Well-kept location and everything is relatively easy to find. It seems, however, that the staff arent always the most efficient when helping you find items. I went through several employees before I was informed that they didnt have an item in stock. I appreciate their help, nonetheless. Working in retail is definitely a pain.

A woman at this location in a red shirt, I believe her name is Melissa, helped me out recently and her service was above and beyond. She was super friendly and definitely made me feel welcome. If all the employees here have this attitude then I recommend anyone to do their shopping here!

Employee was not handeling pizza hut food clean. When I asked him to wear gives he refused. He did not even washed his hands before handeling food. My son is 6 year old with me who is very hungry . It was already 1pm after...When I spoke to nikki I think. A manager she kept saying I just walked in i am not sure what opens and that she will find out

Ive said it before but I think its worth saying again! TARGET DRIVE UP is the best thing ever! If you have not used their Im on my way feature you are missing out 19/20 times they are in the parking lot waiting when you arrive even at the busiest times! Target youve done an amazing job all through the past year! I will forever shop with you !

This Target is HUGE! Has a CVS Pharmacy in the front of the store and good size Starbucks. Tough to find a Target member on the floor. Seems like all Targets now have their staff only at the cash registers area.Was here on a Sunday, first day of weekly ad to Buy $75 worth of diapers. Get $25 Target Gift Card via Cartwheel app (which is a must have addition $ savings discount app to scan before going into a Target that may even save you more $$). They were already out of stock for what I needed (size 3) in the Target Up & Up Giant Size boxes. Only had Sizes 1 and 4 (lots of 4s) in the two areas of the Baby Department (Diaper row and end cap).Tracking down a Target Member was tough! Had to walk to other side of the store to stop one and ask whether there were any more Size 3. Overall what should have taken 15 minutes at the store took 40 minutes. None in stock and had to drive to the next town, San Ramon, to buy what I needed. More time lost!Their Dollar Spot section at the front was a mess although they had more merchandise than the San Ramon store (their Dollar Spot always gets cleaned out quickly).Plenty of parking in the massive parking lot. There is also a one Family Restroom next to the Womens and Mens Restroom. But the Womens and Family Restrooms could use some cleaning. This is a high traffic store. Diaper changing table in each Restroom.

Its appalling you cant reach the store over phone , your call will be disconnected automatically after you select the choice of department to reach after listening to all the surveys and advertisements.

The Dublin Target (Fallon Plaza) is always neat and organized. I find what ever is on my list and more. Good selection in every department and when I ask for help the clerks are really nice. I love this store

I thought walmart was bad at answering the phone but you guys take the prize. For how many people work at your Store you would think someone would be able to answer the damn phone. This is why people are shopping more on Amazon , customer service is way better.

Horrible inventory said they had SIX in stock and standing in front where the item should be there are NONE. Employees were rude and unhelpful. Dont waste your time here if you are looking for something specific they probably wont actually have it. I tried ordering online but said they were behind 72 hours so it was not ready for pickup. Ended up having to go to the San Ramon one to actually find it ... Guess what their stock number was accurate! Thank you SR Target and thanks to East Dublin for wasting my time.

Every time I visit target , experience is awesome.

Wow! Due to Covid 19 I didn’t want to shop in store so I did an online order & in store pick up. The folks at the service desk were helpful and fast. In my order was a hand written note thanking me for shopping at Target and it came with some beauty samples. The only think that would make my shopping experience better would be if people would wearing their mask correctly. I saw SO MANY NOSES.

Worst customer service experience from multiple employees. Your electronics department refused to call someone to retrieve a bike. Then your guest services had me waiting for a store manager thats left for the day. And your cashier didnt follow up with me.

Terrible customer service. This store lack customer Service. Don’t bother calling them bc they never awnser there phone they also tell the employed to not awnser the phone. Don’t both placing a drive up order bc it will take them longer to walk out the item that is already sitting at the front entrance out to you then you going and getting all your items yourself!

The African-American Lady in front was really rude. They don’t update their hours to represent their current times (said open to public at 9 then change your time to 9 instead of turning down 20 other people so rude and unprofessional) and just didn’t feel safe there when you see workers inside not wearing masks. Will change review if things get better but right now this Target is more expensive, less safe, and have more rude employees where many weren’t wear face masks in the morning

Found the things that the Livermore store was out of before the sale price ended. Clean and pleasant. Rather long walk to the groceries.

Don’t waste your time here, I called literally 10 times and been hung up on and been on hold for 20 minutes just to get hung up on, i also used to work here, it isn’t the best, you guys can find better, no wonder customers ratings are the way they are. They don’t care about customers, always so messy.

