John was excellent and very communicative with the process of purchasing our new MINI. He took the time to listen to my concerns and what I didn’t like about my previous car purchases at other dealers and made sure that Zach and Megan were aware. Zach was also extremely nice and professional and made the closes process very easy and explained things clearly. John brought us snacks and water and took very good care of us while we were at the dealer, and followed up after the purchase. I hope to purchase my next vehicle from MAG, and hopefully with John.

Been here twice for oil changes and both times got the run around for an additional 2000$ worth of work. Taking it to a different mechanic for future repairs and oil changes. Dont bring your car here for service it is a rip off.

No-pressure sales experience, until it came time to discuss warranties and maintenance plans; that went on a little longer than I would have liked. Hayden was a friendly and knowledgeable intermediary. Its the only mini dealership around so they do have the market cornered on these cars. We got a GREAT car, exactly what we were looking for, even with the stock being so low. We also felt like we got a decent deal. You can walk off a lot and feel like you made a good decision!

I recently bought a great Mini Cooper. I’ve only had it 5 days and I just love it. Fun, stylish, comfortable...My salesman, DAN LONG was SO wonderful to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable about the product he sells, answered all of my questions, and I thought him to be extremely efficient, punctual and just genuinely a very nice guy. This was my first time visiting a MAG location for service. I chose it b/c I have a pre-owned MINI and there arent a lot (any?) other places to have it serviced, but wow, I was so impressed. It was a 50k mile service, so it needed a lot of routine things. I suspected this would not a be a cheap visit... and I was right.HOWEVER, Heather, the Service Advisor, made sure I understood everything that was being done. She sent a full report along with a VIDEO of the technician showing me the under side of the car and the items that needed to be replaced. This transparency and the high level of customer care made me feel like I was getting a good value for the money Im spending there.Making time and shelling out the dough for routine car maintenance is no fun, but they made it as painless as possible and Im very happy.

Just picked go a used mini for my daughter. There was no pressure to upgrade to new vs used. Entire experience from just looking to purchase was easy and Dan was very helpful. They took in a Mini on trade and called me right way to let me know the details and that it would soon be available. It was one of those gems that wouldn’t have lasted long. Ended up buying the car and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ve got a very happy daughter and it’s in part due to Dan ask looking out for me. Wow, what an experience for a first time buyer!! HUGE, thank you to salesmen Dan Long. Cannot thank you enough for everything from beginning to end. Seen the car of our dreams online then went to test drive it and ended up getting it the following day! Dan and the sales manager made the experience so much easier and stress free. Answered all of our questions, knew and loved everything about Mini, (which made it even more fun to work with) all around a great guy to work with. 10/10 recommend, definitely ask for Dan when working with them! Heather in MINI’s service department is wonderful! My husband recently bought me a 2015 MINI Cooper Convertible (not from MAG) & we had some concerns we wanted addressed before our warranty expired. I manage an auto repair shop, however, we do not get MINIs in so my master tech is not familiar with them. As someone in the business I can tell you Heather was on point, addressed my concerns, & kept me updated through the process. The tech was able to address my concerns & put my mind at ease on all of them. I will certainly return in the future if/when needed. Since I had hardly driven my car for over a year due to the pandemic, I took my 2010 Mini Cooper Clubman in for routine service and a full inspection. I was told it would take about 2 hours and that is almost exactly how long it took. They completed all necessary maintenance and washed my car so it feels brand new.

