Great place to get fast and a quick car wash. Also, the best part is the attendant. With her gorgeous eyes and luscious curly-wavy hair, wow, she will make your visit here worth your wait. Shes very helpful, nice and if I may, I nice person over all. Thats why I got here all the time!!

They scam you for your Ralphs reward points. Weve had multiple cards get mysteriously declined just to find out that they still took our points. Only have this issue in this Shell Station. If we drive down to another our card our cards are approved and our points are used appropriately....

This gas station is horrible. The attendants are extremely rude. The pumps are super slow. If you are in a hurry dont go there. There is always a issue with using a debit or credit card. There is also always 1 of the grades of gas not available. The only good things about this gas station is the man who dries off your car when you exit the car wash. Oh the the drying time your car gets when you exit the car wash is laughable. It has to be like 20 seconds.

Drive like 2 minutes more to a different gas...DO NOT go to this gas station, Rude Rude lady at the register and I would appreciate if she wore a mask to protect our health! They will rip you off for your Shell/Ralph’s rewards too. I enter my phone number and received 10 cents off per gallon she said that because she didn’t see the key pad so I must have been WRONG (keep in mind I pay with cash). She said when the receipt printed there was no discount. Something is wrong with their “system” and there definitely something wrong with her customer service. That type of service deserves 0 stars especially during these hard times in this Covid 19 pandemic.

Went to put gas. Wanted to fill up. Was told I have to give an exact number. I said 40. Filled up my tank, it only took 35 to fill up. I left cause my son was having a breakdown and I assumed that this place was an honest business . I was wrong. They kept my change and never put it back in my card. The old greasy lady behind the glass was so rude too. . Ive never had a very nice experience here. The worst shell around. If you look at the other comments. This isnt the 1st time someone goes here and gets money literally stolen from them. Why has downey allowed this. We need to band together and shut down this gas station. Especially if they are victimising hard working people by stealing money from them. Even the car wash is bad. The man at the car wash doesnt even dry your car. He is always next door washing the people who work at the banks car. WORST GAS STATION EVER!

Very quite not to busy

Pumps are always down. When they do they only take credit or cash no debit. Old and dated as well. For the price of fuel they should revamp this place up.

This place is as useful as a liquor store without liquor. The gas stations are always out and never work. And when you asked employees whats going on they give you rude attitude.

The gentleman that runs the car wash here is incredible. He took such care to make sure every detail was perfect. Highly recommend!!

I paid the female cashier $15 on pump number 6 @ exactly 3:03pm 7/27/17 and she only put $11 worth of gas.... I went in politely to talk with her and she rudely denied that I gave her $15..... I know for a fact I gave her exactly $15 because I counted it multiple times 2-3. Extremely rude female cashier I wish I knew her name

Ana is super rude. Went to ask for a Manager and was given the runaround about the times he is actually there. Super rude, unhelpful, and useless.

Terrible customer service here. I come here all the time and have had two incidents where they refused to help me. First time I bought a car wash and the car wash refused to accept my code. The attendant refused to issue me a new one and failed to offer any solutions besides throwing his hands up in the air. The second time is today, where I bought a car wash before pumping gas to recieve the discount. The pump gave me $.07 worth of gas before stopping.and printing the receipt without any prompting from us. The attendant refused to help us at all, and blamed it on us. I will never come back here again.

Gas is the best, but the carwash is awful as the brushes are rubber and I think they are damaging the paint badly

FRAUDULENT GASOLINE PRICES..!! They advertise on pole sign at $2.89 but the price its fake.I ask what about the pole sign price and they said that price its only when you purchase a car wash ticket.After all fake advertising is a FRAUD..!!