Super good! kind and comfortable

I was able to order things I use everyday and had ran out of and then pick them up on my way home. It took 10 minutes which was really nice. It made running errands easy.

Called ahead to see if they had something in stock. Not only did he check his system but he ran out on to the floor to make sure that they did in fact have some left. He made sure my trip over wasnt wasted and I appreciated that! The store is also laid out pretty well and easy enough to navigate.

Corey ( manager) was courteous and professional. He always smile and is very patient. He is one of the hardest working manager and the most likable person I’ve met.

It’s fast, convenient and when I attempt to find shoes at Target for my daughter, I could look for hours with no luck. Yet, with this drive up option Target finds it for me in a nano second. Amazing!

This is the Target of our choice in Dublin, plus the fact that it is the closest super market to where we stay makes it a great place to run along and buy whatever we want. The store is super clean and very well organized. The staff is friendly too. Like all Target stores, this is open till 11PM every night. Definitely a welcome for all those late-night snacks that you suddenly have an urge to eat.The store is well-stocked. I cant recollect any day where I have been to Target and discovered that they have run out of stock of anything that I have wanted. Plus, off late they have introduced self-checkout. This is a fantastic thing since sometimes in the evening and on the weekends, the customer lines can start to spiral. 4 self-checkouts definitely help.I guess everyone knows about Target and what they sell. I wont write all that. Parking is always available too. A massive Parking lot which is empty all week and weekend is what I find every time I have been to Target. Overall, the place is clean, plenty of parking space, not too crowded during the week, especially during off hours and the place to go for all your Target needs.

Good clean organized place with friendly stuff almost everything is there but sometimes price is little bit higher but it is ok, products are very good and high quality also it is near not far and easy to find park slot almost nothing did annoy me over all it is so good and thanks so much for stuff for their help i would recommend it to visit.

I visited on May 23 2019 and I have to say, Christine is one of the nicest people I’ve met in a while. We talked, she was extremely nice and helpful in every way.

Target at Fallon gateway is well located. Ample space, good parking area. Has a Starbucks cafe. However grocery section is very small. Very limited choices. Inventory is always understocked.employee may or may not know where to find a specific thing. They dont bother to stock it.

This target us huge. Service is fast and friendly. Can always find someone to ask questions and they always can help me find it. Great deals throughout store. Check out is always quick. Love it

Very easy to place on line and pick up. The store I went to was staffed so I didnt wait hardly at all. Everything paid and ready to be loaded in my car. Its a great service for busy people or those who dont enjoy the shopping experience during the holidays.

Customer service rep Cruzlita was extremely rude and condescending. Someone asked her where bathroom was she said over there cant you read. She argued with me she had already returned some items I said no she argued then she scanned and she hadnt. So rude

This particular Target had a great selection of products and is very clean! The staff were nice that we spoke to and our experience was overall very good.Plenty of parking in the large parking lot (I wouldnt expect anything less).

The electronics target employee named Victor went above and beyond to locate a game that my son wanted that it showed that they had in stock, but was missing. He did everything he could do, and it paid off. What he didnt know was that our family home had burned down, and this working out positively for my son was important. It is something that caused us to call in to tell Target corporate how awesome he was.

I love target. My go to store for pretty much anything.

The pharmacy staff are very nice and helpful. The checkout runs very smooth here and rarely any large lines, which is awesome. Store is huge and well stocked and organized. Good place to shop.

I absolutely LOVE Target. This store had the latest merchandise that wasnt on line yet. Got a pair of shoes, few earrings and some tops.

I, generally, find what I need at a reasonable price. I find myself going to Target more so than any other store I shop at.

This Target sucks! They refused to price match an item just because their target app could not find it on their competitors site. Even though I had the price, shipped and sold by their competitor (Walmart), and fully in stock availability for them to see on my phone. Wanted to support target because they are local, but I guess they are too stingy when I comes to their price match policy.

I have to say, this is probably the cleanest and best kept big box store Ive ever been in. Target almost always has the best prices, often better than even Wal-mart according to a shopping study I did a few years back. This store in particular though, clean, well lit, organized. Great experiences going here whenever I do.

Extremely disappointed with false advertisement. Sign says we will price match any major retailer and spent 20 minutes to get a price match to best but and the person would not do it

While it is less crowded than other target stores in the bay area, they want you out as soon as it is closing hours. They sent security at 5 minutes after closing and they stand behind you warning you that this is the last item you are buying. Lights go off sharp at closing time. I dont have same experience at other stores (Costco, best buy, etc). Wish they would change that policy to stop letting new customers in at closing time, but let the ones in the store shop peacefully with some extra buffer.

