Hit or miss. I’ve had good experiences in the auto center. The pharmacy was really nice today too, especially the guy named Austin.

Walmart is bit busy, long lines, only 3 cashier working, @ register 10 cashier came to me told me,you are my last customer if anybody else comes tell them this register is closed, you understand?First of all I am a shopper not walmart employee and its not my job to direct other customers there is a light above cashier head for that.Poor management, probably over worked cashiers but they should open up more lanes if its busy or management shud step in to helpUpdate: Sunday Oct 17, 2021Apparently now its not only check your own items out (free cashier service to walmart?) Im pleasantly surprised at how well this Walmart location does at keeping their shelves stocked even with being under staffed like almost every retail store within all the stores Ive been to within the past 6 months in Central Columbus and all the surrounding cities within a 30 mile radius, they havent used that as an excuse for poor store conditions and subpar customer service. I applaud this location for making an effort to maintain the quality that was expected pre shut down!!🥳👏🏻

Always out of carts, out of stock on everything (not due to covid just due to poor management), never any cashiers. I drive out of my way to go to a different walmart.

I went in to get a charger. The staff in the electronics department were more than helpful and so kind. Often times you walk into Walmart almost anxious, I did not have that feeling at this Walmart. I will absolutely be returning when I am in the area.

Had several check out open. Quick trip in and out even with several people in line

Love the place, you get everything you need. Except one or two staff members everyone is great. Staff always helps. Like the walmart pickup, its fast and easy.

I was just at this store. One regular check out open and lined up self checkout was full and had a line. I just came from a 6 hour visit at a nursing home. It was 8:30pm. I sat my merchandise down and left the store. Wont be back!

Too big store and have many options but most of the times, too hard to find things, because “not in stock” or moved to some other place. Apart from that, store is located at nice location and that helps most of the near locals.

I came in after working a late shift to pick out my groceries, and was checking out about 10 minutes before the store would close. Thats when I discovered I left my bankcard in the car. My car was parked in the very 1st row, I could actually see it from the self check-out station I was using. Since I had already scanned all my groceries, I asked if I could quickly retrieve my card and pay for them. I was told by the worker monitoring the checkout station that that would not be possible because the doors were already closed. Apparently there was some sort of zero tolerance policy, because attempting to reason with her did no good. I wished her much joy in putting all my groceries back on the shelf, and left this Walmart for the last time.

The Tuttle Mall store is so much nicer than the the Reynoldsburg store. Much cleaner and better stocked. Thats the way it is with Wally World ...... Hit or miss.

Although the line are really tedious and annoying, its your standard run-of-the-mill Walmart. Good pharmacy and such. Been going here for years and hasnt changed that much which to me is a good thing.

Very clean, tidy, organized and well stocked. Not at all what Im used to from other Walmarts. This location made me actually want to shop at Walmart again instead of dreading it/going for necessity.

There is self checkout counter near only one entrance. This creates longer queue. Other than that it is regular Walmart.

Took 15+ minutes to track someone down to help out in electronics. Multiple people walked by and simple said it wasnt there department.

Bought 2 pairs of cheater reading glasses. They work good.

I never really shop her but, I did this day was looking for a power wheel that was advertised. Got to the bike section couldnt find the one I was looking for asked for help waited 20 mins no exaggeration nobody came. So had to find someone and they had to ask for help on where the power wheels were moved to. With that being said the young woman who helped me was very nice and even brought the power wheel to my car.

Just a quick stop to grab cereal and milk and some bare necessities.

For the last 3 years I’ve lived in this area this Walmart has gotten worse. It’s one thing to be told by MULTIPLE employees they not only speak English but will not get an employee to help you that does. There’s rarely things on the shelves, they’re bare or empty. The last 3 times I’ve gone in the last 2 months, not only am I getting stopped at the very front door but there’s been female employees standing in the way of letting me come in. Idk if it’s because I’m not Indian or not but I’ve definitely been treated badly because of race. Also if I choose to pay more in the end by checking myself out, why not have someone at UScan to at least fix the machine when it stops because they usually will. It’s disgusting and sad how most employees treat people here and I’ll never go back. I would think at the very least it would be mandatory for Walmart employees to speak enough English to communicate with customers. I will be adding to reviews with photos soon.

I had a pickup question. Called the store. Five minutes of a dial tone to customer service then someone picked up the line and they immediately hung up to quiet the call. I didnt talk to anyone.

One of the cleanest Walmarts Ive been to in along time.

Walmarts prices are usually the BEST. However, I have noticed more and more their shelves DO NOT SHOW THE PRICES!!! I have even used their App to scan prices but it rarely works! It wont scan or I get error messages saying We did not recognize this product. This item is currently out of stock, and I am holding said product in my hand. They have also been reflecting one price on the shelf, only to be charged a much higher price when I check out.

Big box store with a million things in it. This one seemed to have more cashiers than is the trend right now at WalMart.

