Had a punctured tire and I called in to check whether they can fix the tires. Scott was super friendly and funny at times. He loves his work and you can tell that. He quickly reviewed the tires and they were a goner. He helped through few options based on my needs and found the tires that met my needs. He started to work on it immediately as I was in a bit of time crunch and he was able to make it ready in a hour or so. Very pleasant experience. Definitely recommend to anyone. I had come to TireChoice after two failed attempts to obtain tires at a competitor.I came to TireChoice, because they had helped me out in the past with a wheel replacement when their competitors were either too busy or simply refused to do the work.Both the shop owner and shop manager were very friendly & helpful. Needed a tire within 4 hrs to replace flat experienced by a fleet customer late the night before which i immediately replaced with spare. Shopped around early morning but only Scott had what i needed and answered all of my questions on autopsy of flat and price, warranty, and mechanics of new tire. Scott Hammons, store mgr and Gage helped me more than I could ever expected. This specific shop is the best Ive ever experienced in any tire shop in my life. I was traveling on HWY 680 when my rear passenger tire blew out. I called about 5 tire shops and none of them could help with fixing the tire even though I shared with them I was traveling with 4 elderly persons. They all said we would have to wait 2-3 hours. EXCEPT for Scott at Tire Choice, 6028 Dougherty Rd in Dublin. I GOT REALLY LUCKY to have found this place. They made an exception to help me and was empathetic to my situation. We dont see this kind of service and people much these days... I so appreciate what they did and if I live in that area, this would be my go to place for the rest of my life. Im new to this community, the dealership told me that to just check my tire for a possible tire puncture, it would be over $80 not including repairs. I turned them down. I googled a tire shop near and I found this great business with good reviews. I took my car in this morning along with my family. Scott was very friendly to us and after about 40 minutes Scott came to me and told me that the small puncture had been fixed. The best part of it all was that there was no charge. He fixed my tire at no cost, I couldnt believe it. I will for sure be coming back to him for future car repairs. You can tell Scott is very professional and a family man. This place is awesome. They are very knowledgeable, patient, and considerate of costs. Scott normally works the front desk and he is really friendly. Ive turned to Scott and Tire Choice Auto several times when having some tire issues over the last few months and their service and guidance have been priceless. For example, when the dealership wanted to charge me $380 to replace a tire even though the nail was in the middle of the tire on the thickest part of the tread, Scotts team patched it for free. As another example, other places wanted to charge me $300 for a simple alignment because they said my tires were wearing abnormally. I didnt see any abnormal wear patterns so I decided to get a second opinion. Tire Choice was only going to charge me ~$110 for the alignment but when I got there, without even telling them what other places said, they did the alignment inspection, told me I didnt even need an alignment, and didnt charge me a dime!

My wife and I were beginning to start going on our Saturday errands when she noticed a nail in the sidewall of my cars rear tire. Before retiring, I used to have my work vehicle serviced at The Tire Choice in Dublin, so I decided to give them a call. To be honest, I wasnt expecting to have the tire replaced on a Saturday, let alone at mid-day. I assumed that I would be leaving it at least overnight. I called and spoke with the manager, Scott. I have dealt with Scott on prior occasions and he has always been great to deal with. After explaining the issue, Scott advised me that a nearby Tire Choice had my tire in stock. He was having an employee pick something up elsewhere, so Scott told me he would have the employee swing by and pick up the tire for my car, as well. Scott told me to respond to his location and drop-off my car. He said he would have the job completed by the end of the day. Scott was able to complete the job on time. I am still amazed that Im writing this Saturday evening, with the repair already completed. Thanks again, Scott. I really appreciate you being able to get me back on the road in just a few hours. Youre amazing!

There are thousands of auto repair shops to supply the demand but to actually find a shop that is truly professional and honest is rare. So I would say this is the only first class repair shop I have experienced in 40 years. Scott is a great manager who is very open and honest. Scott has serviced my truck and my daughter’s suv. Scotty has very professional mechanics like Patty who treats our vehicles like her own.

This store is awesome. I’d come here for any tire works. So I have a Mini Cooper that has run flat tires. I found out recently that it had a nail in one of the tires and that’s why the tire kept getting deflated. I shopped around a bit and most shops (including one Mini dealer) would just replace the whole tire, which would be quite expensive. I had just replaced all 4 tires 3 months ago, so they were almost brand new. Anyway, I called up Scott and right away he got a solution for me. I brought my car over to this store and immediately Scott said this job would be easy peazy because the nail was in the middle of the tire (instead of being close to the walls). Due to some schedule conflicts, we had to re-arrange the appointment for the next day (which is today, a Saturday btw!). I brought my car in again and Scott and his crew immediately worked on fixing the tire. The whole process took only 30minutes and I was out the store, happy that I didn’t have to spend $$$ to replace the whole tire. Cherry on top, Scott didn’t charge me anything because he appreciated my understanding of the schedule conflicts. What more can I say? Scott and his crew are awesome. Would recommend to anyone!

Im from out of town and woke up in the morning at the hotel with a flat. I ran to a bunch of places and no one could change it, or was even willing to give advice as to where to go or what to do. Tire Choice wasnt able to fix it(the tread was too low) but they refilled the donut spare, tightened the lug nuts and reassured me I could make it home(60 miles)

I went here when it was a goodyear (which they still accept). First time I went in for tires it had new name and new manager. Scott H. aka scotty made me feel like a friend. He offered with out me asking a multitude of options both of services and products. Spent good money on my first set of tires and felt great about it. That was 80k ago and I just went yesterday and got my next set. I was so pleased with his service and demeanour that I thought of nowhere else to go. I was very impressed with Rick, he had a great attitude and was very friendly even though they only had one technician and they were super busy. They were able to fit me in for two new tires in between other clients and was done in about an hour. I would definitely recommend for anybody looking for a great and welcoming auto shop.

My car was placed with several screws in it by an insane stranger therefore having to get new tires for my SUV. Scottie told me this had happened to some one a few weeks earlier. I went there last week and I made the appointment three weeks ago when I bought my tires trough amazon and 4 weeks ago when I talked to Scott I told him I bought the tires trough amazon and is it ok to have the tire change there . Our conversation went fine and I told him in addition to tire change i need alignment and one of my TPMS ( tire pressure monitor sensor) is bad and he replied well we will see and he said call me back on Monday so we can schedule a time and I did for 3 weeks later wich is last week. Oh and he said drop off the car 8 AM . So last week at 8 when I got there he is on the phone for May be 5 to 10 minutes and then we had a nice greetings. Then I try to make sure that he gets the alignment and TPMS in the order thats when he said well the TPMS is tricky and I had rough time with Toyota and so on. I am in aircraft, electronic,mechanical, industry for over 30 years and I couldnt take the BS Scott was trying to sale last week .

Service like no other! I needed to get some tires swapped from one set of rims to another. I called around everywhere, but most were either unwilling to do it or charged a lot of money. Tire choice has amazing customer service. I was locked out of my car in the parking lot. I was very scared that I would have to call a tow truck service to get my car to a mechanic. Tire choice came out and tried really hard to open my door. They used absolute effort to open up my door.They used a green long metal rod and managed to unlock the door and we use the passenger side door handle to open the car. 30 minutes later, I got myself locked out again in another parking lot and asked Dave and Aron if they would open my car for me. I offered him $40, but he refused it and said that is is about morals and not about money.Please use this tire company. They have excellent morals and did the right thing.

I have been dealing with Scott for more than 10 years now. Scott is very professional and knows his stuff.
