I just bought the v11 king size adjustable bed and have already had a great improvement of sleep within the first few nights. Rod listened to what my sleeping issues were and took the time to explain the difference in each of the mattress types and it was obvious this one was the best for me. The delivery and set up were just as planned, the guys were professional and clearly explained how to use the adjustable base. All were thankful for my business. Amazing mattress, we got the v5 and it is unbelievable. I had severe lower back trouble, laid on it for about 30 minutes the first night and forced myself to relax and trust the bed, stood up and feels like my back naturally realigned, no more back pain. I cant wait to see the effect on my sleep and feeling awake throughout the day because of it. Great customer service, way better than everywhere else we went. Great price for easily the best bed out of all we tried, including top end 12 to 15k beds. Thank you to everyone at Verlo. Oh, and it looks amazing too!

Went in to buy three new mattresses and was treated like a queen. Offered extra stuff but to be helpful, never pushy. Mentioned I was interested in an adjustable bed down the road and helped me try it out and gave me the info on it again without being pushy like I had to buy it right now. Its not often someone asks where to go to get a new bed, but when it comes up, no one seems to know where to go. I tell everyone to come to Verlo now because I can trust their knowledge and the experience and kindness they will bring to all my friends. Thank you, Verlo!

The sales service was excellent. We originally had order the V5 with delivery and had to call back when our order was available to pay and reorder our delivery again. Not that big of a deal. Well then I had to call back again to verify the delivery and time which I was told they would call me. When it was delivered the guys were rough on our walls and cells and didnt bother cleaning up or apologizing for their mess. There wasnt even a greeting. Just here and bye. We love the bed and possibly would consider another in the future.

First of all Rod got right back to me while texting him for an appointment to meet and check out beds. I met with Nicole the next night and she was pleasant and knowledgeable about all the different varieties, specials, and comfort levels. Deliver was only a week and a half after as I had purchased a floor model adjustable bed. The delivery guys were great! They brought everything right into our garage and were right on time. We ended up getting a great deal! Last night was the first time sleeping in our new Verlo bed and it was amazing! Thank you Verlo! You have a forever customer!

The salesman who we spoke with today was knowledgeable of the mattresses, answered all our questions and friendly. We ended up buying a Queen mattress, box and 2 pillows because of the great customer service. The turn around time to make the mattress was a lot faster than I expected so that was a bonus as well. My husband went to other local mattress companies, one in particular didnt have any visible employees so he left after 15 minutes when he checked out mattresses himself, but Verlo had the best guarantees, prices, comfortable mattresses to choose from and customer service. Wont buy another mattress anywhere else!

We love everything about our new Verlo Mattress! I’ve been dealing with persistent back pain for six months, and after one night sleeping on this new Verlo V-7 it is GONE! What a relief! Rod and his crew at Verlo were amazing and even worked with us to ship our bed to Oregon. The bed arrived in perfect condition and the high quality was noticeable right away. We opted for the double pillow-top king and while the bed is large, it is not overly cumbersome. I would recommend Verlo for any of my friends and family! Don’t have a Verlo in your area? We had a 20+ year old be in need of some serious replacement. After visiting most of the mattresses places in Dubuque, we were on our way home to Wisconsin empty handed when my wife pointed out the fact that Verlo was up ahead. We walked in almost at closing time and Rod helped us out with trying different beds and such. We walked out with a new frame, box spring, and mattress scheduled for delivery in the near future. Their prices were reasonable and in store service was outstanding.That trend continued for the delivery as well. The guys showed, were very professional and respectful of our house and belongings. They set up the bed, cleaned up their cardboard and plastic, and were out the door in very short time (5-10 min at most).I’ve sent a few friends to Verlo and they have had the same great experience. We’ll definitely be back when we need to add beds to our house.

They seem nice and finding the right mattress was good. After getting the mattress as Verlo calls themselves a Mattress factory with comfort as their main focus, we were disappointed that the mattress was nothing as soft as the one we picked out on showroom floor. We go back and report that we are unhappy about the mattress comfort level and are told to just take off the mattress protector- which for warrenty policy standards is required- and then told to come back if still not happy. Figuring maybe the mattress was just really new and stiffer do to this, we waited a month or two and then came back to report we were still unhappy with the mattress. As we were in the store we retried out the mattress in the show room to see how much different they really were. It was a night and day difference. We specified that upon perchase we wanted as soft as possible. So we finally got an appointment to adjust the mattress comfort level..though better, it still is not nearly as comfortable or soft as it should be..also do to their policy they will not take it back..or allow for an exchange..

Best bed Ive ever slept on! I never knew the difference a bed makes on how you feel in the morning until I switched beds. After the first night I had less back pain then Ive had in a long time. Rod was very helpful in making sure I had the right firmness. I was happy to know that if selected the wrong one they could adjust the firmness for me even after taking it home and sleeping on it for awhile...FOR FREE! I dont think I will need to do that though as Rod put me in the right bed the first time! Thanks Rod!

Love love love my verlo mattress and pillow! I have the V7 pillow top flip-able queen mattress! I never have back pain in the morning anymore and always wake up feeling rested. It was a great experience working with Rod at the store working to find out what option was best for me and my pocketbook! They always have some great specials going on too! I got free delivery and an allergy proof mattress cover when I purchased mine. I have also sent many many friends to Verlo and havent ever heard a complaint!

Me and my mom went into this today and within 15 minutes we were SO UNCOMFORTABLE we left the store in a rush. We were originally assisted by the owner of the store but he was busy so he directed another associate to help us. We let him know that we were just looking and wished to get a card with more information. Instead, he pushily tried to get us to order the mattress ON THE SPOT. Starting to feel uncomfortable, my mother once again reiterated that we were just looking and she had to talk about it with her husband before she made a 2,000$ purchase. The larger man made a joke about us young ladies needing his approval for a bed. Feeling extremely awkward, we politely asked for a card and let him know we were ready to go. After he wrote up the mattress information he slapped it down on the counter and my mom let him know she was feeling very pressured. He exclaimed that he was not being pushy and then decided to put me, a teenage girl, on the spot. Am I being pushy?! Of course I responded yes, as I had been ready to just walk out as soon as he tried to have us buy the first mattress he showed us. Instead of responding to our complaint with an apology he just snapped the info card down and sent us on our way. The owner, who was also at the desk and within earshot also made no comment or attempt to assist us or rectify our problem. We will NEVER be steeping foot in that place again.

My last two mattresses are from Verlo and both are great! My most recent adjustable bed is perfect for my husband and I. Service, delivery and product were all fantastic and I would highly recommend Verlo Dubuque!

Bed shopping. UGH! Is there anything less fun? Yup, we thought so too, which is why we have not had a good nights sleep in years. YEARS. We ended up at Verlo Dubuque yesterday...just looking. Again. We were impressed with the beds, and even more with the service provided to us by Rod. He took very good care of us, and we are now anxiously awaiting the delivery of our new bed! I will post again once it arrives. For now, we give the experience 5 stars. We hope to be able to repeat that excellent rating for the bed.

Absolute great service we came in for a foam matress but rob made us test the other ones too and we ended up spending more and we so happy that we did. We just moved and the new bed is such a paradise of our lifes.. Thank you rob... Deff will send others to you... And best of all he accidently over charged us. We didnt realized it at all. But he came outside and gave us the diff in cash and apologized multiple times. He was a great gentelman about it.. Every other person would collect the money and screw it... I have had a Verlo matress almost my whole life and I love it! When I come home from college I cannot wait to sleep on my Verlo matress. I sleep through the entire night and wake up refreshed.
