Beware of this store customer service. Tmobile promotion is always a scam they are designed to not give any money to the customer. I was fooled by their promotion ( switch and save upto 450). I paid off my installments with ATT and joined Tmobile and after transfer they said that I am not eligible for the promotion. The store rep said he will sort out the problem and promised us he is going to work on it and walked us out of the store. He never answered the calls and the promo was never applied.

Never and I mean NEVER com here! Their are hidden extra fees! We went there once and they said they will never do it again and like not even 1 month later the hidden extra fees came back! Never come here do not recommend. TRUST ME!

This place was great, the staff was very patient and helped me and my family get on the same plan. Took a few hours because of a hiccup here and there but it wasnt their fault.

Doesnt seem to be able to help with a whole lot. Just cancelled service with Sprint and wanted to return devices. They said they cant do that and that I cant pay final bill here either. When I initially signed up with Sprint it took over 2 hours just to setup phones and immediately had issues with Sprint where they were not able to help me in store at all. I think store employees need quite a bit more training on procedures and their systems along with being empowered to actually help customers.

Prompt and satisfactory customer service. I was at the store to switch to Sprint and was helped by the store manager Mohammed. He and his team patiently through the activation process and ensured was completely setup. He also made me aware of Sizzling Sat Offer which I hadnt known about. Overall a great experience.

Its all great customer service till it isnt. Mohamed was the Store manager and was a great service. I signed up my line here but when i returned to change my sim card, the new guy completely messed up my account. He moved my plan to a much more expensive plan. I am now paying $186 instead of $110. I have went down 2 times to try to fix this but it still doesnt look fixed although they promised it is fixed.

Great customer service from both the manager Mohamed and José! I had a few different issues that needed to be handled and the place was crazy busy after the launch of the new Samsung. The staff managed to greet everyone coming in while handling their current customers. Walked out with everything done and no problems, just what I needed!!!

The problem with this place can be summed up in three words: Way too aggressive.I walked in hoping they had some decent Android Wear watches I could look at (which are surprisingly painful to find) and 4 employees basically pounced on me, trying to quiz me about my current provider and my monthly costs in what clearly must have looked like a comedy routine with different employees talking into the conversation, not leaving me alone for 5 seconds so I could look at the actual devices in peace. Needless to say, I rather quickly excused myself from this location and vowed never to return.

Poor customer service. The employees dont seem to be very knowledgeable about their products and services. Ive found its better to go online and find products and plans on your own, or with help from the online team.

Very very bad customer service. The store manager does not even know how to handle customers. I have been having LTE connections issues for 2 weeks. In spite of calling customer care, it was not resolved. So, I went to the store because i got the connections there. RIght away, store manager told that they are just store and not customer support and can not help me out. Obvisouly, as a unhappy customer I said can i record what he said so that i can use it during customer care call again. For that, he said he will complain to police. Then guess what, he really called police and I had to talk with police and explain. This store manager did not even give his name. And, he complained police instead of handling the simple customer issue. Even, police was surprised after my explanation and they said this is weird. Very worst experience given by store manager espicially during holidays :( even the police said i am not happy with customer support then i can use yelp or this platform to put my comments.. If sprint superiors managers see this comments, please help your customers out here... This store is in fallon gateway, dublin CA