I recently purchased a new vehicle from MAG Mini and must say it was a fantastic experience. I arrived at 6PM on a tuesday (they close at 7) and the team stuck around after hours to ensure the transaction was at the right price. The sales manager, sales rep, and finance manager were transparent, easy going, and conversational. I purchased a certified preowned MINI this week from MAG and had a wonderful buying experience from start to finish. Purchasing a car should never be a stressful experience but oftentimes that’s exactly what it is. I worked with a young man named Hayden Marshall who went above and beyond to make my experience so enjoyable- including coming in on his day off to go over all of the specifications on the car. He even drove out to my house to drop off something that I had forgotten at the dealership. His positive attitude and enthusiasm were quite catching and went a long way to helping me feel confident (and excited) about my purchase. Megan, the sales manager, was also part of my positive buying experience at MAG. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and honestly and worked with me to determine how best to finance my vehicle when I ran into issues with my bank. Lastly, Jessie in the finance department was my very best experience to date in dealing with the final steps to buying a car. I always dread the finance part because I don’t care for the typical high pressure pitch to buy extended warranties and service contracts. I have never even considered buying one because I refuse to make a big decision “on the spot” without having time to research and consider all of my options. I really appreciated Jessie‘s approach. He provided me with all of the information and the pricing, explained all of the coverage options and then put everything neatly in a folder for me to take home and consider. No pressure whatsoever. As a result, I will consider adding an extended warranty to my preowned vehicle. This is the first time in many years and many vehicles that I have purchased a preowned vehicle in Columbus, even though this is where I live. I have purchased most of my preowned vehicles out of state because the pricing has been better and the people have been friendlier to work with. MAG changed all of that with this one purchase and these 3 lovely people- especially Hayden- thank you for the exemplary customer service.

Review of Sales and Staff:I worked with Megan initially and then with Hayden for sales. We intended to build a Mini, and in typical COVID fashion things got royally delayed through the summer. Megan and Hayden jumped through hoops and pulled strings that I’m confident no other dealer would have to make sure our base model DID get ordered, and even delivered by the end of the year. They were incredibly prepared when we arrived for the final purchase and we were finished within an hour of arriving. This wasn’t a car they were making huge profit margins on, their dedication to service was for the customer, not the money, and that is rare these days.Review of Mini Brand/Service:Good first impression. Spunky and fun to drive. If the service department is as dedicated as the sales staff we will have a good relationship for years to come.

This place is definitely a rip off for service. You have to pay for a diagnostic for every issue that you think you have. 6 months ago just spent $971 for an oil change and some other bull that didn’t do any changes to my car. This time $308 for an oil change and a diagnostic. Also $3000 in recommended services.Please take your mini to be serviced elsewhere. Oh and it was only $308 because they knocked an half hour off for service. I’m over this place, and I will never go back.

I wasn’t looking for a car per say, but just thinking about getting a smaller vehicle. I found one out in the lot that I really liked! Dan Long, a delightful young man, came out to chat about the car! He was NO pressure but gave me some important information Anjou the car that peaked my interest. Throughout the weeklong process, he and Megan kept in touch with me, while I looked at other males and models, elsewhere. Again, no pressure, just trying to meet the needs I had.After looking lots of places, I realized I couldn’t find a better deal for the type of car I wanted with the features I required, for a better price anywhere.They had a few people waiting but they still didn’t pressure me. I brought my Mini to MAG originally because it was the closest Mini dealer to my home, I live over an hour west of Dublin. This was my third visit for service and I am very pleased, positive, informative service writers (my writer today works in the BMW side) and very thorough with my questions and concerns. As I was a waiter, I assumed Id be there most of the day, but my technician got in and completed my requests in a good time frame, thank you for that. I called Mag Mini on a Tuesday morning as my car was breaking down on the side of the highway and not only were they able to get my car into the shop that day, but provided me with a rental instantly. My car was fixed and ready for pick up the very next day. The absolute best customer service i have ever received at a car servicing garage. I recently went through a total loss due to the flash flooding and was devastated at losing my baby.From the beginning, Heather, in service, was amazing. She immediately took charge and did everything she could to make it less painful. She has always provided excellent service but she really went above and beyond in keeping me in the know and reassuring me. She even walked with me to my car to get the stuff out of it and allowed me to go on and on about how much fun and the memories we made with that car. She never lost patience and even made me smile. She is always friendly, takes the time to get to know her clients, and is never condescending- something I have experienced at other places being that I know next to nothing about cars! There is no doubt that she truly enjoys her job and her clients.Dave, our salesman, went above and beyond as well. My new little pepper white baby is a 2 door hatchback with sexy black rims and I could not be happier. As always, service staff are friendly & professional from car drop-off to return. Heather always welcomes me & chats as she is getting the paperwork done -- really knows her job & the cars! Listens to any concerns & takes care of anything that comes up during the service visit. Usually has some interesting information about the cars or MINI to share as well. Service staff are clean and leave car interior cleaner than when I turned it over to them. All concerns are addressed and they sometimes have great suggestions & tips for me. Work being done is explained initially & they let you know immediately if there is anything additional found. Car is always washed & shiny when returned.Waiting area is always clean & comfortable. Even their music is soft enough to stay in the background but varies enough to appeal to nearly everyone. Free wifi, coffee and tea, spotless restrooms too. All of the staff are friendly and ask if they can be of assistance as they walk through.Never had (or expect to have) a problem here. Its part of why I bought a MINI.

