My husband and I purchased our mattress 3 months ago from another mattress company. It was back ordered 6 weeks, we called sleep outfitters and they had the same mattress in stock and got it delivered that same week. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY MATTRESS!The story: We bought a 9,000 dollar tempurpedic mattress at this store. The person who placed the order ordered us a California King base instead of a King, like the mattress size. Manager says he can’t get us a new base for another week and maybe longer. He also says we can still sleep on in but also describes that a Cali king base is longer and skinnier than a king size mattress. So, the manager of this mattress store couldn’t put it together that if the bed is wider than the base it’ll cause the people in it to slowly slide off of it (not too hard to get that even without being a manager at a mattress store.)Manager states there’s nothing he can do to fix it. And, apparently, they don’t make any money off those sales because the price is fixed according to the tempurpedic company and there’s no changing it.Do not buy from them, they won’t help you if you run into problems, even if the bed cost is more than what you paid for your first and, maybe present, car.

Just bought a King Mattress from here. Im a very picky engineer and have a lot of questions. The owner or manager Richie might come across a little harsh but I think its because he knows his stuff really really well. Good experience and good price. Would have paid more than double for what I found.UPDATE: After just over 1 year, this mattress has become total garbage. I weigh 150lbs and my wife weighs 125 lbs. There are permanent, nearly rock hard, indents in the mattress. We both wake up sore and have hard time falling asleep. Weve rotated the bed as recommended but the foam used is absolutely not recovering. We had to sleep on the couch and chair now hoping the foam will recover. But Im giving up. They obviously dont use the correct foam anymore. Recommend not buying.

I was assured everything would be sterile and to have my mask with me. I came in sleeping on an awful, cheap, broken mattress that I’ve been suffering on for years and now I am leaving with the most comfortable mattress I have ever laid on. Richie was super helpful, directed me to mattresses he thought I would like and got the perfect one on the second try. It’s firmer, but still soft enough to conform to my body and keeps my spine nice and comfortable no matter how I lay or even sit. I spend a lot of time on my bed, so that is very important! I also share my bed with two Siberian Huskies who are just going to love this new, plush mattress!
