My husband and I love Sweet Cow, but we especially love the Platte Park location. The staff is always great and, of course, so is the ice cream!

The BEST vegan ice cream in Denver! I have missed ice team so much and this is the first place I’ve found that doesn’t just taste like coconut milk! I had the chocolate Oreo (Vg) and I’ve tried their peach, mango, and orange sorbet. All are good!My friend tried their ice cream as well and she said she would go back (nor dairy free)

Hopped in here for some late night ice cream! Super silky, velvety ice cream. My favorite flavors are their salted caramel and cookies and cream.

Here now for my birthday. Me and Dads first. We got free cones. Miranda and the rest of the staff are very kind. We tried Irish bailey cream and ozo coffee brownie both delish. Dad bought me a shirt which they said if I wear next time in Ill get 10% off. Will definitely be back. Good ice cream and on a cute street.

The ice-cream is good. For the price, fine. The problem they have is the service and how backed up they are. Poor forecast that in the summer it gets hot and way more people will order. 50 minutes or more of wait for a milkshake. During my wait, I watched them serve a scoop and it took them above 5 minutes sometimes (literally 10-15 minutes for a shake). Do they weight the scoops? Why would they do that? Shouldnt the scoop be the measurement? Anyway. If you dont order online in advance, dont go there. Spend your time in something better. Like walking to other ice cream shop.

Really good and very reasonably priced ice cream. You cant go wrong with sweet cow. Its in a really cute location in Denver surrounded by other great businesses. It also has a bike rack right outside of the location so you can ride your bikes to it and stop for delicious treat!

Love this place, Denver ice cream scene at it’s best. Homemade waffle cones, unique and tasty flavors, I like em in shakes. Friendly staff, very clean and modern place, ice cream and cakes to go also. This one was has a nice bike rack if you want to bike on over!

Not what it used to be. Not the fun, unbeat, happy small ice cream shop it used to be. The staff seem overwhelmed, and overworked. There is never an manager around, and I feel saddened everytime I look their eyes. Please be patient and kind, I think they are exhausted. Wheres the manager? Ive never seen one.I think Sweet Cow is missing the point of who they were: quality, and customer service over expansion.

The ice cream itself is good but there is always a super long wait. At least a 20 minute wait every time for the first three times we were there. Most recently, we waited over 45 minutes for 2 milkshakes before canceling our order for a refund because they were still not even close to being made. Seems like the place is run by teenagers who are still figuring out the logistics. If you go during off hours it’s probably fine but I still haven’t been able to comprehend why an ice cream shop would have such a long wait. Save your time and go somewhere else!

Love this ice cream place! Lots of different flavors to try, and many other sweet drinks! Staff is very patient and friendly, and is very good at recommending good flavors! It is often crowded but worth it!! It is also in a great location with many fun restaurants and cool shops! Great place to come and cool down after the Saturday farmers market!!

Our dinner went later than expected, we were visiting from out of town and really wanted to see what the rave about Sweet Cow was all about. The location was set to close by the time we would get there, but we took our chances anyway.As we arrived, I hardly gave my husband a chance to park, I could see them cleaning up and starting to close. I bolted in and politely asked if we could buy and ice cream. They were super friendly and graciously helped us.The picture says it all, I had the girl scout cookie ice cream (cant remember the name) it was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be popping in next time were in town!

Appreciate vegan options. The non-dairy peanut butter oreo was delicious and very peanutbuttery. This was a medium size and plenty large, just expensive (as expected from ice cream shops I guess). Great service, social distancing and other precautionary measures.

Hands down best ice cream in Colorado, maybe anywhere to be honest. The cakes are incredible, milkshakes, and scoops. I love trying new ice cream places, but I always come back to Sweet Cow. The staffing is also super nice and friendly. If you are wanting ice cream this is where you go.

The young lady who helped us was super nice and the ice cream was yummy. She was working alone and very polite, thanking everyone for their patience while handling quite a few orders. Can’t remember her name! She had a purple braid which stood out to me. We got the sangria scoop on a waffle cone and a butterscotch scoop in a cup with cookie crumbs and whipped cream. Great whipped cream! 10/10 would recommend.

Great little ice cream shop! I am not someone who usually likes things like cereal in my ice cream but I love it from this place. The shop is always super clean and the staff is fast, efficient and friendly. Only a handful of stools to sit on inside but its on a great block to take a stroll on while you eat ice cream. Parking here can be a little tricky during certain times if you have any issue walking a block or 3.

The service is wonderful and creative to accommodate social distancing. I had the Dutch chocolate and its unlike any other chocolate ice cream anywhere else! Rich, complex and lingers on the tongue. If you arent a chocolate lover, their menu offers a wide variety of flavors to fit the taste of just about anyone. It is also located in a lovely neighborhood, so I suggest taking a seat at the park bench nearby while digging in like a 5 year old!

By ear, this is indeed the best ice cream place in town, with its pretty turquoise painted walls and natural lighting promising in from the windows, making this welcoming dessert joint that much more captivating.Half of the menu is default, and the other half changes time to time. Surely great flavor selections made on site with real cream and sugar. What a fabulous experience at a fabulous spot with generous portions. When in Denver, outright the best tasting homemade ice cream to indulge when screaming for ice cream.

