Normally I love party city! Their prices have gone up but otherwise we have great experiences with them. I went in a couple weeks ago and one of the store associates came right up and asked if I needed help. She was able to lead me right to the section I needed I was very pleased. Today... not so much. I called about doing a phone order for store pick up and granted the first store associate I spoke with was great. She let me know you can do a store pick up online so I went ahead and got it going but I could NOT select my store after countless tries I called the store and the gentleman I spoke to was completely unaware of how to use the website. I was going to go in and pick up the items later tonight but something came up so I called back and got a third person. I am hoping that this girl was just new because she had to ask her manager if I could do a store pick order over the phone even though I’ve done it before and then when I wanted to get balloons there was A LOT of confusion over the balloons and when I could pick them up. So I’m going in tomorrow to get everything and I’m just hoping it’s a better day because I would hate to stop shopping there because of lack of communication and knowledge .

Im tired of Party City, every location Ive been in lately from Illinois, Indiana to Iowa reminds me of going to Family Dollar or a dollar store, with extremely long check-outs, its like their hand making the party supplies. For this kind of wait and service I should have lower prices but no, everything is over priced. This particular location had no helium on a Saturday, its a level C or D organization with A prices, just go to Dollar tree or Dollar general at least youll get a fair price for less than service.

Found the Halloween costume I was looking for. The prices on costumes were extremely reasonable and accessories to complete any outfit. Definitely hit them up if youre still looking for that perfect costume.

Hosting a party with a theme? This is the place to shop. All kinds of party decor and ideas. Costumes too. Plenty of parking as it is in the Staple Center parking lot. Kind of pricey for some of the stuff bit I guess it depends on how bad you need it and when.If you deem this review helpful, please give it a like. Thank you.

I will never shop here again! Terrible service, no greeting coming in, ignored when asking for assistance, short staffed and misleading. They mislead the prices. I do not recommend this store to anyone! If I could I would give a ZERO!

Nice to have places like this around. That said the last few times I stopped in I found the staff to be a little less than friendly or helpful until I got to the checkout which wasnt all the helpful at that point. In their defense they were extremely busy both times and I did find what I needed (on my own which took forever). Im sure Ill be going back again though.

I will never go here again. Very very bad service and BIG BIG liars. Got balloons yesterday and was told they’d last 3-5 days nope they didn’t even last 24 hours. I called the store and they tried telling me they told me the latex balloons only last 8-10hours. This did not happen at all nothing was said about that. The person got the manager and she again tryed to say I was told about the latex balloons. BIG BIG lye, very disappointing. They were the liars not me. I rate them a big fat ZERO

We had a good experience today shopping for my sons 4th Birthday. The lady informed us that we could pre order balloons and just pick them up when we are ready for them the day of ! Made the process much easier and quicker thank you !

Lots of cool stuff for birthdays. We will definitely go back for all our party needs.

They have tons! if different party supplies from birthday to bbq to graduation. And at the checkout they gave my kids free balloons which was a plus to them!

Staffing may be an issue but willing to help when needed. A catch-all kind of place. If you think they wouldnt have it, think again!

I will never shop here again! They mislead you with advertising. They are over priced where as you can get the same things at Walmart cheaper. I do not recommend this store to ANYONE!
