I am a long term customer of this shop and have had work done several times on several different vehicles over about 12 years. The quality of work is always excellent and the staff, especially the manager Cameron who is definitely a stand out in the industry, as well as Jessie and Patrick go out of their way to provide quick and courteous service and make sure your experience is perfect! I moved out of town and still come back to Durham to visit this shop because I know they are one of the absolute best in the triangle.Customer for life here!

This is the slowest collision center I have ever been to. They have managed to stay professional. However, I have gotten 5 different dates on when my car would be ready.

John and company are fast, efficient and offered me options that put the customer first. Highly recommend. Only thing disquieting was the snack machine that had a diet Coke so old that the label was nearly completely white. Coffee, cable TV, and wifi made the wait manageable.

Professional, on time, helpful.I brought my Jeep in on Christmas Eve after a collision and was very impressed with the service, staff and had an overall great experience here. I was so glad that Brad who helped me, let me know that it may be a little longer due to the parts he could tell I would need which prepared me for a longer time than Geico had estimated. The text system they have is fantastic, it sends texts to update the service done on your car so you don’t have to call or wonder what is going on. Everyone here was so friendly and my car was more clean than it had been and the work done was high quality. I highly recommend Sport Durst Collision!!

This company was unprofessional from the start. If I had known it was Sport Durst I would have stopped my insurance company from sending it there to begin with because their repair shop once before let this same vehicle sit over a month AFTER I authorized repairs because they said the cost outweighed the value of the vehicle! I said it’s my money and if I want to spend it on the vehicle I can; I ended up getting it repaired elsewhere. Fast forward a few years and now this nightmare. My vehicle was sent there by the insurance company for window repairs (the two rear windows of my mini van were blown completely out because a tow truck driver towed it incorrectly) but due to the age of the vehicle, they proceeded to neglect to properly cover the vehicle during bad weather. When I came to get something out of the vehicle and noticed, I emailed my rep with pics who didn’t respond and address the issue until the next day. When I initially left I told it wasn’t that bad, but after asking them to properly cover my vehicle and to protect against/ address water damage, they then claimed my vehicle was a total loss. They said they searched for parts at a salvage and found none. Then the story changed to there were parts but they couldn’t guarantee they couldn’t get them without them being damaged. They then began rushing the insurance company to have my vehicle moved but had left a light on in the vehicle which killed the battery. When the tow truck driver arrived, he said he asked for help trying to jump it, but they refused. He had to leave a charging device on it and come back after 4 hours and get it. This company sucks and it’s why I stopped bringing my Grand Caravan to them as well.

Took my truck in for service and had a great experience working with Jon. They evaluated the issue and turned the service around quickly. They have a text system setup that carefully communicates service expectations and timeline. Truck work was completed earlier than expected and service experience was great. Thank you. The collision team at Sport Durst was excellent! They kept us updated and always returned calls in a timely manner. Our vehicle ended up being totaled so we had to stop by to get our personal items out. I forgot my grandchildrens favorite dvd so I called back to ask if someone could please take it out before the vehicle was hauled away by the insurance company. The nice young lady at the front desk not only went out to get it right away, but she called me back within a few mins to make sure what she found was all I had left. This meant a lot, especially since we lived an hour away.

If I could give it a worse review, I would. It started off great. Intake was easy only took about 20 minutes. The car was guaranteed to be done by January 10. We got regular text updates stating everything was on track. January 10 (Friday) came, and we received no updates. I called. And they said they would try, but guaranteed it would be done the following Monday (January 13). I called on Monday and they said it was not ready. I am finally just picking it up today. I asked if there was a place to express my dissatisfaction and was told there was nobody I could talk to. In fact, Susanna at the front desk said I was there were other people who had the same issues. When I replied that other people’s cars are not my problem, she stated that I was “lucky” to have gotten my car fixed at all. Bottom line, service was sub par. Had I known it was a “luck” factor to get my car repaired, I never would have brought it here.

The receptionist they have there has no clue what she is doing. My husband went there to get a quote for my car because I was in a hit and run accident and our insurance will not cover it as comprehensive so we are paying out of pocket.He has called there twice and both times she asked if it was an insurance claimHe said no out of pocket. She didnt have a clue and he ended up speaking to Brad and he was very helpful. He called again to confirm that we were going to drop car off and again she asked if it was covered under insurance and again she didnt know what to do..and we didnt have she never scheduled our appt.Just dropped off car and yup she asked if covered under insurance and again we said no and she got that look on her face like she didnt know what to do.We asked questions she was rude answering them and basically said Brad will call us. 🤔So we are going on vacation and hopefully Brad calls us and keeps us informed.

Very Bad Experience There.My RAM Promaster 3500 is under warranty. This morning, I go there because my van always shows oil change needed after last oil change in last month here. And no power in trailer plug. I told the receptionist that my van is in warranty. When I pick up my van at 5 pm, the receptionist charge me $154.7 totally. My complaint are that they should ask me if repair or not before they do it. They said my trailer plug has no power because of my trailer not because of the van, so they should charge even they never see my trailer. About half a year ago, my van plug had no power at the first time, they repaired it without charging me. This time, the same problem happens again and my van is under warranty, too.Why charge me and no solicit opinions before they do it? By the way, the receptionist had very bad attitude. I told him that I can pay but this is the last time I come here. After he slide my card, he throw it out to me.By the way, I repaired trailer plug of my van half a year ago here, I think this part repair is under warranty, too. Why charge me this time when my van and this part repair are both under warranty? And no notification before they do it? Why my van always shows oil change needed after I do it here last month? Did they do oil change really last month in the same truck center?