Huge selection of products, great customer service!

As usual there were no carts to be found in the store, we had to go back out and get one from a very full cart corral. There were only about 5 cashiers for a very busy store and the line for check out was long. We found everything we needed though.

Comparatively speaking this location was not as clean as other locations. I was taken back by this because its generally speaking in a nicer area. I would recommend going to grove city over this location.

Literally one cashier who couldnt speak English and needed to use pictures to ask people what produce they had, and then was on a video call while checking us out. Horrific.

Found what we needed quickly and at much better prices than nearby stores. Got in and out pretty quickly.

It was ok. They dont have a great selection of swim toys. The checkout clerks are minimal.

No lines, everything was clean and neat, no boxes in aisles, customers and staff very nice and respectful. Plenty of handicapped parking available. I drove further to avoid lines and empty shelves. Very well worth the drive.

They need more than one checkout line open.

OK this is one of the worst Walmart ever, let me tell you why.Went there looking for a TV. ran across 7 people/staff that work there, none of which could speak English or at least that is the game they play.Finally found a lady who does speak English to help me. She admitted that ya it is that way there.Going to the check out line with about 20 check out area, none of which are open so you have to do self check out. This is a problem when you have kids with you and a basket full of stuff.NEVER GO HERE!

There are never enough cashiers in this store .I do and dont like the self check out. But thefact there is no cashier to ring up the order is not good if you have 10 or more items.

Their machine was not reading credit cards and everybody in there was totally lost and no one would come help

Came here to kill some time like I do every friday & pick up several items. I found binders for .96 on the shelf, they rang up wrong & they refused to honor the price even though it was their employees mess up. So I will spend the $150 I was about to spend here somewhere else. I will also find somewhere else to spend my hour long wait period every friday from here on out.

CAUTION! The store needs to update their hours. They evidently close at 10:45 p.m., not 11:00 p.m. although, there were still plenty of people still shopping, from where I stood outside the locked doors.

The employees were helpful in finding what I needed and polite.

I ordered online on 11/13 and when I when to pick up my order, after receiving the text that it was ready, the employees had no record of my order even though the money was taken out of my bank account. I was informed that I will not get my money back for 3-5 business days. When I talked on the phone with customer service (for about an hour), they placed the same order for the following day. When going to pick up my order on 11/14, the same thing happened. So, I not only was not able to get groceries, I am now being forced to wait 3-5 business days for double the amount of money. I am now unable to feed myself or my 2 kids for another week because my only money is being held for groceries I never received. Since no one on the phone was able to help me, I was forced to go into the store and put myself at risk (even though I am high risk for COVID-19 complications and should not be out in public). I spoke to a manager there to try to find a way to feed my family for a week since Walmart wasn’t able to fill my order and is holding my money. The only thing they were “able to do”, after another long conversation on customer service and a heated argument with the store manager, was to provide me with a $25 gift card (which will not feed my family of three for more than 3 meals). I am a frequent customer for online ordering and expected to be treated with more understanding and respect. I have worked in customer service for nearly 10 years and I have never seen/received such poor service, management, and helplessness, especially from such a large corporation. I am extremely disappointed in Walmart and am now more stressed than ever. I am most likely to never use Walmart to shop at ever again. If I could give Walmart 0 stars, I would.

Wal mart at Britton pkwy is clean and has a good selection. Just still be aware for items stocked on shelves with incorrect pricing. But they do have several price check stations thru the store so u can always check

Was looking for a Nintendo Switch and they had 3! The woman in electronics was very helpful and polite and very patient giving how busy they were. She is an asset to Walmart. Great experience!

By far the worst walmart Ive been to this side of Columbus. Shelves were empty, and in the middle of the day during the weekend, only 4 cash registers were open. Widely unorganized. Walmart are usually messy, but this store really drove it into the ground. Go to the one on Sawmill if you have the time. At least they have product on the shelves.

While doing my shopping after work, I witnessed a red head manager with glasses yelling at some teenage employees. Walmart should remind him he is speaking to someone else’s children and should learn some decency. Took everything in me not to cuss him out and defend those kids like my own!

Can soneone please order the 12 pack of Gatorade fruit punch? Not the Gatorade Zero, but the regular Gatorade fruit punch. I guess they dont believe in carrying it in this store.Other than that, its a little dirty but it will have to do.

The old man in front of grocery check receipt is rude as hack. He said if you do not have receipt, you cannot leave. When I self checkout, the girl did not tell me I need to take mine. This old man even try to argue with me , states that it is all rules. A simple smilei am sorry, but i do need receipt , instead he said with dead face like officer, You cannot go. He think he suspect me still some towel?I just spent 4.27 on some towels. Yes , rules, only check Asian, but when mid east people come through, no checking. What a great explanation and double standard.

It is walmart it has many flaws but it has what you need so you reluctantly go there against your own better judgment only to leave with half your soul gone and swearing you will never go back but then you need more milk and the cycle repeats
