Worst cvs in downey I went in Saturday and there was a only one cashier at the front left to die with all the customers. Pretty sure there should be 2 as I’ve worked at a cvs in san diego before. Im a regular here and this cvs pharmacy just takes so long at the pharmacy and their staff just never seems to be around!

I just had a horrible experience in this pharmacy store. I asked a question about a medication over the counter to an employee whose name was melissa. She expressed an arrogant and very little professional customer service. She showed very little quality good customer service skills i think for that type of service no one deserves this Kind of treatment.

Always extremely courteous and cheerful at this location. Love this store!

I took an appointment for Tuesday 02/03/21 at 10:00 am, and they already have more than 48 hours and they do not give the results and that I register on the indicated page and nothing. If it is an emergency, the patient dies waiting, do not take an appointment here, I do not recommend it.

There is a short lady by The name of Brenda who claims to be the manager and I say this because she is completely unprofessional rude and looked extremely tired with a very poor appearance n just so unhappy she look noting like a manager of a store she was so rude and disrespectful i am going out of my way to complain to cvs corporate it was really bad. She insulted me and acted as if we were talking on the street I am never visiting any cvs this is who they hire I can just image the quality on everything else.

Elizabeth from customer service instantly greated us and pointed us to the exact Isle we were looking for. A register froze while we were in line. She came up to the front to help out, was so very pleasant and made the transition quick and painless! Loved the service!

Nice size store with lots of variety. NEW they have Hallmark cards now and big section.

I love the greeting they give when you come in to the store also very clean and great customer support and i love the coupons.

Such a sorry store . Out of stock on so many items . Only had a few phone chargers in the whole place. Dirty, unorganized, under stocked .

Very rude, unprofessional. The manager (most likely with the red shirt) does what he wants and in a very sarcastic throw it in your face way. Doesnt listen to a customers request and tricks in process of transaction. I had to go back and return everything, used up my coupon of 25% off on my next purchase of up to $99.00. When I asked for it back he said he used it already and could not return it. The smug look on his face and the fact that there was no employees at the front, but could sure hear me talking to a customer that had to go to the pharmacy to pay and was coming my way made me not want to go there again. Ignorance is minimal for most employees, maybe all and power trips for this so called manager who should lead by example even though it is just a drug store. I rather pay a little bit more and get better service so I went to Walgreens and Karma is awesome I bought what I needed and then I got a $10.00 off coupon on my next purchase of $35.00 and over. I love coupons and at least decent service :)

Item I was looking for was in stock, there was only one cashier but no line so it was a quick check out.The customers however are dirty. Gum on the carpet, trash on the floor, stained walkway directly outside the store.

Check your prescription before you leave at the drive though, they change it with out telling you and your stuck with what ever they gave you. I have gone back and they say that’s what the insurance said you need but won’t tell you till it’s too late. I think they do it on purpose to sell more.

If i could give this place no stars i would. Been her a few times, each time no one is at the register. Always seem to get the same old lady ringing me up. Every. Single. Time. there is an issue. And this old lady is NOT sweet; i have to practically tell her how to do her job while she gives me attitude. The managers even seem to get frustrated at her lack of knowing how to do her job properly! She literally tried to humiliate me in front of the whole store because i asked about my cvs card coupons and why they werent being applied. Jokes on her tho cause once the manager came up, she was automatically capable of finding my coupons.. btw no freaking apology offered after all her rudeness, if anything she made excuses for herself and still was horrible after! Idk why they dont 1) hire more people & 2) just fire that lady!! Extremely disappointed in each and every experience ive had at this cvs. And it really takes alot for me to get frustrated at because i work in customer service too. Never coming here again and hope you guys never have an experience here as horrible as mine.

CVS sucks and should be closed down since they have nothing good to offer their customers.. .. After years of satisfied service today I changed to Rite Aid . I had Neck surgery 2 years ago & require timely medications to control my ongoing pain Symptoms .. This week at CVS was horrible .. I went to Cvs 5 times and was only given partial refill cause my medication was not in stock. I was told go in next day all would be taken care of.. I was on telephone hold 2 hrsI went to Cvs was in line 45 min. was told their entire staff had walked out & only 2 people were there .. Shawn the pharmacist was so rude and said still not in stock .. & since he couldnt help me for me to get out if the line.. I told him NO I DEMAND customer service and since Id been there 5 times already the least he could do is call another Cvs .. Upon my insistence he called but no one could help.. He said go to another pharmacy. I went to Rite aid & they called CVS but no one answered .. Shawn did say he was not a receptionist .. My husband went back to CVS again 6th time & took the Rite Aid telephone # for Shawn to call them to Autho refill for me today waited in line 45 only to be refused proper service (a phone call needed for me to get my medication filled at rite aid !!! )

The worst customer service I have ever had.

Very bad service. The manager very rude. No customer service did not offer ne help and responded with very short answers. With an attitude! !!
