Me and my coworker waited for HOURS at work for a nice relaxing trip to spirit Halloween. But when we got there the doors were locked and lights were out. The hours on the door and online said they were VERY MUCH OPEN but they weren’t so we wasted our hard earned break. 😡😡😡

It was ok, alot of stuff missing but the 2 gals in store - bravo for putting up with the teens destroying stuff. Didnt loose your cool & tried your best.

It says it opened August 2nd online and it says it open and says the hours but I get there in person nothing is inside and doors are closedWhen does it open in dubuque

One of our familys favorite times of year is when Spirit opens for the season. The staff is always very helpful and welcoming. Great selection of Halloween goodies!

Sold me a defective item and wouldnt let me return or exchange. Con artists.

Horrible horrible service. They gave me wrong change asked if they had discounts rudely said no. Found coupons asked if I can return them and use it. They huffed and said yes. I was NEVER given receipt which they found later. Very immature customer service.

Good quality costumes, have got my kids costumes from Spirit the last 3-4 years and they wear them as dress up until theyre too small.

Only open during Halloween season
