Service department needs some upgrades. Online appointments are not working correctly, specifically, Online appointment was made, confirmed and emails sent. When appointment time came, there was no record of appointment and service department was way behind schedule and short personnel.

Horrible, I had one vehicle that they could not properly diagnose and I had to do repeated visits and ended up waiting approximately one month for the return of a brand new 2020 trax; while I continued to make payments and insurance.I have another 2020 trax with engine over heating problem that was at the service for six full days and they still cannot find the problem. I don’t know what’s going on but I will never buy another vehicle there. This was my third vehicle that I’ve purchased but never again.Too much of the technicians cannot find the problem and the extremely long wait to get back the vehicles and the repeated trips to the dealership for the same problem.

This was the worst experience of my life. The dealership kept my vehicle for two weeks without doing anything to it. When I would ask about the status of the vehicle, I was lied to multiple times by the service person Dana. After being lied to multiple times, I finally pulled my vehicle from the dealership and took it to a mechanic I could trust to be honest with me. I would never do business with this dealership again!

I was.... a potential customer at Dublin Chevorlet. The sales staff did not treat me like I was a priority. I live over a hour away, so having to continue to call the dealership and persue the salesman handling your transaction for two days for feedback is insulting and bad customer service. The salesman always promised to follow up after each conversation and several hours would go by with no updates. I always had to call him, only to be told that hed forgotten / intended to get back with me. I understand that Im not the only person hes dealing with, but this is unacceptable to me. I have never been treated this way by someone who needs me or people like me to keep them in business.

I came in to have my first oil change on Saturday and Mike the Service Advisor was awesome. He was professional and helpful. While I was there I talked with sales team and the General Manager introduced himself to me as well. I redeemed my Chevy rewards points voucher at parts and got a cargo net for my new Silverado. Initially, I did not have a positive experience as I was promised something with a vehicle that wasnt delivered. However, after sitting down with the general manager, we were able to work together and turn the experience around. We reached a solution that worked for everyone! If you arent treated as the very best, I recommend reaching out to Don the GM. He was very approachable and listened to my concerns so that we could come to a solution.

I brought my 2019 2500 in for the free initial 7500 mile service.The diesel exhaust fluid was not topped off as specified.Nor were the tires rotated and the pressures brought up to specs.Ill never patronize this dealership again

**Update: Don, the General Manager took the time to hear us out and was able to rectify the situation. He heard our concerns and delivered on their promises. Thank you, better late than never.Buyers Beware... Promises made and never delivered!! Be sure to get everything you discuss with your sales person in black and white!! I was promised the tow package but when I went to tow, the hitch was not there!! I assumed it was an honest mistake because the wiring harness was in the trunk and I took my new Traverse back to the dealership. I was reassured they would “get it taken care of,” stating they would call me when the shop could get it scheduled. No call ever came. I followed up on my next maintenance appt only to be told it was “too long ago and there was nothing they could do”.

Consistently POOR customer service at service department. Very tired, angry and unhelpful. Argumentative. Last visit they lost record of a $4000 extended warranty I purchased 5 months ago for 2015 suburban. Finance manager was not helpful. These guys are behind the times. Unless your family or church works here stay away.

Took my Chevy cruze in to get cruise control added to it. Paid for the parts on April 17. Didnt get my car back until May 4. You all need to get better supplier. And when I picked up the car it had a service air bag on it and the column piece was loose. Dont worry neither the Chevy nor the Nissan dealership will ever touch my vehicles again.

Purchased a car here in the past. No big problems. THEN I brought it back for servicing. It took almost a year to get the first wash. 4 appointments to have a cruise control fixed, and it doesnt get done..each time I wait at least 2 hours for an oil change. I believe this is due to the person who schedules service. I also marked my tires...so when we got the car back, no tire rotation had been done. The last time we went in to finally get it fixed, a salesman saw us perusing the lot and begin to talk about a trade. We worked on the deal, but couldnt get it hammered out while we were there. I guess they sensed that they may not get a sale because they didnt return any call I made for THREE days! Two salesmen and the finance manager. No one could even call to tell me that the deal wasnt going to work. The last salesperson I talked to told me We are busy with customers right now. Well, they dont have to worry about being busy with me EVER again.

There was a plastic piece on the drivers seat that was broken, and I had the dealership order the part to replace it. The reason I am only giving 4 stars is because:I think the technician doing the repair should have cleaned the leather in that spot before putting on the new plastic piece. It was not required; however, it would have shown me the customer that this dealership trains and expects its employees to demonstrate superior work ethic.My other suggestion would be to contact customers by email or phone when the parts come in rather than by a postcard in the mail. You may not be able to reach the customer by phone, but most people have their email go to their phone. The postcard in the mail should have been the last resort.

