FANTASTIC!! Im visiting from out of state, I went to the Apple store in Fresno and purchased IPads. To make a long story shortIt was not a good experience. I called iRepair, Moody was a God send. I came in with a dead IPhone, wouldn’t turn on or anything. he was very respectful and said come back in 30 minutes, when I came back he had found the problem and fixed it already, definitely recommend!

The only store I go to when I need my phone fixed. Really good prices and the people there are very nice and respectful. one time I fixed my phone at the mall and it only worked for not even 2 weeks but when I brought it to I repair they fixed it so fast and Ive been using it for almost a year now.

This guy is so smart and professional when it comes to fixing technology, I’ve never seen someone who can do everything he does. Nothing but respect, and his prices ARE WAY CHEAPER than anyone and his service is great. Everyone who complains doesn’t understand anything about tech stuff. No screen will be as good as the original from the manufacturer, and he clearly told me that in the start so in my opinion everyone commenting this BS, is just ignorant and should open their ears next time. If you want a 100% satisfactory guarantee go back to the company you bought the phone or laptop and buy a replacement.

The guys work was quick and seemed to be done satisfactory. Definitely not out to go the extra mile by any means. Screen is not as good as original, (which he did mention) it looks washed out and not as sharp, but is working. I’m not sure if there is a better one available outside of going direct to apple.I was a bit offended by his comments about my son being in the armed forces and my choice to “allow” him to join. Gave a few chances for him to digress but he did not get it. It was unprofessional in my opinion.Overall not a good experience and product seems just “OK”. I actually went to the wrong place by mistake and now wonder if I may have had better luck at “the other place”.
