I used to love coming here to study and the drinks are always good, but they always have their lobby closed. It’s extremely disappointing when I can’t find a place to study because the library at my college is currently closed for remodeling. So now I have no where to study.

A publicly traded corporate owned burnt taste… What’s not to love? They’ve only bastardized every international drink style possible. They don’t even know how to make a real macchiato. Support local, resist Socialism. Think about it.

Very nice staff. Great place;especially after new remodeling. The seating is more comfortable and the tables and overall look are better.

By far and away the nicest experience I have had st a Starbucks. I am not a Starbucks guy, but after stopping and being disappointed at Dunkin across the street, Christina and Abby Were SUPER nice and helped us with our order. Starbucks needs to give both of these employees a raise ASAP! Thank you both for the help

Went there the last few days because I had gift cards. I accidently removed my card and didnt have the gift card on me. I had to use my debt and their card reader was acting up. I figured they would ask for a different card or cash of both I did have and they said all three drinks were on them! We were shocked and pleased. Definitely my favorite Starbucks! Their drive through does get busy but they have always been pretty quick. They remade my drinks on valentines day because I ended up being late then the line was long. The staff is always wonderful, polite, and always gets orders correct! Cant wait to go back next time Im around!

Frappuccino was excellent, employee was very friendly & helpful.

Literally have been here several times and the last 5 times they have got my order wrong. They have been rude, they cut me off while I am talking. I’m so annoyed and will be going other places from now on. They simply don’t care and just want the line to move.

I drove through today after a really bad experience at the dodge St HyVee Starbucks. I ordered my drink and paid for it with the Barista Brianna. I told her about my experience with the other starbucks and she offered to remake that drink for free. She insisted to remake the drink to take a bad experience and make it right (wouldnt let me say no). She was super polite and outgoing and went above and beyond with her customer service all done with a smile. Brianna thank you for making my day! I hope Starbucks knows they have an amazing employee! Even if it is the Barista code you are an awesome person! This is by far my favorite location to grab my favorite drink.

I love the coffee but they don’t mix it. They swirl the cup around in their hand and in the end my sugar, cream, and mocha is still sitting underneath the coffee

I’ve given this Starbucks so many chances and nearly every time I go there they mess up something on my order. I wish I was exaggerating when I say nearly EVERY TIME but I’ve been to this Starbucks probably 30+ times and in the 2 1/2 years I’ve lived in the area and cannot remember a single time where my order was complete and made correctly. I enjoy Starbucks coffee but will almost always go to another Starbucks that’s even further away just because I know they’ll mess up my order.

Worse experience ever at Starbucks. Ordered two tall regular coffee waited about 10 minutes and when asked they told me they are very busy. Yet everyone else after me received their specialty drinks. Rude service as well, didn’t even acknowledged that our coffee took so long.

It’s a nice Starbucks but if it’s even a little bit busy you’ll be stuck out on the road in traffic. It sucks a lot. I recommend parking and going inside. It’s a lot easier but getting into the parking lot can also be hard. Just a bad spot I guess

Nice that it has a drive though. But has the most inconsistent hours ever. I work nights and now I never know when I can get it. I don’t know if they are open till I get there because the hours are not updated.

Rated it a 3 because the staff have never been very friendly and the line is AWFUL at all times but have to give them credit they get people through the line relatively fast and the order has always been right!

Waited in line for over 20 minutes in drive through. When It was finally my turn the clerk not only handed me cold food but didn’t even apologize and proceeded to shake her head that I asked for non cold food absolute worst service for how expensive Starbucks is I wouldn’t recommend this location. Absolutely terrible

A confusing entrance but easy to get into once its figured out. Nice new place. Though the new store design is VERY noisy IMO due to the tiled backsplash.

They added a merge lane but apparently no one in Dubuque has used one before. So be prepared for fights.

I am from out of town but we stopped here so I could get my Iowa mug! The partners were extremely friendly! Very helpful crowd, and made my drinks wonderfully.

The place is new and everything is nice. The staff were very courteous. Price is a little high, my sister-in-law had some kind of iced mocha, well my brother and I had a couple of dragon fruit drinks and all together it was $14. It tasted nice though. The place is uncharacteristically nice for the area, but maybe thats a positive Twist on how things are going.

Biggest waist of my day ever. I just waited in a stagnant line for 20 minutes. Since when does drive through get priority over people who walk in the front door. Waited patiently in line for 20 minutes-it never moved. I walked out, drove across the street to Dunkin Donuts and got a latte in one minute. Absolutely the biggest waste of time ever. DO YOUR JOB, it’s not that difficult.

Slowest shop in the world. Stood there a lo g time and then someone came over and asked me what I ordered. Definitely use drive upordered

Great Starbucks, but the parking/traffic isnt the best. It can be challenging to get in and out of during typical busy times.

Its a Starbucks. Its the only free standing one in Dubuque. Ive never had a bad experience here.

They open at 5 a. M. Which is great when you have to be on the road by 6. The service was quick, the drinks were tasty.

Employees are nice enough but my coffee never taste the same through the drive thru as compared to other locations, its much worse. Tried the bacon gouda again...ice cold again. Ill stick to the other locations from now on.Ill walk into any other starbucks in town just to avoid the annoying traffic that comes with this location. Who in the right mind let these people keep building the worst drive through in the world. The only Starbucks that puts the card reader out the window?????

Typical Starbucks. However, no newspapers. None. No rack. I wanted to sit down, drink my coffee and read the local paper. Employee tells me and the other customers who also asked about newspapers...manger knows but does not order one for whatever reason.