The people that work here will go over and above. To make a long story short my wife and I were at a wedding in Dublin but I had to take our son to Macon at the end of the wedding. My wife stayed for the reception. Only problem being is that I took her keys to Macon. The gentlemen from the dealership spent a considerable amount of time unlocking my wife’s car so she could get some belongings and then loaned her a car to drive to Macon and pick me up. Took 2017 truck to Dublin Chevorlet to see why truck was eating front drivers side tire they done a front wheel alignment charged $60.00. Took to a certified mechanic today because it is still eating tires he said the alignment was no good because Its not aligned. Also back springs squeak took 4 times. Mechanic said bushings are gone in springs. They are several things the matter with this 2017 truck that my husband and I bought brand new in 2017. We have not been driving this truck that much lately because of the problems its given us. Its been a lemon. The staff were friendly.

Appointment date was 3/7/19; told then their system was down. What an inconvenience to me for my time spent and effort to keep my appointment. The service department had my CELL # to call, but no one cared to update me on their situation. I decided to leave my vehicle, after reaching the service department, for it was said the system would be up and running soon. This was on a Thursday. I finally got my vehicle back on the 13th, 6 days later. I am fine with the time factor since I had another vehicle, however, I am very dissatisfied with the lack of communication from the service department end! Not one phone call placed to the number given to them during this 6 day delay! However, on the 13th, I did have a call on my home phone answering machine that my vehicle was ready.

The money they charge you should think they are a little more prompt and courtesy when call backs and relying information about your car. Not a satisfied customer.

Chevy service center is a rip off. Repaired my car 2x for the same service reason; charged me a significant amount of money both times. 1st time replaced radiator 2 days later car put me down then had to replace water pump. Drove maybe 3wks same service engine light engine overheating came on. took it back troed to charge me 700 for a coolant jug.. Refused to pay took to another machanic. The problem wasnt even what GMC said it was it was something totally different and it cost me 500 less than what GMC quoted me as. I saved 500 dollars by taking it to a local machanic. I am in disbelief that I have spent so much at Dublin GMC service center over the years for repairs and have literally been rip off. Please get a second quote from a outside mechanic before going the GMC it may save you alot of money.

So Im currently sitting here at Dublin Chevrolet, picking up the car from the service center, and they drive the car around there is liquid spilled all over the leather seats, even the back of the driver and passenger seats. We dropped it off Monday, today is Wednesday, they have yet to look at it and says it will be beginning of next week before they even get to it. The lady at the service desk was very rude. She basically told us to take it somewhere else. Im sorry but this is not the way to treat customers

Service Department quoted me 11 hours of labor to replace a power steering pump on my vehicle. A local mechanic quoted me 3 hours to replace. I replaced the pump myself in 3.5 hours. Beware of this GM Service Department!

WOW! Almost the best experience i ever had at a dealership for an oil change. traveling through and needed and oil change. called these guys and veered off the interstate and was greeted promptly and kindly and even took advantage of the courtesy shuttle to nearby applebees. all was wonderful. i paid my bill happily but made the mistake of crawling under my truck. not a grease zerk was touched. better luck next time i guess. always crawl under and look.

Liars and cheats. I came in for a simple oil change, tire rotation and DEF top up that was pre-paid with my new Silverado. I had to come back a second time because they didnt rotate the tires. The tread patterns and fill pressures revealed that the tires were untouched. They had the truck for over 4 hours. They said they topped up the DEF on the second trip (after I pointed out to them that it wasnt done on the first visit) but it was the same reading. I immediately went to Walmart and put in 4.5 gallons of DEF into the 5 gal tank. They are fraudulently billing GM for services that they dont deliver. I pity the less observant customers who dont double check their work.

Arrived at Dublin Chevrolet GMC Buick on Saturday with a broken truck. My 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 Check engine light was flashing and the truck was definitely misfiring. The service department at the dealership was closed. We were met at the door by George Sims, who offered to assist us in any way he could. I contacted GM Roadside Assistance and received none. I was offered a one day car rental and a one day hotel stay. Then, Roadside Assistance advised that there were no rental companies open in Dublin or the next closest town. We had a mountain cabin rented for the week in Morganton. Mr Sims, hearing our problem introduced us to the Sales Manager Don Carswell. Mr. Carswell assured us he would assist in getting us to our destination. We left the dealership in a loaner vehicle and enjoyed our vacation. When we returned, I was so impressed with their hospitality, I bought a new truck. The deal was as fantastic as their hospitality . Mr. Lock Wilford, also a very hospitable man, is fortunate to have caring employees like Mr Sims and Mr Carswell. Thanks to all for reinstating our faith in mankind.
