair again...but if I do, I dont plan on going anywhere else.

I took my Mazda to Jordan Collision to repair some minor front end damage. Their price was lower than the nearby Mazda dealership and lower than another independent shop in town. Drop off was simple and the car was ready ahead of schedule. The repair looks great and they also did some minor detailing that I did not expect. Great experience overall!

There was a hiccup with getting additional funds from the insurance company which made the repair take longer which was out of their control. After a fender bender in a parking lot that left my passenger side pretty badly scraped and dented, Michael Jordan provided fast and efficient service. From getting the damage quoted, to working with insurance, to scheduling a drop off, to actually dropping the car, the turnaround time couldnt have been more than 48 hours. They were exceptionally communicative while they had my car and returned the car in prime shape within a week. In fact, they were even able to finish it a couple hours early after a last second request so I could pick it up during my lunch break. Highly recommend!

After hitting a bear with my brand new 2020 Kia Forte, most of the front end was badly damaged and had parts and pieces missing. Within the same day of it getting to this shop, I had an accurate estimate for when it would be completed. They kept me informed and were very polite and professional throughout the whole thing, even when at the end of repairs we had to wait for my insurance for a few days to make sure payment was all good. Specifically, Chris was the one who worked with me and handled my (many) phone calls, and also talked with my insurance to try to get everything done faster. I genuinely could not be happier with the customer service he provided, as he even offered to stay late one day to wait on my insurance company. The car is like new again, it looks new and drives so well and smooth. Outstanding service 110%.

The front end of my bumper was knocked off after a hit and run. I called another repair shop who said they didnt have any appointments until the next week and said they could not look at it or give a quote until then, but would probably be over $1000. I called Michael Jordan and they stated they could take me for an appointment at 9 am. I went over at 8:15 and they were able to see me after waiting for about 15-20 minutes before my appointment. Devin very warmly introduced himself and walked out with me to take a look at the car. He was able to realign and pop the bumper back in right then and there and took the time to explain to me how the bumper worked and why he believed it should be fine and secure moving forward. He offered a full cosmetic repair if I wanted it, but was fine as long as it was secure. He encouraged me to come back if I experience any issues and I definitely will. Overall great experience! In the last 5 years, I have been in 5 accidents that werent my fault. Because of this, I have had my fair share of experiences with collision facilities. This was my first visit with Michael Jordan Collision. I got into an accident and although its never good timing, it was REALLY bad timing. However, Michael Jordan Collision made everything so easy. Frequent updates, they worked with my insurance company, and didnt let the hurricane slow them down. My car looks better than it did before the accident. It was the easiest experience Ive had with a body shop. Thank you Michael Jordan Collision!

Explained process and delays very well and worked extremely hard to get my truck back to me by my deadline. Plus, it looked great when returned.

Everyone at this facility was focused on delivering great customer service. I appreciated the timely communication about my vehicle throughout the repair process.

If this is the company that you choose, please get the total before you leave the building. They charged over $1000 for one headlight and when asked, why didnt someone call me, no response is given. They do not honor their price nor do they feel as though they should justify their lack of communication. Moving forward here are a few suggestions: 1. Be sure that the customer is fully aware of the cost. 2. Do not provide free estimates if you arent going to honor them. 3. Be honest.

I have had to bring my 2014 Honda in twice now to them, once to fix my front end when someone hit me, and second time to fix the back end when someone hit me. Both times they were professional, worked extremely fast, handled all business with the insurance company, and when I needed a rental, they personally had someone drop it off to my house! Both times the body work they did had my car looking brand new, and the paint job they do is phenomenal and has a lifetime guarantee. Definitely recommend them for any body work!

For the most part, the car is back to a good condition. The paint job is off. I know paint is tricky but being a 2015, it could have been better. I had the entire rear side painted at a different location and it matched 100%. I did get a round around, but it was not too bad for the most part. Thank-yall.

DON’T take your car here! I had body work done on my new car only to find film on the windows that will not come off making it hard to see through... And the overlay is ridiculous. It’s very rough to touch. I have contacted them in regards to this and have yet to be contacted back. I gave them one star because they did get the dent out. However I’m left having to pay to get this sand out and fixed!

I was in an accident where an individual ran a stop sign and I impacted her on the passenger’s side damaging the entire front end of my truck. I went to Michael Jordan on the advice of a friend. When I arrived I informed the adjuster that works for Michael Jordan/State Farm that the truck was pulling so it needed to be aligned, and that the impact made a headlight of mine go out. They call me back a few days later and inform me that my headlight was installed incorrectly therefore Michael Jordan nor State Farm will be liable. How was it installed incorrectly yet it passed inspection and worked with no problems? Then they called me and informed me my truck was ready to be picked up. I asked them had it been aligned? They said that it wasn’t even in the ticket! A front end collision and they don’t even check the alignment! They proceeded to align it the following day before pick up. Upon pick up I realized not just one but both of my headlights weren’t in the same condition prior to the accident(turn signal light was out on both lights whereas before I had them do the work it was just the passenger(which was caused by the accident)). Michael Jordan Collision had the potential to have a customer for life, but now I will never go back and will never recommend them to anyone. The reason I leave three stars is because they did a very good job on my bumper and grille and detailing the inside andoutside of my vehicle.UPDATE: I checked under the hood and discovered they left my fuse panel completely uncovered. Thank God I checked before a hard rain or else my truck would’ve been ruined. Changing to 1 star after this. Completely unprofessional and unsatisfactory.

