I paid for an extra cleaning alongside my oil change. The pics show what I found when I got home(I live less than 2 miles away and went straight home). Further, even though I was the only person in the lounge for sometime, rather than ask me if I wanted a multipoint check, they emailed me and asked that I get back to them so they could do the service at that visit… meanwhile I am waiting for someone to come ask me these things but nothing….too difficult to ask the only person left in their waiting room…

I have used Germain Lexus of Dublin since 2008 to keep our vehicles in good working order. They are professional, respectful, and kind. From helping move car seats into a loaner car, to explaining recommended repairs, they have earned my trust.

Nobody likes to get their vehicle serviced. But this dealership is exceptional. You are a face and a name, not a number. We purchased a Lexus Rx 350 from Germain Dublin and over time the service we receive becomes less and less desirable. When we first purchased our vehicle and received service it was above and beyond. The car came back detailed, cleaned, and filled up. Now not only do not receive any of that exceptional customer service we are expected to fill back up the loaner, something that is new as of two months ago. I purchased a luxury vehicle with the expectation we would also receive luxury service which is no longer the case. If Im just getting normal service I might as well have bought a highlander since its literally the same car without all the luxury extras you get from purchasing a luxury vehicle and we are so disappointed. We choose to get our vehicle serviced at the dealership, but I doubt we will going forward considering there is no more exceptional service where they go above and beyond customer expectations.

Can’t say enough good things about the personnel so courteous and professional. The atmosphere is so comfortable waiting for my car was no inconvenience. You really feel cared for at this dealership. Your car is in good hands and so are you.

A car you buy must be dependable. Lexus, by far, the most dependable car brand. However, how professionally the car you bought is serviced is even more important than the car brand. I purchased my first car from Germain Dublin in 2004, and have been going to their service center since then. All these years they have been always Courteous, with highest level of professionalism.They are the reasons why I am still driving my 17 year old Lexus.

The process was communicated in great detail every step of the way through the multi-day repair and they were flexible in terms of loaner usage. They even went as far to prorate a supplemental service that was recommended along with the repair covered under warranty since some of the new fluid being used was already part of the repair. Ive been a customer of Germain Lexus Dublin for over 5 years. Generally speaking Ive had great experiences with their service department. Todays was a tiny bit off. Initially, the app they wanted me to use to enter insurance and license info for loaner car purposes was really frustrating. It only allowed me to take a pic of my license and insurance card and didnt let me upload an existing screen shot. Then the license pic kept rejecting for glare that I couldnt fix. Incredibly irritating. What I thought was a half day service turned into 7 hours. The billing was confusing and had to be re-done. Lastly, the paper floormat and plastic seat cover were left in my car when it was brought out to me. Normally they dont miss on the details, but today didnt go as smoothly as usual.

Cassie and the team at Germain Lexus Dublin were extremely helpful and kind when my car would not start this morning. They got me in, ran diagnostics and figured out what was (and wasnt!) the problem and got me out the door incredibly fast, giving me peace of mind. Also, thanks to their efficiency I didnt have to take a lot of time off from the office. Highly recommend Lexus of Dublin.

We brought in our Lexus for the 20,000 mile service and for a fuel filter recall. The professionalism of Mike, our service representative, was above and beyond. I had an additional question about the car and he very kindly went through the steps to answer my question. I was impressed with the whole experience.

Cassie was right there when I arrived almost 15 minutes early. I expected to have to wait a bit until my appointed time but my car was taken right in and my wait time wasn’t any longer than normal. As always everyone was nice and curtious.

He always quickly schedules my appointments and does a phenomenal job identifying/resolving any issues (like recalls or faulty parts that are covered under warranty).Many people hesitate to have car dealerships service their vehicles thinking it’ll cost too much OR they’ll be “upsold” on a bunch of unnecessary items.That is NOT the case with Germain Lexus of Dublin.An oil change would cost me just as much (or more) at Jiffy Lube. Additionally, the quick oil change locations always push air filters and other upcharges. NOT Germain Lexus of Dublin.Even when they identify something that needs repaired, they explain it and do not pressure you to immediately fix it. It’s an entirety pressure free and pleasant experience.I would not take my vehicle any where else for service.

