This is a nice family-owned small business. The guy is from Chicago- super friendly, very knowledgeable and helped us pick out just what we needed. We are going back this year to see about getting window treatments from his wife.

Jim and Donna are great people who really care about making sure you get a great nights rest. I got a great deal on a Serta iComfort Matress with a adjustable base and we have been sleeping wonderfully since, no more restless nights. The delivery staff were super friendly and careful. They were on time, made sure we understood how to use it, and took away our old bed, no problem. When its time for a new bed, we will be back to buy from Bed Back & Blinds with Jim. I bought a Miforma mattress from this store about three years ago. I recently started noticing I was having difficulty getting out of bed, and when I paid closer attention, I realized it was because there was a sinkhole right in the middle of the mattress. So I called the store to ask about the warranty. I was told that the company went out of business, so there wasnt anything they could do. They offered to work with me if I wanted to buy a new mattress, but I just spent $1000 a few years back. I dont have the money to buy a replacement mattress no matter how discounted it is. Now Im stuck with my crappy mattress.
