The gentleman that was working Monday 4/20 is SO NICE!!!! I was having issues with my screen protector staying down and he replaced it for me no questions asked. Thank you so much. He was knowledgeable and patient. He set up both my wife and my phones quickly and professionally. We will be back for when we need new phones.

Best store ever

This store is great! The guy that helped my husband and I was knowledgeable about the phones and he didnt try to sell us anything more than what we needed. We went with the Samsung A20 and we are so glad we did. The only tiny complaint I have is the store doesnt have much selection as far as cases go. Otherwise, fantastic customer service, great knowledge of the phones and we were in and out within 20-30 min. We will be returning to this store for future purchases.

This location is great, they helped me upgrade my plan. I was able to get unlimited service with 2 phones for $75

They have good deals on everything and respectful as well

Was refused service because I only need the $30 plan. Was told the owner will not allow anything cheaper than the $40 plan to be sold, so I walked out. What a joke.

Worst customer service! Called about getting our phones switched over and told him what carrier the phones were on and was told as long as they are unlocked they would be fine. They are unlocked. Drove 30mins to get to the place. Got there and he tried, it didnt work not because of them being locked (which they arent) but because metro pcs isnt a compatible carrier at all. He should have known that, and probably does. Then proceeded to charge me for his service that wasnt needed because the phone isnt compatible at all!!!