I needed to have service done on my car for a recall as well as regular scheduled maintenance. The drop off in the morning and loaner pick up was fine at the Dublin location. I was told the car should be ready around 3pm. By 3:30 pm I had not heard anything so I texted the service person for an update. After not hearing back, I called an hour later and had to leave a message. I received a call back about 10 minutes later that they were finishing up my car, taking it through the car wash, so I could head on over. I said I would be there in about 20 minutes. When I got there I was told they have to “locate” my vehicle, they thought it was still at the car wash. I sat and waited in the seating area. No real updates. Finally at 5:55 or so, I was told that we were all set. When they took me out to the car, it was in a parking spot, it had not come right from the car wash. Pretty frustrating having to wait an hour for a car that was supposed to be ready when they called me.

Mike and Josh are great guys to work with. The team at Germain always take such great care of me and my car. Just one of the great things about owning a Lexus!

Mike S and his team ALWAYS provide detailed information about what standard items are being provided for each service visit. The additional courtesy inspections are appreciated. When there are items found on these inspections, they provide information about the problem and a quote for the repairs; which they can take care of on the spot. I schedule a 20,000 mile service. While waiting I was approached by a gentleman that showed me the tire wear on the vehicle. It was surprising that the tires were worn that much. I agreed to replace all for tires with OEM model and an alignment.After an hour I was offered an overnight loaner but refused, due to my plans for the next day. I needed my vehicle. At that point I indicated that I would reschedule the tires and asked how much longer for the original maintenance. At which time I was told that they had not started yet. Expecting to be out within 90 minutes, I requested to cancel the service and bring my car back. Patrick contacted the lead mechanic and they provided a short term loaner car with the promise of finishing the service, tires, and alignment before 5:00. I agreed and I am happy that they went the extra mile. Patrick did a very good job of handling this situation. Thank you Patrick.

Received 20,000 mile service.We purchased our new Lexus RX350L in June, 2019. Germain “Courtesy Service” is normally provided for four service periods within 24 months of purchase. Mostly because of the COVID Pandemic, we put significantly fewer miles on our car over the past year. Rather than have unnecessary maintenance completed and waste resources (oil , filter, misc supplies, labor, etc), Service Advisor, Josh Spaulding agreed to extend my last Courtesy Service until I accumulated a few thousand more miles. From the time we purchased our Lexus, Germain Service Reps. have been professional, knowledgeable, and always courteous. I highly recommend Germain Lexus of Dublin!

Germaines Service Dept, along with Service Consultant Mike S, stepped up for me. Their team rallies together and completed an end of the day appointment for me and avoided me having to reschedule the appointment. I always appreciate the professionalism presented to me and their staff is an outstanding example of displaying and practicing true customer service and pride in a job well done.

I noticed Monday morning that the left front tire on my Lexus UX was flat. I called Roadside assistance since I only had the car just over three months. Within an hour, the driver answered the call. To ensure that I did not need air, he felt for a nail and filled the tire. It was then that he felt and heard the air quickly leaking. There was a puncture or slice- I suspect it might have occurred on my return from a day trip to Granville, OH. There was a multi-car accident and some debris. I suspect that I ran over a piece of road debris, which seemed like a piece of hard black material that might have sliced the tire.Once my car was at the Service Center, I reached to to follow up with Josh Spaulding who arranged for a loaner until the tire was ordered and replaced. I was able to pick up a loaner later Monday afternoon and by Tuesday morning my flat tire was replaced. I was happy that the issue was minimal in nature and quickly resolved.

Always friendly and timely. The waiting area is relaxing in the morning with a cup of coffee nearby and a quiet atmosphere.
