Rude staff

Do NOT take your wedding dress to these people. I took mine to them in 2016. The price was reasonable. When I got my dress back, I peeked underneath the sleeve at the window in the box. The dress was thrown in helter-skelter. The veil was literally bunched up in a wad on the side, like someone did it with her fist. There was black fuzz underneath the plastic window, too. I was horrified. I took it back. They defended themselves by saying a dress isn’t foldable. I understand, but BUNCHED like a dirty towel?? They told me they could put it in a bigger box. I agreed, but I kept my veil this time. When I came to pick up the dress the second time, it wasn’t ready. When I came again, they told me they needed the sleeve from the original box before they could give me the dress. They treated me like a criminal, talking about me to each other from behind the rack. I ended up crying, giving them $20 for a piece of cardboard, and running out with my dress. Do NOT take your wedding dress to Fashion Touch.
