After regular maintenance and a battery replacement, my car was throwing a few codes that affected my driving experience. The particular problem has resulted in “gremlin problems” for other folks from their reports on forums. Noah and the techs remedied the problem the first time, whereas other dealers / techs around the country have been perplexed by the issue requiring too long of service appointments. Noah and Crown Alfa got me back in right away in addition to fixing it the first time.

I have a 2017 Alfa Giulia, it has been having issues with the start/stop feature. I have been back to Crown a few times as the check engine-start-stop feature light would come on and say it was no longer functional. I have to say Crown has bent over backward to fix this issue, and it seems they have finally done just that, and I have to thank the service manager, Noah for his relentless help with this issue and also Crown for not giving up!! Noah made sure I had a car to use while my car was in for service, he would call almost daily with up-dates and when my car was done, he brought is back and returned the car they had gotten for me. I cannot thank Noah and Crown enough for the 5 star quality service they provide. They are 1st class all the way.

Do not buy here, Alfa Romeo makes a inferior car with very, very bad reliability. Multiple repairs in excess of 20+ days. The dealer will promise to help you but is just lies and pure deception. I would never recommend Crown for any car purchase, they do not operate with any integrity or morals. I loved the smart a$$ reply from the manager of Crown. I have months of text conversations where I was lied to, I have video and photographic proof of the issues and they are not recent this car has had issues from the beginning. Multiple repairs in excess of 20 days, bad service and a car that is a complete waste of time and money.

Ok...Don is a great salesperson, has great product knowledge and will do what it takes.The same cant be said for Manager James...Small inventory, means good luck getting what you want quickly.The vehicle I looked at had been transferred from another dealership 2 hours away, and appeared to have already been damaged. Front clip paint didnt match the rest of the vehicle and the rear hatch wouldnt close.

Bought a 2018 Stelvio from Crown. Drove off lot understanding that Apple Car Play could be retro-fitted later in year. Could have returned the vehicle and unwound the deal the day of purchase - but trusted Killian and James’s assurances otherwise. Clearly not going to happen and can’t get the dealership to just acknowledge that fact or call me back - only wonder how many other buyers were duped. I wont be back.After 9 months of ownership, the only great thing about the vehicle is the driving experience - which is truly fun. Infotainment is beyond poor, HK sound system is average, cabin is pretty pedestrian. No issues with limited interaction with Service Dept - except that they can’t service Alfa on Saturday’s. That’s convenient...

Stumbled upon this place accidently. Was at Crown Euro test driving a Mercedes 450, had just left and as I drove past the Fiat/Alfa dealership, saw they had another dozen plus 450s & 350s parked on the back of the lot. Pulled in, started looking at the overstock and then happened upon the Stelvio. Thought it was a Porsche at first...never saw one before.Sales guy comes out and starts giving me some info about Alfa Romeo....I had no clue. Just won some fancy awards, blah blah, yeah, whatever. Lets take one for a spin.Very impressed upon entry. They really didnt miss much. Beautiful craftsmanship and better than the BMW X5. Solid ride, great handling and better than the Mercedes 450. Price made me wonder if there was a catch?No pressure from sales staff, met the sales manager James, got some more info and went home to do my own research, which I did.Everything told me this vehicle was the real deal. So I went back, met with Dan and James and we ordered a 2019 Stelvio Ti Lusso loaded. It took two months to arrive and wow, just blown away...what a beautiful vehicle!Out of all the new cars I have purchased (Infinitys, Lincolns, Cadillacs, etc) this was without question THE BEST new car shopping experience Ive ever had. James runs an incredible dealership and not only stays true to his word, but does better than (found more incentives). Jim spent so much time with me getting me comfortable with all the features on this vehicle....these 2 guys are simply incredible.And the Stelvio? Im loving it....what an amazing machine!
