I SUGGEST YOU GO IN THE MORNING AND AFTERNOON IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS. Man this is probably the worst experience I had at auto-zone ever. The morning and afternoon guys are GREAT. The guy said you might as well buy a new car as a joke. Mind you i have RELATIVELY NEW car that I want to buy accessories for. I was willing to spend a bunch of money but they just didn’t care to help me and I just returned my stuff. God bless those guys but sheeeeshhh I hope he learn a lesson in customer service. Everything I ask for I get this response “ oh no we don’t have that” or “no buy it off the internet”.

Good guy by the name Elmer helps Everytime I will be coming back

I had bought a brake light and a reverse light from this location last week, and went there to return them today, because the brake light (I thought) didnt fit, and I ended up not needing the reverse light. An employee named Kelly met me outside the doors, and was helping me with the return. When I said that the brake light didnt fit, he checked to make sure it was the one that their system said went with my car, which it was. So he took the time to come out to the parking lot and look at my car. It turned out that what I was told was my brake light was actually my tail light (which still needed replaced), and he found my brake light bulbs in another compartment in my trunk (which also needed replaced). I had unknowingly been driving around without brake lights for who knows how long. Kelly helped me find the right tail lights and found the most affordable ones, returned the other bulbs, and then went and replaced my brake lights and my tail light for me. So now all of the lights are working again. Kelly went way above and beyond what I expected when I went to Auto Zone today, and I am so grateful to him!

A perfect go to for your auto needs. The staff is always friendly and they will lend you tools and even a hand in fixing small things on your car. Very knowledgeable of all needs and prices are great. You can usually find coupons as well

I called to see if they had a part in stock so I could order with my card and have my mechanic pick up the same day. Long story short, they took my money and the guy even waited u til next day to pick up the item and they said it had been ordered and that they will tell u an item is in stock even when it isn’t just to get ur money.

This is one of the best AutoZone stores in Ohio. They go beyond the customer service call of duty to please their customers. Every time I have been in the Sawmill Road location, it has been an awesome experience. Everyone is kind and considerate. They are patient and extremely helpful. I come out with a big smile every time I leave that store. Wesley was outstanding the last time I went in to check why my engine light was on and he couldn’t come outside to assist me but he gave me explicit directions on how to use the tool. Thank you Sawmill Road location. If every company gave outstanding service like you guys, the world would be a better place. Keep up the great job guys.

Many visits to this store over the years - its easily one of the best out there. Wesley has been there for a long time and always does a fantastic job. Tonight he installed a battery in our Mariner and was professional, friendly, and thorough. Excellent job.

Some of these people are so negative on these reviews not everyone knows how to do everything & it’s so silly to see people write about how they took so long... well if you(reviewer) could have done it better & faster you wouldn’t be complaining . Nonetheless, I was happy with the help I got from the staff & appreciate it.

This store is clean, and easy to navigate. I never feel pressured with sales, and the staff is never overly attentive when Im looking around. Its nice to come in and get what I need without people acting like I dont have a clue. Any time I have actually needed assistance, the staff members are always helpful and courteous. Parking lot access is easy, and the parking lot is well maintained.

Quick friendly service, did more than the other auto parts stores around. Went to Advance Auto Parts before going to AutoZone due to it being closer to my house to replace a blown headlight. Advance Auto Parts does not replace these with purchase, so I drove to AutoZone and purchased the bulb and have it installed within 5 minutes. Highly recommend this location for good service.

The kid that helped me completely scammed me. When the products he sold me didnt fix my problem he blamed me for it and refused to to help anymore. The other two gentlemen in the store were very helpful in getting my money back. I wish I had gotten the kids name but either way youd be better off going to the Advance Auto down the road.

The sales staff was helpful. They were able to identify what type of coolant I needed for my make and model of car. Unfortunately, they all tried to upsell me on a car jump starter, trying to convince me to buy one for an 8-cylinder vehicle when I dont own a car with more than 6.

This is my go to store they never steer me wrong. They have always taken care of me. The store is clean the service is prompt. I come here for all of auto parts needs. Headlights, taillights, batteries, cleaning supplies, headliner adhesive spray.

I had a 12hr day&it was only 6pm, several of my family members had been screaming and I Desperately needed to get both front and rear break pads/roters done through a favor on my 2010 Forester Premium...shes my baby. I called 4 places in the area, AZ was the only one that had a warranty on their product. MOST impressive &Helpful however, was Austin who works at this AZ location off Sawmille-he was calm&the Only One of ALL the places I called that sounded like he knew what the heck he was talking about! Our battery had a loose connection and we were parked nearby. They came out, fixed the minor issue and we were good to go. Saved us a lot of money for towing, shop fees, etc. Great service!

