Theyre ok... not as good as I thought. First impression so-so... more so just a cookie nothing to write home about. Not my thing. I couldve made this at home... kind of tastes like frozen commercial cookie dough you buy at the store. A box of 6 = $12.50, gooey and not too stable, and no I didnt buy pizza thats grease from these bad boys.

Who doesnt love a warm cookie fresh from the oven. Its like a hug, but only better since hugs have no taste. These cookies are amazing! So easy to just put your order on on the app and then pick up. Sweet satisfaction in one small box...or big box, whatever you order. Yum!

The cookies are good, but not amazing. They’re also on the small side given how much they cost. Online ordering system isn’t the best. I wish they’d have more variety for the non vegan cookies

Great customer service. Ordered online from out of state as a gift. Called the store to comfirm some questions and Lucas was super friendly and very helpful. My Daughter got her treat, on time at her job, it was so fun to suprise her. Would definitely do it again.

I liked this place for a few months but it has really gone down hill. Most orders are wrong and you’ll have to wait 2+ hours for your cookies. When you email about a wrong order, they’re happy to replace your order, which then never comes. They don’t seem to care about losing business—even a $100/month customer. PS—looking for an ice cream sandwich? They’re not ready made like they show on the menu. You’ll have to put it together yourself (with the wrong cookies). Save yourself the trouble and get something from the store. The convenience and quality aren’t worth it for the price.

I love their cookies, staff are okay, but never order online because they take forever to deliver and they delivered to the wrong place. Never bothered to contact me for help once which is how this all happened in the first. Waited a couple hours for cookies that never came. Disappointing.

It’s good, but not dependable at all. About half of the time you order they’re out of a large number of items and you don’t find out until after you place the order and pay. The order is also incorrect or missing items way too often. A copy of the receipt is attached to the box when they deliver, so I’m not sure why it’s so difficult to make sure that the items in the box match what’s on the receipt.

Honestly this place is just not it. First off, the entire business model is to deliver cookies late for when you have INSOMNIA. However, the close at 12? Few young people go to bed before 12. Nonetheless, I tried to order delivery to my house which is 3 minutes away from the store at 11:46. However they refused to do that since it was 1 minute past 11:45 which is when they cut off delivery - even tho their website says they deliver until midnight. I then tried to order pickup, but they would not let me order pick up since it was after 11:45. So really the place closes at 11:45. I tried to order on UberEats, which said I had 11 minutes until delivery was cut off. But after I placed my order, the store canceled my order because they were “closed” (by this time it was 11:47) Plus the online system is just straight up terrible! And if you have issues with it, you can’t even call the store. You can only call an operator who doesn’t even know what state your in.

You can find better tasting cookies at the corner gas station. Ridiculously overpriced

Stopped in today and tried the blueberry cobbler cookies and I have to say its one of my all time favorites. Such a flavorful cookie.

The cookies are so awesome, hot right out of the oven, you gotta try them. Whenever I bring these home to the family, I get a lot of smiles!

Pretty low quality. Im guessing a Sysco truck just drops them off every week and they heat them up. Also, how is CASH not accepted? is that even legal? Pretty classist if you ask me, not all of us have credit cards, and/or just wanna buy some cookies with spare cash.

This is a good place if you have an extreme sweet tooth. Its the DU area. I mostly come here for birthday cookie cakes or for ice cream sandwiches. The cookies are usually pretty fresh, the staff is friendly, and service is good. Only problem is parking, but thats true for just about every place near hear. Give the a try.

I couldn’t buy a cookie unless I ordered it on the app. I tried to order 24 cookies and the app wouldn’t work. So I asked the guy at the counter if I could just buy 24 cookies or at least buy one cookie for my kid. He said, “No.” then explained you can only buy with the app. 3 people walked out while I was there. There are losing a lot of business. What a shame we couldn’t buy anything today at 3pm.

Needed to get a hold of someone because my friend was treated poorly by a female employee with a tongue piercing and partial red hair, unknown name as she refused to provide. No calls were answers for 30 plus minutes/ waste or time paying for parking.

This storefront does not honor store coupons. Not only did the staff not realized the store had coupons, but no one even attempted to correct the order. Be careful; they scammed me out of 6 dollars and one cookie. I brought this to the staffs attention when I picked up my order. They had no clue what I was inferring.Ive spent a nice chunk of change at this particular location. Trust that I will never patronize this company again. One would believe that small businesses would want to provide top-notch service - think again.