They are amazing. My car looked brand new when I picked it up. It was cleaner than what I had left it. It ran like the day I drove it off the sales lot. They told me if there were any problems to call them. Hope to never need a collision repair again but if I do, they are the ones to go to.

Great experience! I had a broken door handle and had been told by an oil change chain that my windshield wiper fluid container had a hole in it. Both were minor issues, but they knew getting the vehicle fixed was important to me and they went above and beyond to make the repairs during my initial visit. I was super impressed with the facility (never thought I would think that an auto shop looked sharp and felt well put together). I hope I do not need collision services in the future, but if I do, I will be back. Definitely consider them as one of your options!

My cars bumper was loose and the inner plastic separating the wheels from the bumper had descended onto the tire. Since my car was old and I didnt want to spend a fortune on getting it repaired, I needed some help cutting away the excess plastic and gluing the bumper back into place. A different body shop said they wanted to replace the entire thing for $1700. But Gage at MJCC understood exactly what I wanted for the car, cut away the excess plastic, and glued (glue cost me only $7) my bumper back into place without charging for his service. Will definitely head back here if I need anything in the future.

My daughter took her car there they said when we made .The appointment they would order the parts she drops it off a holiday week . But was told it would still be done it wasn’t they had it for two weeks and never ordered the parts. Until after the holiday and when she got it back she had issues with no fluid in the new. Radiator they but in and two weeks later had to take it to a dealership problem with transmission. When called to tell them was told there was stuff need to be done but insurance would fix it.

The staff here are very friendly and professional. They treated my vehicle just as I would and took the time to listen to my concerns. The facility is also very clean and well kept. I would recommend them and plan on using their services if needed in the future.

This has been the worse experience. Never will I ever take my car here again, they keep changing the deadline to when it’s going to be done, the customer service has been bad, they are now avoiding me when I call. This has got to be the worse experience ever, I’ve been spending more than $40 a day on Uber for the past month to get back and forth from work and they just don’t understand how bad I need my vehicle.

Around three years ago I was in an accident and I went to Michael Jordan collision at their 15-501 location. I had never been in an accident and didn’t know what to do. At the time the service advisor was very helpful and ultimately my car was totaled. I didn’t have to do anything I was very thankful for their help.Last year on Thanksgiving Day someone tried to pass me on a double yellow line and hit my fender. A small amount of paint transfer was under the bottom of the door and my fender was damaged. GEICO came to my home, looked at the car and I pointed out all of the damage. The GEICO rep said most off the damage was on the fender and the auto body shop could put a chemical on the paint to remove the small amount of paint transfer or buff it out. I also asked for an alignment and he was happy include cash for that.I had to tell the service advisor Randall to align my car even though GEICO provided money the in the check for the service. They did do the alignment and provided me the print off that I requested for my peace of mind. When I picked up my car I did noticed that two small lines of paint were still under my door. I pointed this out to Randell the service adviser. He said to get some finger nail polish remover. I should have made him take it off but was on my lunch break and I didn’t see anything else wrong with my repair. About a week ago I noticed a very small gap where the windshield and fender meets. A family member said that is just needed to be snapped into place. I also noticed a small chip of pain on the passenger side of my bumper. I was under the impression that they painted my bumper, but I now know that it they only used clear coat. It is possible that it was there before the accident even though I don’t think it was.Today, I went back and pointed out these very small things thinking I shouldn’t have any problems. I was mostly concerned about the gap where the fender meets my windshield. Randell was able to snap the piece in place and I pointed out my other two small concerns. My frustration started when he said the two small lines of paint transfers under the door was “prior damage.” Not once did he say anything about prior damage when I mentioned it to him when I picked up my car. It is possible that the paint chip on the driver side bumper could have been there but I specifically pointed out the paint transfer under my door to Randell when I picked it up the car. Jamie the manager came out with a bottle of paint remover and in 30 seconds took care of the issue. My only feedback to Michael Jordan collision is to train your service advisor in customer service and not accuse customers of trying to get something they arent entitled to.

MJ Collision Center did an excellent job on my car. They went the extra mile to ensure that my car was restored to the state it was in before someone hit it, even getting an alignment, which of course I wouldnt have missed until I had bad tire wear.Its only the 2nd body shop Ive ever needed, but its worlds better than the previous job.