Lost my drivers side wiper blade on 270 while it was raining! The guy at Auto Zone got the wiper I needed and put it on for me! Im so happy they were so friendly and helpful!!

Came into the store about half an hour before close covered in grease. I had called the day before to check pricing on some brake shoes. The kid at the desk had me standing there for 5 or so minutes while he was chatting to another customer and employee. Finally turns to me and says do yo need something? I told him the exact part, model, and engine size. He slowly walked to the computer plugged them in and says we cant get them and walked away from me. The manager was standing right there and didnt say a thing!!!!Ive never in seen someone so rude. I went up the street to Advanced, and they were super nice. Got me the pads and even apologized for the way the kid at Auto Zone acted. Ill never go back to this store again.

Went to Autozone on Sawmill on my lunch today to get a headlight replacement. Andrew and Austin were phenomenal. They not only got me the right part, but due to my lack of car knowledge, they helped me get it installed quickly. Your average AutoZone, good location with easy access. Perhaps a little cleaner than some, and it had stock of everything I was looking for. Prices are higher than other stores, as usual for the type of store. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Highly recommend this location. Recently stopped in due to a battery issue. Benny came out and fixed the issue and was extremely courteous and professional.

I walked in looking for some power steering fluid, couldnt find it and the guy showed me right away. He was nice and professional and checkout took minutes. Super easy and pleasant buying experience.

These guys know their stuff and are very helpful. Prices on parts are quite competitive. Most common parts are in stock too, and if not, theyll find the nearest to get it. Free tool rental helps too (with deposit).

I went there yesterday to get a battery for car and picked out one of the cheaper brands. One of the service guys, Wesley explained that the battery I chose was the wrong type for my car. My battery is stored in the trunk of the car and needs to be able to vent. Then he gave me a discount on the more expensive battery. Im just glad I went there because I wasnt aware of venting batteries.

If only I could give no stars or negative stars! Was given wrong brake pads , air filter & wind shield wipers. Had to put car back together to take them back to another store that was closer to where they were being done. Went back the next day to the original store to exchange the wipers & filter . I spoke with manager- he got the right ones but no apology or offer to help with putting on the wipers, not even a thank you. Worse customer service ever from store #4527. I have been going to auto zone for many years but will not be back to that store ever again!

Autozone is my go-to auto parts store. I like the rewards program and they usually have everything I need or can I order it. The staff is always very helpful and if you need advice or guidance most of the experience to provide provide good input. The sales here beat the other two major chains which is why Im a loyal customer.

The staff is very helpful. I wasnt sure what kind of bulb I needed on my car, they came out and checked it for me while it was raining outside. The website does not provide information readily by vehicles make and model but the staff compensates for that.

Inexperienced staff and a waste of my time trying to ask for, then explain the purpose of, a windshield repair kit for a chipped windshield. Though in one of the employees defense, he didnt know what a windshield was so his coworker was describing it as a big mirror 🤦‍♀️

Awful customer service when calling over the phone. I was hung up on MULTIPLE times when an associate was checking to see if they had an item I needed. Take your business to Advance Auto Parts. They are much better.

I moved here a couple of months ago from Tennessee where you dont need a front license plate. When I got the new plates for my car there was no place at all on my front bumper to hang it and Im a woman and dont have the strength to drill through the thick plastic with a screwdriver. I called the autozone thinking maybe they have a way and they told me just to come on in theyll take care of it for me! Im amazed. No one helps anyone anymore, it was very refreshing to meet such a great group of people!!

The only AutoZone in the city that wont spend 5 minutes to install a simple part that another AutoZone installed the previous day. Told me to take it to either the nearby Meineke or Firestone to have them install the part. Both of those businesses wanted to charge $150 for a five minute job.

Went in for a battery and after I bought it I realized Napa was cheaper by $30. The battery was still on the counter and the guy was huffing and puffing because I wanted to return it. Acted like I was such an inconvenience to him and kept sighing very loudly. I will NEVER return to this store and I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there.

I stopped here because my rear blinker wasnt working.The gentleman who worked there changed four rear light bulbs in my car. He was so helpful!

These guys dont know diddly about car issues. Go to Advanced up the road on Sawmill instead. They know what to do.
