For a mechanic shop its amazingly clean. The confidence and friendliness instilled by the front desk assured me my vehicle was in good hands. I had an expensive repair on an older car (05 Pontiac Grand Prix) and they made sure I wanted it done because the repairs cost more than the car was worth. The only down side was my HVAC didnt work when I got my vehicle back. This is the only mechanic Ill go to from now on.

My muffler was getting loud. I took my vehicle here to get it checked out. The staff was very friendly and fast. Got my car up on the lift and showed me why my muffler was so loud. It had a huge hole in it and near the catalytic converter. They gave me estimates on the parts and the labor. I never felt pressured to have any work done here without looking elsewhere.

Went there for tune up and fuel problems a few years ago,went to replace spark plugs and wires cause vehicle was not running right,pulled the plugs out and they were bosch plugs,one was an auto lite plug and one was stripped, talked to Dennis and he said they dont use bosch,only ac delco, never taken the vehicle anywhere else,first tune up at Walczaks, I wouldnt lie about something like this,not a very honest place,plus my plug wires looked like original ones,wont go there anymore,dont like getting ripped off,0 stars,thanks,thought you were a reputable place,wonder how many other people you burned,what was I supposed to do, pull plugs and wires out to see if they were new after installed.my bill was 742 dollars for nothing down the drain!!! How does it feel to get caught.

Quick hassle free service, had my inspection in and out, good friendly service. I called ahead and spoke to someone who forgot to put my inspection in the computer whoops, when i got there unexpectedly i was still treated with respect and courtesy. The inspection was evem done quicker then i thought so i made it to work early, thanks guys

Was recommended by AAA and that we would get discounts as well for being AAA members. The employee was rude, they put in a refurbished part when a brand new one is only $15 more. When asked about it on the phone was yelling and unprofessional saying he could of charged me more but still did not give any discount that was talked about. I will make sure that the terrible customer service that they provide will not go unnoticed.

Very dissatisfied with the treatment by the business in general. Been a mechanic for 20 + yrs.. brought vehicle to the business for repair. Was told fuel tank would cost $1500. And that the sending unit and fuel pressure sensor would need to be replaced on the fuel tank that was never even removed for inspection of these parts and told they needed to be replaced when they were in perfect working order. The tank itself was $200.00 and was all that needed replacement. Was almost intarigated that my truck was a plow truck and..dont I need it to plow with in an almost intimidating mannor to try and strong arm me out of $1500.00 for an, at most...maybe $500.00 repair???... Stay away from the business. The whole transit Rd. Stretch in depew is full of grimey thiefs..beware

After coming here for a second opinion, These guys were very honest.Unlike another shop I left that quoted me $1685 and told me I needed a headgasket. I. Came to walczaks where they told me what was really wrong with my car I picked my car up the same day with a bill of less than $300! If not for their honesty I would have junked my car.

If I can give them 0 stars I would. My 71 year old mother just had a crankshaft sensor put in for a 04 Sonata. Charged her 101.00 for apart I can get for $48.00 so they can get it even cheaper, it was 359.00 total. The part is now bad, her car doesnt run, She called Walczaks this morning and they cant fit her in for a week, her car is not running, she works at a nursing home where people depend on her and they have the nerve to tell her she will be charged $99.00 for a diagnostics test? Which she already got from advanced auto and Orange dog garage telling her to take it back to these people since the part is under warranty. Make this right and fix the part at no charge so we can all be on our way. Ill wait for a reply.

Stay way from this placeI went for state inspection and they gave me estimate of 1200 and ask to change shocker etc then I went to Honda dealership and they said car has no problems except 2 control rods worth $50
