Very professional; and courteous person helped me ver the phone...had no problem answering any of my questions. Got to the store and everything was exactly as described. Will def use them again.

Shopping for appliances should always be this simple and straightforward. Dante answered all of our questions and didnt hover over us while we were looking for the right laundry set for our home. Stop in and save yourself a huge chunk of cash. The website doesnt have all the items that they keep on hand.

I wanted a reliable, basic unit and all my neighbors favorite washing machine repair guys suggested Speed Queen. Mo in the new section showed me a basic Speed Queen but pointed me toward the used section ... where I found a 3-yr-old commercial unit (heavy duty, bigger capacity) Speed Queen for about half the price! Speed Queens are rated very reliable but expensive so by purchasing a used one at less than less-reliable units new prices I expect to get an extra five years of use for a better unit at a better price. We shall see, but its nice to have these boys in the hood.

I purchased one of the more expensive refrigerators at the Evans location. The employee helping us failed to mention there was a missing drawer.When the refrigerator was delivered, the delivery guys were also confused by this as if it were not a regular occurrence for these used appliances. We documented this on the delivery papers and I called the store for a new drawer, replacement refrigerator, or refund. Not having the drawer dramatically lowers my resale value if I were to ever need to sell this fridge.My options were to trade in the fridge for one of a lesser or greater value. If the fridge was of a greater value, I would have to pay the difference. If the fridge was of a lesser value, I would get no $$ back...Therefore, I would either be spending more money or receiving a lower valued fridge for the same price that I paid. This does not seem right or fair. The price Affordable Used Appliances was willing to refund me for the missing drawer was $31.25. Replacement drawers are selling from $80-$130 online.All options from Affordable Used Appliances to make this situation right fall short of a fair exchange.-Pay more for a higher valued fridge.-Receive a lower quality/priced fridge for NO $$ back-Receive a $31.25 refund for a $80-$130 part.As I did not have the funds to spend more money on the fridge, I opted for the $31.25 refund. The communication in attempting to actually get the $31.25 refund has been terrible.

Terrible. Went to buy a washer and dryer set and was told I’d get it delivered in a week. The day of the delivery I received a call letting me know they weren’t going to make the delivery due to an employee mistake but they could in two days. The two days passed and I received another phone call letting mw know that the dryer wasn’t ready. I rescheduled for a week after that the day if the delivery came and I didn’t receive call or a notice but the washer and dryer wasn’t delivered. I finally went to the store to ask for a refund because at this point it had been 3 weeks since the purchase date and 2 weeks since the promised delivery date. The employee that helped me with refunding my money told me that they had me rescheduled for another week out and he had no clue why that was. Do not recommend at all.
