Not a great experience. Tried to get a washer and dryer combo with my soon to be wife. Did not get appliances that day because one combo we wanted the dryer was completely unavailable and the other combo the washer could not be delivered until a month after we get married. Which is a problem. Would give three stars but we had to wait 15 minutes for staff to get off of the phone to help us. That same night, I went to Lowes in Kathleen and had a good washer and dryer combo loaded onto the truck in 20 minutes. TL;DR go to a bigger store thats part of a corporation instead of wasting your time in this store.

Absolute best Sears store Ive ever been to. Great deals and selection of tools and appliances, top notch customer service from each and every staff member and the owner himself and a 100% hassle-free warranty process for your broken and worn-out Craftsman hand tools that qualify for warranty replacement!Highly recommend this store to everyone needing a certain hand tool or appliance!

Don’t waste your time going to Sears in Dublin to purchase anything! They don’t care if you receive a order you have waited on for over 2months. Was suppose to have been on the truck last Friday and wasn’t. They said they would contact the warehouse to get an answer. A WEEK LATER AND THEY STILL DONT KNOW ANYTHING!! That is total BS!!!!!! I have in the past, before Sears moved purchased a microwave - fridge and washer and never had a problem with the store owner helping me. Don’t know what is going on now but I will never use them again.#nocustomerservice

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! From this store to corporate they both lack the customer service skills to be in business!!! I have never seen such bad customer service in my life. I purchased a dishwasher in May 2020 that went out in July 2020. Sears didnt get anyone out to look at it until late August/ early September. The technician could not repair the dishwasher and basically said he had rebuilt the dishwasher and it still did not work. I was told I would get a replacement in October, but they didnt have the right replacement price. We were told by the store to contact corporate, and I did. Corporate told me I would have to contact the store. So, this back and forth occurred for months. Finally, they got the replacement amount correct, but we were told by the local store that we had to contact corporate for delivery fees to be waived. We paid back in May to have it delivered and I was not about to pay again for the replacement to be delivered. Corporate said it was the stores discretion to waive the delivery fee and the store said it was up to corporate. The back and forth between corporate and the store started all over again. At this point I am fed up with both! Each time I went into the store I was told that I have to contact corporate. The store is of no help to its customers at all. I stayed on hold one day for over a hour and thirty minutes, another day two hours and thirty-eight minutes to still have no help from corporate. I went to the store to request a refund and was told by the owner that they did not purchase the store until June, so they could not give a refund. Which does not matter!!! When they purchased this store they purchased the previous owners book of business!!! It is now their responsibility to rectify the situation, but instead they chose to deflect responsibility. Again, terrible customer service!!!! So, go spend your money elsewhere instead of with this Sears Dublin Hometown Store. It is January and this situation has been ongoing since June 2020 with no solution. I finally spoke with someone at corporate who advised me they escalate the problem and request a refund.

Nothing against the store. This is towards SEARS CORPORATEBuyers stay away no matter if you have warranty or not you will catch a lot of trouble trying to get your issues resolved on your appliances.You can get the same appliances at HOME DEPOT with better service and warranty protection.We have lost countless of hundreds of dollars due to the brand new appliance having manufacture defects. LOST ALL OUR FOOD AND TAKEN DAYS OFF WORK! Just to have them tell us they couldnt do anything for us.Fridge is only 8 months old now. And we paid cash for this junk.The store cant do anything for you either.And just so you are aware Sears is going out of business. Bankrupt.

N UPDATE CLOSED. Not my favorite place. Workers arent ugly, but not helpful as our old mall Sears was. Limited available items. Ive ordered to deliver to store twice, received confirmation items were in, only to drive 45 minutes to store to find they didnt have. Employee rude about it. Didnt go look for item, said computer says not there. Showed my confirmation they did have items. Employee said, I dont know what to tell you. I left really aggravated. Next day got call it was there.

Sear Hometown Store has moved locations in Dublin, GA. It is now located at 104 Hillcrest Parkway. The Roses and Bojos shopping center, where the old Kmart used to be. It is under new ownership at this time.

Service for repairs is horrible through Sears. I have had to ditch two appliances that still had over 2 years extended warranty on them. Service appointments were not kept and people answering phone for repairs were often rude!!!

We recently purchased an electric slide in stove for our new home. I could not be more pleased. Mr. Pooler is always a pleasure to work with. Brandy was our sales rep. and she was great! This was our third appliance purchase at this location and I highly recommend them.

After being informed by a saleswoman that you gotta have a Sears card to get the appliance delivered for free, I took my business to The Home Depot. Free delivery, friendly folks, same appliance, no bs (and no card necessary).

Saw a Range Product on-line on Shop your way Rewards and Sears Product, Iwent to our local Sears Store and looked around to see if they had this Product in their Store for this price I didnt see it, so I enquired if they could get this Range for me. The sales person checked and said Yes, and that He could order it online and have it in store to pick-up on Friday.Just as the Sales person said. We recently bought a washer and dryer from Sears. And the experience was less that enjoyable. They told us about the delivery set up and haul off price they had and I was excited about it, even though I could pick it up and install it myself. My excitement was due to the washer I was getting rid of was extremely heavy. The next day we get a call from Sears wanting to postpone the delivery which would not work for us so they had it delivered late on a Friday by a man that doesnt work for Sears. The dryer upon arrival had scratches and chips out of the paint due to being in the back on this mans truck not in a box. Long story short I ended up having to install my own washer and dryer and had to haul them both off because the man was not equipped to take off our old washer and dryer. When we called to get a price adjustment on the $80 fee for delivery installation and take off we were told that the other things were complimentary and there was nothing they could do. I do not recommend using Sears for your appliance needs due to the un professionalism and poor customer service.

This has to be the worst shopping experience I have had in a long time. I bought a brand new refrigerator from here and once I paid them I havent heard from them at all. They didnt call to set up a delivery. The driver was just sitting in my driveway blowing the horn. They pulled my old refrigerator out by hand after I told them not to and ripped my flooring and hit and broke a cabinet. Delivery guy was rude and bland and they also charge an extra 100 dollars for delivery when the corporate stores give free delivery. Never again will I step in there!
