Be sure to check out the great clearance section for bed linens, curtains, towels, etc in the bed linen section. Cute selection of inexpensive heels. I love that there is a Sephora in the middle of the store.

I was very pleased with my shopping experience at Penneys. I found some very comfortable casual wear pants and had no problem with my returning items from store and on line purchases. The clerks are always friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Lots to choose from, my sisters found lots of great items. Lines were really backed up so we got rerouted to the makeup department to check out. All fine and well when we got to the makeup area one of my sisters has some questions about different foundations the lady just srugged at her and said they are all similar 🙃. Ok then we were sent over here to check out with our clothes. She told us if we arent buying makeup she cant check us out I told her we were sent over here because they are really backed up. After a sigh and eye roll she checked us out but insisted that my 16 year old sister should sign up for a credit card. I told the lady shes not old enough to sigh up for a credit card and she got mad like we were lying.

I bought some good deals but the employee in the shoe section walked right past me out of the area when I was trying to gesture her attention for assistance.

Nice store and a great place to go for mens clothing.

Had to walk around the store to find someone to help . Shopping with one in a wheelchair and on with a walker is hard enough.

A department store that has evolved. This store has something for everyone. In a day when you can order almost any item online, it is nice to be able to touch, try on, and discover merchandise in an inviting environment. Even when very busy with holiday shoppers, the staff is always ready to assist, and check out is easy. The quality of the goods on offer is superior to most other retailers. I generally dont like to shop, but I find shopping here is pleasant. With retail, people vote with their wallets. I am glad that so far this brand has survived. If you do want to point and click your purchase, they are able to do that as well. Your order can be ready for pickup the same day in most cases. Hope this brand will survive the retail extinction and be here for many years to come.

Very very displeased with no one to assist me in the shoe department. It was like a ghost town. Please dont give me the line were short of help.

I can always find that last minute piece I need and their sales are great. I love being able to try on pieces prior to a purchase, and judging from the 7 busy try-on-rooms, I am in good company. I appreciate their price-match policy, too.

This JCPenny has a wide selection and a lot of it at reasonable prices.

Sephorea (spelling is def off) is defiantly worth checking out. I dislike JCP, but they do have great sales!

The store is always beautifully maintained, and the selection of clothing is great. Sometimes they can get a little outside of my price range for my income, but the price is worth the quality of the clothing, if you are able to afford it. For those who are unaware, there is a Sephora store inside this JCPenney location. Ive not yet been inside, but Im sure itll live up to Penneys and Sephoras legacies.

While their products have gotten better in past years, their prices dont match the state of the company. If youre hurting for customers, your prices shouldnt be above average.

The sephora in it is the worst customer service Ive had at any sephora. I was in the store 10 minutes nobody Acknowledgd me or the customers that came in after me. I had ask a salesperson for help she just stood behind the register

I was offered 50% off if I got a jcpenney card on my purchase however it was a lie... I still got 30% off but the 50% off is apparently for when I have a qualifying card... if it is for a qualifying card dont mention it will be 50% off if it isnt!

Typical JCPenney store. They seem to always be short staffed. However, the ones that are there are super helpful.