I just wanted to say WOW!!! What an experience. This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased from the Sport Durst family of dealerships. This time I worked with Kali Render and she was perfect. I was able to work out the deal through email and phone. They gave me an awesome deal and even went to VA to get the truck that fit my checklist. I had been to 2 other dealerships in the Triangle and neither one of them wanted to give me the time of day unless I was buying from their inventory. I sent Kali all of my information ahead of time and that made it so easy once I got to the dealership. All of the paperwork was printed and ready to go. All I had to do was sign and drive away. A special shout out goes to James Gerhold who stepped in and helped with the delivery process. He took all of the time I needed to go over every feature on the Ram. He showed me things I had no idea it even had. Also another shout out to Alex Miller for helping orchestrate the whole deal. I will definitely send anyone I know looking for a New Ram to go see the team at Sport Durst!!!!!!!! Cant wait for #5

These people will charge you for work they don’t do. I paid for alignment tire rotation and tire balance. The wheels were never even taken off my truck. I sent service adviser a text and got no response.

Horrible experience. The repair itself was okay, but they scratched my other door and wouldn’t admit it. And they claimed that I probably forgot it’s there because “people sometimes misremember things”. But there is no spot on that door from my old pic. Had similar bad experience when the receptionist Nicole was working at another Mazda dealership. Never come here ever again

I took my truck in almost a month ago now to have some recalls fixed. While I was there I asked if they could check out a couple sensors that were going off. Bentley, the service manager, told me hed check out my warranty and see if I was covered. I waited a day, then two, then three... Nothing. So I called the truck center. Straight to Bentleys voicemail. Ive called over a dozen times since then, left voicemails with my contact info, and even spoken to the people in the collision department about it being impossible to get ahold of anyone in the truck center (one of which personally went to talk to him and left my contact info on a sticky note on his computer). Now, I think those guys are good guys up there and I dont have anything else against the dealership, but this is extremely frustrating. If I remembered exactly what was wrong with my truck, I would have called the warranty company myself by now and would have had it fixed elsewhere. Now Im worried that even if this issue is resolved theyll overcharge me for extraneous services since I am writing a poor review. Overall not very happy since I need my truck in good condition to move houses this month.

Everything from the service center to the sales department here is top notch. I had only been in for parts one time and the parts department remembered my name on my second visit. All service was fair priced and fast. They are knowledgable and friendly. Im about to move across town where another dealership is closer, but Ill still be coming back here for all of my service and purchases in the future.

Very good service, only drawback is when you call for an appointment, its hit or miss weather you talk to a real person. I called several times and left messages with no response. I was finally able to get Bentley (service manager) on the phone and was able to get an appointment the next day.

I usually don’t take the time to write a review for receiving good service from a company as I believe good service should be expected. This company on the other hand went above and beyond expectations.Here is where it started. My vehicle was parked on a street where you have to parallel park and another vehicle tried to park by pulling in head first well they pulled in too close and tore my bumper off and scuffed up a headlight and some other miscellaneous damage.I learned the driver had Geico, I on the other hand have State Farm and have never used Geico. I called Geico thinking this is going to be such a hassle but I was kind of surprised that they walked me through everything really quick and setup a claim. They told me how everything is going to happen that I was to go the body shop Sport Durst located at 3621 Durham Chapel Hill Blvd, at a certain time to just drop the vehicle off and pick up a rental.It is called their Auto Repair Xpress and it really made things easy. I went to the location at the scheduled time and they made me sign two documents giving them permission to work on the vehicle and then they gave me a rental all in the same location! Like really I dropped my car off and then picked up a rental in the same spot.Before I hopped in the rental though I have to just say Mel and Chad were extremely awesome! They both took a look at my car together and they really we’re great as if they really enjoyed helping and that meant so much. What seriously impressed me was when they took a look at the headlight it wasn’t like really damaged but it was scuffed up pretty bad and I asked them if they were going to buff out the scuff and they were like we aren’t going to buff it out we are going to completely replace it! Like that blew my mind because in my experience when dealing with insurance companies such as Nationwide they tend to try to save cost by if they can buff something out they will instead of replacing it.Mel and Chad both went above and beyond it really was great working with people who respect their job and their customers. Even the guy that provided me with the rental was really helpful! I forgot his name but what great all around service from the entire experience. So I go home and I get a call and was told to pick up the car on Thursday which was only two days so that impressed me as my expectations were that it would take longer than just two days.When I come back to pick up the car I really only expected to see a new bumper and really wasn’t sure if the headlight was actually going to be replaced cause that was really not expected. I took a look at my car and saw the new bumper and new headlight but then I looked and noticed that they cleaned the entire car! But not only cleaned it they freaking buffed the car!!! Seriously that is going above and beyond and impressed me so much. I opened my car door and looked in and damn if they didn’t clean the inside too! They vacuumed the inside of all of the leaves I’ve had in the vehicle since last year and now it was so clean!I honestly have never received such professional service but these guys seriously care about their customers and I cannot thank them enough. I feel they did so much for me that I owe them big time. I believe Geico is going to send me a survey soon and I will definitely put in a good word for Mel and Chad and let Geico know of the outstanding service they performed.Give these guys a bonus or something they seriously deserve it and also whoever cleaned my car inside and out deserves a bonus it was just so unexpected.Thank you so much!