As seen is previous ratings, I had a similar horrible costumer service resolution. Their cookies are tasty, but if you encounter a problem, dont expect any 5 star costumer service. Their response is condescending, and they do not offer any resolution. Do not recommend returning business

Cookies are great. Ordering online is a pain and then when you call it connects you to a customer service person who isn’t even at the store location. It’s a headache. If you’re too high just go to voodoo doughnuts.

I really want to love insomnia cookies, what a great concept, just pop in and grab a cookie. I love cookies. But their cookies always disappoint. They are too sweet, and just nothing special about them. For a place that specializes in cookies I want my mind blown. Especially for $4 per cookie. I can spend $4 at sprouts and get a whole box of cookies that taste about 25% more interesting.

I love going here. Its really nice at night, although the parking space can get kinda cramped. Their cookies can stay warm in the box, and are very soft and just melt in your mouth.

When I ordered cookies my order was wrong. The cookies were warm but I was disappointed to have not gotten what I wanted.

Has sadly gone downhill. When they first came out their cookies were soft and thick and chewy. Ordered delivery for the first time last week and some were underdone and the one I was truly excited about, the oatmeal chocolate chip, was overdone. Extremely disappointing. Over an hour wait for delivery time as well.

The only cookie store I know that’s open until 12am and it’s so good! Super warm cookies and they have ice cream.

Either save your money or go to another location. I’m not one to write reviews but I’m really unhappy with my service. This isn’t even my first time and I can tell you the other time I went wasn’t too awesome either. But this takes the cake. My friend and I put in our order at 9:23 on the dot. It said our pickup time was 9:45. So we drive around and circle back at 9:50 and I call the curbside pickup number 4 times with no answer. I walk up to the door where two other people informed me they’ve been calling and knocking on the door for a few minutes with no answer. I finally knock on the window for about 30 seconds and a very unfriendly man answers the door and just asks for everyone’s name. He gives the two men their order and when I ask for mine he only had HALF ofMy friends order. Which is literally two cookies. I told him this wasn’t all of it and he gives me an attitude and tells me to wait 10 more minutes that my order isn’t ready. So I went back to my car and gave him 15 mins instead. I go back to the window and two young girls tell me they’ve been calling and knocking and again.... no one was answering them. So again I continue to knock on the door. The guy comes back up to the window and basically tells us he’s had so many orders that we need to wait. By this time is literally almost 10:20. I put in my order an hour ago. He finally comes out with my order just hands it to me and just turns around and locks the door and doesn’t even acknowledge the two young girls behind me. I’m not one to complain and I understand they were busy but I was extremely unsatisfied with the male worker and his attitude, I’ve worked in food service and this guy was just too rude.

Cookies were amazing, but they did get my order wrong. Make sure you double check your order before leaving! They were very nice about fixing my order.

Just ordered, Sam was working. My order was perfect and on time for pickup. Cookies are warm soft and perfectly cooked I live on Broadway. And I will be back this was 10/5 star experience forsure ! Its 2am just got off work and couldnt be happier.

Really gone down hill. This place used to be amazing, recently has gone down hill. 2 deliveries over the last 2 weeks didn’t make it to my door. Maybe I was fool, but I should have made sure they refunded my first order they failed on. I gave them another chance, again another fail. I guess we will find out if they ever plan to refund my money. Hopefully someone who cares will look at the recent bad reviews and look at this locations performance.

Best ice cream sandwich youll ever have! I had heard about this place from 2 or 3 friends and always thought, A cookie shop? Whats the big deal? Went there for the first time today. I get it now. The cookie is warm, the ice cream is soft but not melting. Both are super-high quality. Very impressed!

Quick trip, in and out within minutes. Great service, great product. Went to Pita Fresh originally next door, got really bad service and ended up leaving with nothing, went next door to insomnia, and was relieved I had no issues and it was very pleasent. Well, Pita Fresh lost a great customer and insomnia gained one. Will be returning soon! :)

My favorite part is that the cookies are served warm. Second favorite part is theyre open late. I like the Broadway location a lot but my only time at the university location was a HUGE turnoff. I felt rushed out, maybe they were understaffed or something with the virus but Ill stick with broadway!