Get a chocolate cookie dough sammie, just do it! I have a hard time walking/driving by this store without picking up one. My wife likes Sweet Cow the most for their vegan options. Lately, with ordering online, we have been getting pints of their ice cream. Easily the best version of cookies and cream Ive ever had. I still struggle with that flavor since it generally tastes like cold, wet oreos, but hey, its a classic for a reason, right? Most other times I get something chocolatey and if they mix it with peanut butter, it truly cant go wrong. They have chains across Denver and a food truck, though this is our local location. Do give Sweet Cow a try, its good stuff!

The ice cream is out of this world. I am literally addicted. Try their cereals- fruity pebbles, captain crunch, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch are amazing. You can’t really go wrong with any thing there, though.

Walked in at around 8pm and there was a line out the door. The ice cream was delicious, I tried both the strawberry and pralines and cream. Definitely a good place to cool off from this summer heat.

The best in Denver, period. Their fantastic menu is constantly rotating, and each new flavor is as delicious and exciting as the last. Plenty of amazing vegan options too if thats your thing; plus the cakes, shakes and floats are a whole other level of amazing.

We visited the Pearl St. location and it was so hard to choose a flavor because they all looked amazing. My wife and I have been back several times and Im a fan of the malt shakes! I would definitely recommend for anyone.

My family was in from out of town and wanted to stop in for a frozen treat. The ice cream was good. The service? Not so much. From the time we walked up to place our order to having to go back twice because the order was wrong, we were treated in a condescending manner, especially my 12 year old daughter who was talked down to. She felt like she had been condemned. Was all I could do to not give it back, but I decided not to. Didnt even want to eat the ice cream after the way we were treated. Wished I hadnt have left the nice tip that I did at this point. Finally, the sign in the window states, “Be kind. Always be kind.” I think this establishment should subscribe to this way of thinking.

I came here with my family and some friends and really enjoyed it. Most everyone had a different flavor, and we all enjoyed our selections. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was nice as well. The seating might be challenging if the weather is colder, but it is a great place on a warm evening. I highly recommend this place!

Honestly, super bummed about my recent experience at Sweet Cow. I love this place, their Ice cream is amazing. However, my recent experience was horrible. I ordered Ice Cream sandwiches online and they didnt give me a store to choose from on the order, at least I didnt see an option for this! So it automatically put my order to the Highlands store.. I was at Sweet Cow (On Pearl Street) at 9pm, right as they are closing and everyone is still picking up orders and the manager wouldnt give me the ice cream. An employee called the highlands shop to transfer the order which I paid for and the manager came back and said there is nothing she can do, she cant give me all the Ice cream I ordered. Probably $25-$30 worth. Super bad customer service to a loyal neighborhood customer!!

Good flavors...however, weve been going there for a year +. The gal working the register today, at Pearl Street, informed us after the purchase that they dont fill the quarts up to the top...and they raised the price...tim to move on...

The best ice cream I’ve had in Denver! They take Covid very seriously and pre-package everything so if you order ice cream on a cone it comes disassembled (cone was in one cup, ice cream was in another cup) which we weren’t aware of when we ordered. It made it difficult to have the ‘ice cream on a cone’ experience and we gave up altogether (plus the garbage bins on nearby streets were overflowing wit WAY too much waste from Sweet Cow). So 5 stars for taste & Covid safety, 0 stars for environmental impact.

What an awesome AWESOME awesome ice cream shop!!! I just love the colorful squishy cows for children. They are super cute. We had a wonderful ice cream shake and a pineapple sorbet. The sorbet was Incredable and super tasty. The shake was good also. Every one working there was super happy and pleasant. We have to stop here for ice cream every time we are in Boulder.

They always have a huge selection of flavors and seem to have something for everyone (non-dairy / vegan options). All the flavors Ive tried have been delicious. Their shakes are absolutely the best!

We love so many things about sweet cow, the flavors change out & there are usually 2-4 no lactose options. I should specify that the no lactose are really yummy with great texture and those flavor options also change out frequently...but not tooooo frequently. :) We also really enjoy seeing the staff & they seem genuinely happy to be there & ready to help you satisfy your craving! It’s a great space to gather with my kids after school & just enjoy the sweet things in life.

Delicious ice cream with a slight variation on store flavors. I found this shop to be clean and the staff pleasant. It reminds me of a number of similar shops by different names in various cities all over the United States. If you are looking for a great ice cream that doesnt bring a serving of guilt afterwards, Sweet Cow may be your spot!

This is by far my favorite ice cream place. Every flavor Ive tried has been spot on to what it is supposed to taste like. For example the peeps, any cereal flavors, coffee, peanut butter, and really anything else taste exactly like the food it is supposed to be, in ice cream form. I have never been so impressed with ice cream flavors. Opinion aside, the staff is young and energetic. They are very sweet and if you wanted to try every flavor on the menu that day, they would be patient enough to let you. They are always helpful and knowledgeable most of all.
