I went in wanting to upgrade my phone. Two male employees were working at the time and neither one took the time to acknowledge me. I stayed looking at the phones until one asked if I had been helped yet and I said no. I understood he had a client who he was helping at the time. He called his coworker and his coworker still didn’t acknowledge that I was there, he just sat behind the counter. I still waited and finally realizing I wasn’t going to get the help I needed I walked out. I didn’t get a greeting or a we will be with you shortly. Left there pretty upset I didn’t get to upgrade my phone that’s been giving me issues.

I was not happy with the service I received from Stephanie. She did not transfer all my photos and sent me out of the store with it still transferring although I told her my old photo would go dead. It went dead within only 5 minutes so I could not retrieve my photos. Im not happy!!!

Very disappointed they don’t help at all ! If it was up to me not even one star. I went in on December 27, 2019 i spoke to one guy and told him my situation why I had a past due balance and told him I want to see if I can apply for a new phone because My phone isn’t working at all and he said they can’t do nothing until I paid the late payment and So until things gets better I’m gonna keep this phone that doesn’t work and be paying for it , he’s like yea call to customer service tomorrow and tell them when I already had they told me to go walk in and tell them. Customer service is so helpful and understanding unlike this people in the store! Reedley one is better and helpful love the staff there I guess I will have to start driving over there from now on!

Ive been in this store a few times before today and didnt have much luck with what i needed. BUT today I finally found someone who could help me. Melissa is outstanding! she helped with every question and issue i had and with a positive attitude. on top of helping me she had others asking for her help and she was able to balance all of it very professionally. Melissa is who i will always ask for from now on! Then, if that wasnt already great enough, my husband had questions about a tablet and our plan but didnt feel like getting out to chat, so Melissa came out (it was super cold out) and talked with us till all our questions were answered. Efrain Serrano was so helpful he was easy to speak to and understand all the details of the plan. He answered all questions no matter what kind of question it was. He stayed after the store closed to help us. He has a good sense of humor and great customer service skills. We never once felt rushed. Would definatly recommend Verizon because of him!

The service was amazing. I hate dealing with retail associates because most of them act like they hate their job but VANESSA the retail clerk was very helpful she got me in and out in a timely matter and her attitude was very professional you can tell she loves her job and does not mind helping customers at all. Was in town visiting my sister didnt know there was a Verizon in Dinuba. Just killing time checked it out. I got approached by a gentlemen very professional and polite. Even though I didnt buy anything he still walked me around and went over great promos. He said he was one of the managers there. I currently have the competition but now I am considering switching. Will definitely be back to talk to Jose. Great salesman I have to say.

We went in to add a new line to our account, my husband wanted the iPhone 7 plus. The cost of the phone was $730.00. Which ended up being about 31.00 a month for 24 months. Everything was good David helped us. The next day we saw that the same phone was 669.00 on Verizon Website, and Best Buy had it for 569.00. We went in to see if they would at lease price match Verizon website. Since its same company, but their are an authorized retailer which is not the same thing apparently. They said they couldnt, so we asked if we could get the Samsung S8 for the same price of the iPhone 7 plus. And they agreed, upon inspection the iPhone 7 plus they said it was scratched and they have to charge a $50 restocking fee. Verizon usually charges a 35 restocking fee but they wanted $50 because of regular wear scratches, not even cracked we had just gotten the phone the day before. They could have just told us no on getting the S8 instead of scratches. Next time well make sure to go to an actual Verizon store not one thats an authorized retailer. Or I recommend checking prices somewhere else. I wouldnt recommend them.

So thrilled about your location on the corner of a busy intersection that is already congested. No parking for employees, so they park their cars at the business across the street . Also, you guys park your cars in front of other areas that block traffic. Not cool. Now when I try to go north on Alta, there are cars all stopped in the street trying to get into the parking lot. Youre all about sales. Better read the fine print about warranties before you buy anything at the store.