The best part about this place is that they serve the cookies warm. The flavors are basic, and the prices are definitely more than what they should be, but warm cookies are pretty much always going to be good. They also offer brownies and ice cream, but I can’t speak to those as I haven’t tried them.

Hello! My friends are here right now because we decided to go try Insomnia Cookies and see what all the hype was about! We came in excited and were taken aback by Stephenie, who didn’t even bother to say hello or make eye contact, and simply asked us “did you choose?”. I ordered the strawberry cheesecake ice cream (that barely had any taste and I ended up throwing away after a few bites) and my friends were still debating, and Stephenie was extremely rude and cut them off and rang me up without asking if we were paying together, if we wanted a few minutes to choose, etc.- simple questions anyone in the customer service industry would have asked. My friends ordered, and she went straight to the back. I wanted to order one more thing for my friend that was coming, but I thought it rude to ask her to come back up to the front, as she made it apparent she was not in the mood to help.Cookies and ice cream were terrible, customer service even worse. Definitely won’t be coming back!

The cookies were amazing the staff was terrible. The gentleman taking our order was more worried about his playlist. He actually left the register in the middle of our order so he could change songs. The kid who selected the cookies we ordered had no business working in any establishment, extremely rude no people skill. I feel bad that the owner has people like this working in his establishment. Once you get people who have a work ethic and who value the company they work for and represent I feel like this business will attract every type of personality out there. The idea is brilliant, the location is perfect you need worthy staff.

She seemed annoyed with all the customers and questions they asked. If she doesnt like her Job I suggest she look for a new one. I didnt get her name but shes the one with the nose ring.

11/16/18 - Wow, good customer service is becoming more and more rare. I walked into this location of Insomnia Cookies to pick up some snacks for later and was made to feel like Id thoughtlessly interrupted the cashiers nap or GOT binge. She made it obvious that she was not pleased to take my order. She huffed her way into the back to get boxes and tossed them on the counter. When I asked if Id done something to deserve her attitude she rolled her eyes and continued to shovel overbaked cookies into the box. When she started putting the wrong cookies into the box, I corrected her. Shed clearly not listened to my order and was angry at me for her mistake. When I asked to speak to the manager to let him know about the poor customer service I was receiving, she told me the manager was not there. When I asked her name she responded, Im not going to tell you. What she forgot was that her name is on the receipt. So Alexandra, I hope this review of your bad attitude and rude behavior is a wake up call. I hope your boss reads this and tells you to get your act together. You might think about cleaning the place too. It was a pit. I probably wont be back though. There are other options for good cookies and friendly people who want to sell them to me.

The last three experiences I have had with the Denver location have been absolutely horrible. Most recently (tonight) our order appeared on the tracker to be baking for an hour. When we called to check on status, the customer service agent told us the cookies were out for delivery and we were next. Another hour went by. We called and were informed that our order was still at the store and it would be another 65 MINUTES until they would be delivered... On top of that, the customer service rep this time instead just offered to cancel our order instead of do anything to fix it. We could have gone to the store and made cookies from scratch in the two hours we waited just for our order to be cancelled. Not impressed by any means.

Y’all need some more durable spoons. Trying to eat one of your admittedly delicious ice cream cookie sandwiches with one is like trying to trim a hedge with a pool noodle

Cool concept but they really under deliver on the delivery experience. 20-25 estimate on a weekday ended up being 45 minutes and the cookies weren’t warm. If you’re spending $3/cookie the experience is what you’re paying for and they let you down

My favourite munchies spot

Had an awful experience here. Two people where working and no other customers where in the store. Despite an empty store, i was barely acknowledged my entire time in there. After ten or so minutes, i i le without my food. Would not Recommend!

Meh. Ordered twice. First was a 2 hour wait before i called HQ and was told they were running behind. 3.5 hours after ordering i got my cold cookies. Got a coupon for free cookies. Ordered the other day, got here in about 45 mins but again were lukewarm/cool and the order was messed up and two cookies were about half the size as the rest. Not great for sharing.

These aren’t your ordinary cookies, they are so much more. I was overwhelmed with the menu at first, but the manager went above and beyond to help me, which I appreciate. Will definitely be back.
