Bad costumer service

Convenient location, excellent customer service, and they generally keep a good stock of basic supplies. They have excellent staffers who are always willing to lend and and offer good advice when you ask for it. I shop here a lot and have not had any negative experiences. Any problem that comes up is dealt with promptly, politely, and very nicely.

Caitlyn at the Dublin Office Max was VERY RUDE! Rushing me off instead of actual listening to what I was asking her.

Nothing I needed. The services were good but not knowable about products

Placed order for 1 hour pick up (25 invitations for $45) and paid for them online. Was told that I would be sent an email or text when the order was ready for pickup but I never did, so I called. SOMEONE told me that it would be ready by the next day at noon, because there were no other orders before me, so she could guarantee that it would get done. Well its 5:30 PM the next day and I have just cancelled my order online. I was told that there was no orders pending for one hour pickup. There was nothing there. I asked if she needed my confirmation or order number and I was told no, that it wouldnt help. Excuse me??? I was just told THE DAY BEFORE that it would be ready and now all of a sudden its nowhere to be found? I guess it just grew legs and walked out the store, thats a shame. I was also told that there has been nobody else there besides this person and she hasnt told anyone that. So I just got lied to straight to my face AGAIN. I understand that maybe the order got lost in processing and things happen, but the fact that I was given an attitude and no desire what so ever to even try to search my order is ridiculous. What are they paying their employees for? Because its definitely not for customer service.

Good store, this office max did not advertise or have posted, there is a package size limitations when shipping fed ex packages. Its ducked because I was visiting and had purchased a led TV from Walmart black Friday deal. I needed to send TV Florida, arrived at store to find out package was to long to send. Fed Ex took package but I had to drive to Macon GA to send what a inconvenience never again in Dublin GA.

It was good plenty of pickles on the wall there was even a roach like a weed roach it spoke to me and told me that there was no paper only pickles so I grabbed a pickle and the pickle bit me and sung a song about paper then I realise it wasnt a pickle it was a dog the looked like a pickle this surprised me and offended me for them telling me they were pickles but then a pickle told me that that was a spy and arrested the dog for illegal spying and stealing the paper the dog cried but nothing happen for 3 minutes then SANS UNDERTALE kicked the wall down and played megalovania and attacked people this was appalling and I was gravely wounded but then paper found me and saved me so Im now alive.

The printing service person Brandy was so rude and unhelpful. I had to input my order online because they tried to charge me 65.00 more in the store than what they actually charge online. I will never use this store again. Horrible!!!!

Was not acknowledged when I walked into the store. No sales reps on the floor. While two employees and one of the two managers working in copy and print services helping customers. The other manager is nowhere to be found or help check out the customers waiting in line to check out.

Not impressed at all.. they try and charge people a charge to fix new equipment.. brand new products.. not impressed..

A little over priced on some item but a good place to print when you are in a bind.
