We have been overdue to get a new mattress and they hooked us up with exactly the perfect mattress for our needs.Super easy ordering process, quick turnaround on a made in house mattress, and incredible delivery folks. They do quite a bit for our community so it was nice to keep our purchase local.They have gone above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. The only regret I have is waiting so long to buy our mattress!

This review is a one year after their great second service for a reason. My husband and I bought a mattress about 11 years ago. After one year I hauled it back and had them remove the pillow top (my husband thought he wanted) and firm it up. They graciously added 3 firming pads. We slept well for ten years. My husbands edge of the mattress started bulging out. I hauled it back. They removed the top and said something to the effect, “this was the three section type we had a few issues with give us few hours.” Half way through my day I was called and ask to come check to see if it was okay. The guys were concerned about how firm it was with all the insides new and all the firming pads I had added previously. I went and check the comfort level -it was perfect. I went back to work they finished it, I picked it up after work and hauled it home. It has been a year since the repair. We both still sleep great on it. They were correct when they said, you really do have a brand new mattress other than the cover. No charge. No hassle. Just rare, phenomenal service!

We moved into a new house this week & found out that our queen box spring wouldn’t make it up stairs. Called DBQ Mattress Factory & they suggested a split queen. Everyone was so helpful & nice. And the split queen box spring worked perfectly! I would defiantly recommend these guys!

I needed a mattress delivered on a Friday morning because of a medical issue and they really came through. They dropped everything and got one loaded before the truck left and I was their first stop. I cannot thank them enough for their service when I needed them. You cannot find that kind dedication to customers in many businesses nowadays. The reason I disliked it was because it was way over priced your talking like anywhere from $1,000.00 to upwards of $8,000.00 depending on what you wanted. They make them there but thats not impressive to me for that price its insane. I mean a glass of champagne or water might have sold me.

The sales staff provided us thorough information on the product and how its made to help us determine how we could customize the mattress to make it most comfortable for us. They are also patient; I went back a forth a few times trying out different mattresses and comparing them. They know what they are taking about and they are no pressure.

Ive had my mattress for a year now and couldnt be happier with it. I didnt get one of the higher priced ones, because i found my model to be bery comfortable when i tried it out. They can make adjustments after you buy it, but mine was fine as made. No pressure in the showroom, and they took into consideration the way i sleep in recommending a mattress for me. Nice people, too!

I had a great experience buying our mattress from Dubuque Mattress. Doug and his staff were very knowledgeable about finding a bed with the comfort level to fit our needs. The showroom was really nice and there was no sales pressure to buy. Weve had our mattress for over a year now and have been sleeping great since.

They were great when I went to purchase a new mattress. I told them what my husband and I wanted. Mattress was not worth the $1200+ that we spent. When my husband went back a few months later to see what they could do, they were not very helpful. Would never go back.

I had a great experience with Will and John both! I went in to buy my very first bed (that wasnt handed down from parents!) Will sold me my mattress and John sold me my box spring. I didnt have a ton of money to spend on a bed, so I bought the cheapest. The bed turned out to not have enough cushion for me personally, but John told me I could come in and have extra padding layers added in! I am going back in tomorrow for extra padding. March 2018....Went in to buy two matresses one king. Matress only an one queen set. John was great when buying it. Called him today that they made my matress wrong. They put a different top material on it. We watched him write up the order an had it right. John was kinda on the defense when I called said do you want to keep it how it is.... Several times I told him we wanted it the way it was ordered. So I told him to plan on picking it up Monday an fix it an bring it back. Then he calls an hour later to tell me not to use the New pillow my husband got. They delivered the wrong one so he has to wait till next Monday. So I suggested they throw me in a new pillow so we have a matched pair for THEIR TWO MISTAKES.....BOY DID I GET A ATTUTUDE FROM JOHN CANT DO THAT..... Then he tells me dont even tell your husbsnd that I asked if you want to keep it with our mistake. We will fix it Monday boy I was thinking I sure hope so for buying a new matress.... A couple years ago my fiancé and I were in the market for a new mattress. After doing extensive research we found there are many places to choose from in our area. After growing up in Dubuque, we decided to stay local and go with Dubuque Mattress factory. And boy are we glad we did!!!From the moment we walked through the doors we were treated as if we were family. The salesman was very patient with us the entire time we were there. Because it was an important purchase of course we had to lay down on every mattress in the store. He helped us find the perfect mattress and frame that we needed, wanted, and could afford. Because my fiancé has back issues we decided to go with an adjustable bed. Her back issues instantly diminished after the first night!The service has been excellent! They set up a specific date and time they would deliver the mattress to our home. On that date they showed up exactly when they said they would. They moved the mattress and frame into our bedroom. And boy did they do it fast!Since then, after a year or so the power went out in one of the storms we had. The motors were not working after that. Knowing better than to try to fix electronics on my own I decided to give them a call. They walked me through a couple options over the phone and concluded it must be something with the motor. The manager, Jeremy, got on the phone and said he would personally come out to our home and take a look at it. Literally within minutes he was at my front door. It couldnt have been 15 minutes since we were off the phone!!! I took him to our bedroom and he fixed it in just a few minutes. (It was an electrical issue that was no fault of Dubuque Mattress Factory.)After owning the bed for about two years now my fiancé and I moved into our new house. Using the moving truck we unloaded everything into the garage. Because our home is a split level its difficult to carry things up the stairs so I called Dubuque Mattress Factory to get some tips on how to take it apart. Once again the manager, Jeremy, got on the phone and said Whats your new address? He said he would personally stop over after work to show me how to take it apart.Here is the kicker...Not only did he stop over... but he helped me carry the frame into our new bedroom. Now the bedroom is set up just the way we want it. There was absolutely no charge with any of this above and beyond service.I just wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone at Dubuque Mattress Factory for giving me and my fiancé such spectacular service.