My experience was great. I think I received a fine deal on a 2013 Mini Cooper Countryman. Everyone on the staff was professional, courteous, and no high pressure. Follow-up has been very good; the Mini Coopers have LOTS of bells & whistles, so I have had a LOT of questions! This is the most solid car I have ever own. I would definitely say its definitely more than an economy car -- but less than an Audi, Mercedes, or Volvo.

The Mini Service Team at MAG really does go the extra mile! Ive brought my 2012 Mini Cooper Countryman to MAG Mini for every service & repair since I bought the car used 5 years ago and Ive never been disappointed. I used to be the person that called my dad every time a mechanic told me my car needed a repair, but since I started working with Heather at MAG, I havent had to rely on dad so much. Heather takes the time to educate me on the repairs and my options. I feel comfortable with the advice that she gives me and she is always looking out for my best interests. Its because of this relationship and the worry free feeling I get from working with MAG (Heather:) ) that Mini is at the top of my list for when I need to start shopping for a new car. The mechanics are great too! Always offering to take a test drive with me to learn more about my problem and help me understand the solution. Ive used mag many times in the past and found at their service is excellent. If you need repairs they allow you a courtesy car. Recently the pricing for repairs was almost double compared to another reputable mechanic in the area. When I told them that Id like to use them but their prices were outrageous, they did lower the price a little bit. They should have offered the better price to begin with. Ive never been disappointed with the service oh, its only the pricing that is questionable.

I had asked to get an appointment for Saturday morning as a comment on another appointment time. Heather called and got me in at 7:30 am...When I arrived at the service entrance the loaner car were still parked in the service entrance. Once they were moved, I was able to check in. I explained the issue I was having and authorized the front end alignment to be done. The hour and half I waited was in the lobby. Comfortable seats and free beverages. I was happy with the service and price.

I took my 2007 mini cooper s r56 in to get a timing chain replaced, Shawn the service guy was very friendly when I went in to the service department. He had a loaner car set up for me. He promised he would call and he did to let me know that I would also need to replace the valve cover as the chain had damaged it. He said he would look and see if he could get a discount on the parts to help with the cost. It. When I came to pick up my car he let me know that he was able to replace the water pump and still come under the original quoted price. Awesome service!

My husband took our Mini in to have old wheel locks removed to replaced with new ones we purchased. He was pleased with the time it took, the information the service tech shared. He was very pleased that they gave us a free car wash. We will surely return.

The Staff were very friendly and courteous. The waiting area was very comfortable as well. I would bring my MINI back to this dealership for service. One other perk was that there were a lot of good places to eat nearby.

Took my MINI in for a new battery and was out in about an hour. Heather was very professional, explaining the process as it was my first visit. Other staff who walked past me in the building were very friendly. I only regret that I couldn’t taste the highly complimented coffee as the machine was not working! Maybe next time!