This store is so poorly stocked and managed I’m surprised it’s still open. Most of the time the perishables are expired on the shelf and the staff goes to great lengths to avoid you on the sales floor. Truly a disgrace

Definitely one of the nicer targets Ive been too. I actually live in the east bay, but drive out here when I need to shop at target because its always clean and well-stocked.

Best Target in the Bay. The front Guest customer service were so helpful tracking down some items they had in stock. They even brought the box from out back just for me. Truly excellent customer service, above and beyond.

Tried to return the iPad I bought and was told to bring it to Apple Store however apple could not return it as it was never in their inventory. Wasted my time and gas. I was told to call corporate so that I can return but I decided to try my luck at another target store and guess what I was able to return it.

Very easy to get what i needed

This is the only Target in the area so it gets a lot of traffic. For the amount of people that come in, the cash registers are completely understaffed. Its not fun having to wait in line for 20 minutes.

I am a loyal Target shopper, but I am now about to change my mind. During this last visit I found that none of the TVs had labels or prices on them. An employee said the people that label the products and prices stopped doing that 3 mos. ago and that each dept. is supposed to do that now, but they dont care obviously. I was also looking to buy a printer and the labels were all mixed up and according to google were all about $50 less then google said. I asked how I could check the price of the printer and the employee told me to take the printer to customer service to check the actual price. That is absurd and I will cancel my Target card and never return to Target.

The staff here is the only thing keeping this location alive. When items are in stock, they are usually stocked in the wrong spot with no or incorrect pricing. There is rarely any staff willing to serve people at the cafe. Aisles are commonly blocked because they are stocking during the busy shopping hours.There are a few really exceptional staff members and they are the only reason I dont drive across town to the other Target or shop online.

Beware! This Target store sells electronic devices with mismatched serial numbers (the Serial number on the box and receipt do not match the serial number on the device).I purchased Apple AirPods on 08/12/19. I went back to store to return the AirPods the next day but the store manager, Nick, would not take the AirPods back because according to him “the serial number on the AirPods do not match the serial number on the box and receipt”. I indicated to him that those were the same AirPods which I purchased from that Target store. But he would not take my words and wouldn’t take the return. Instead, he asked me to contact Apple.I came back home and contacted Apple and according to Apple support, “what you see on the AirPods itself is not the serial number”. Per Apple, the serial number of the AirPods can be found on the iPhone in Settings > About > AirPods.After two hours of wasting my time discussing with Target store manager, driving back and forth to home and Target, discussing the issue with Apple support, and showing store manager how to properly find out the serial number of AirPods on iPhone, that store manager finally accepted my return. Not only the manager did not apologize, he even accused me of being rude and threatened not to help me when I commented that the store lacked a proper procedure to verify returned AirPods. The entire experience of returning Target’s AirPods was unpleasant, time-consuming, inconvenient and required me, the customer, to contact Apple on Target’s behalf to proof that I was returning the same AirPods which I had purchased the day before.Clearly this Target store does not have a proper and effective procedure in place to verify returned AirPods and the burden of proof will be on the customer to waste his/her time to provide evidence far beyond the store receipt and original purchased item.Be aware: If you purchase any electronic device from Target, check the serial number of the device and ensure it matches the box and receipt before leaving the store. Otherwise, you may have to jump through hoops to get Target to accept your return.

Items in store arent placed properly - no rhyme or reason or sense making it extremely hard to find anything I needed. At checkout only a few registers open and tons of people which made the checkout process practically unbearable. :(

Great location creating a lot of traffic. Either store is understaffed or poorly managed causing it to look dirty, unorganized and under stocked. Shoes area are never tidied up, they pile up on the floors. Carts with put aways are all over the place. The returns area is soo full of unreturned items, it looks a mess behind the counter. And not having a standard uniform, rather the staff wear anything red and khaki, i mistakenly took another shopper as an employee. Very disappointing since Target had always been my favorite place to shop and look around.

This is newest and nicest Target around. We definitely prefer this Target to any of the others around. It has the least fuster clucked parking lot of any of them. Its nice that there is a Starbucks in there as well.

Very Very bad experience when doing a online order pickup today for 2 items. They had items in stock but still cancelled one item which was ready for pick-up and lied though they had items in store which i figured out.
