I have been going to Rich’s shop for many years. He keeps my old cars running and I have never had to bring my car back for an incomplete repair. They are very knowledgeable and friendly and I can’t say enough about them. I’ve been driving for 40 years and have never been happier with a repair shop in either quality or price. I have referred many friends and all of them are equally happy with them.

Rich and his team diagnosed and fixed the problem the same day - which allowed my car to pass inspection. Empire is my go-to shop for all those tough diagnostic issues!

If youre looking for a shady mechanic, that wil tell you, you need a bunch of work done when its really just a 10 min easy fix, then get charged for all kinds of things they didnt do. This is the place. Taking advantage of anyone who doesnt know about cars is their thing!

I went there twice, and both times they charged me for work they didnt do? I could see my car while they worked on it. ,. It just sat unattended for hours, then they put in stop leak, and told me they took apart my whole engine. They even showed me pictures of an engine taken apart, and said it was my engine. It also happened to be the first image that showed up when you did a Google search for a disassembled engine. Not even the same engine type that was in my car. They are the reason people dont trust mechanics!

Rich and his team go above and beyond. Ive been going to him for years, would recommend anyone with any car issues to go there. A+ shop and work!

This shop is absolutely the worst we ve ever dealt with! If you never want to see your car again, never receive courtesy calls about the status of your vehicle and be treated as if your doing them a favor then this is the shop for you. If you value your hard earned money and time, you ll take your vehicle to ANY other shop in WNY. We took our 94 Mercedes Benz e320 in for a water pump of which we were told was a 3 hour job and haven t seen the car yet and it s been over 3 weeks. Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone or return your phone calls. We had to resort to calling the Erie County Sheriffs Department and threaten the owner and we still haven t gotten anywhere. All we can say is have a good lawyer and several good friends who are willing to take you everywhere you need to go cause once Empire Autowerks gets their hands on your car you re going to need them.
