Staff really work hard at the registers, stock was better than many other locations, big show room and store was clean.

To be honest, I dont shop here much . I usually just grab patio umbrellas here. Over the last decade, Ive gotten 3 that were exactly the same make & model. This last one faded horribly in no time and broke in 4 months, an obvious lemon. So I schlepped it back and was told sorry without a receipt, no can do. I even pulled up my bank statement showing the purchase. Most stores have software that tracks purchases, or store managers who make it right...not here,.

Big Lots is cyclical. Sometimes, the store is really clean; today, not so much. There were hardly any customers, so they could have cleaned. Also, ALL the sanitizing supplies were EMPTY! No excuse!

The cashier was awesome. They didnt have another air mattress so she looked it up and found one that did.

I never really have a bad experience shopping here. Even if for some reason what I want is out of stock, there are 90 other things that I didnt know I wanted till I walked in there.

This store used to b my go to. No more. No prices on products, very frustrating n inventory is sparce. Never have curtains. So tired of going to this store for nothing, literally.

Had a manager Amy from the southwest plaza location called another location to see if they had a bookshelf in stock. I love when they will be willing to call other store for the customers. So when we went over to the store that had the bookshelf, we asked the cashier for the bookshelf that was being held for us and she looked at her pile. She looked co fused at first, when we said another store called and had it put on hold she smiled ans said let me call the manager. While waiting she was talking to us and was asking how we were. I appreciate when cashiers are able to have a friendly conversation with all of their customers.

This store is the closest big lots to us. We normally drive out of way to go to a different big lots. This big lots always seem to be in a disarray. We only come to this big lots when it close to closing time and we know we cant make it across town to get to the other big lots.

Seems to have all those little things. Yet it has things you wouldnt think of. My new goto for certain stuff👌👌

These guys charged me for bags. 10 cents each. TGEY ARE NOT LOCATED IN DENVER AND CANNOT ENFORCE A DENVER CITY ORDINANCE. They may have a Denver address but they are physically located in Arapahoe County.

This store in any way can be a discount store. Not when there are sectional sofas for $1,500. Was so surprised. Cant wait to go back.

News story today that this place is charging bag fees unless you bring your own bags. They have a Denver address but are in Arapahoe County, so not actually subject to the ordinance. So where does the fee go? Watch your receipt.

Furniture selection was great. We went in looking for a couch for our living room and found exactly what we were looking for at a good price. Their deli every option was a lifesaver too, and saved us the process of having to rent a truck or borrow one from a friend. I would highly recommend browsing their furniture section before spending twice the amount at a furniture retailer!

Had to buy a canopy, which broke the first time I used it. The biggest problem I had was that the location was not well stocked. In addition, the staff didnt seem to know where items were located. However, I give them credit at least doing there best help me locate things.

Oh my gosh! Its huge! Wow will be shopping there a lot. They have so much that could not go down every isle possible. Cant wait to go back again. Five stars plus. Service is great. They had the fan I was hoping to get and it was at a reasonable price. Plus they had storage containers at reasonable prices too.

Good place to get something that you may want or need at a discounted price. I would recommend it, however they sell out of certain items faster than you may think they would. Nice store and many different items for your home and family. They even have items for 25%-75% off all over the place! Keep your eyes open for the discount stuff. It might just make your day.👍

I went to this store to look for slippers that were suppose to be on sale. There was some furniture like tables, chairs, beds and others items I did not see. I got some nice slippers on sale for ten dollars. I also managed to find a recliner, that was on sale. I got a good deal on it, because it was a show item. There were no more of these particular chairs in stock, so I got a discount, plus this item was already on sale. There are food products, hygiene, house cleaning, laundry products. This is not a fancy store. But it was spacious and clean. The workers were pleasant.

Store is pretty clean since the revamp, and customer service seems to have improved some. Still somewhat of a nightmare to find what youre looking for (same product will be stocked in two completely different aisles), and inventory is scarce.Somewhere in between a Walmart and a Dollar Tree, overall one of the better discount stores Ive been to.

Great place for deals. Just watch what you are buying tho. Some of there products lines are lousy in my opinion mostly the electronics. They do have excellent bedding accessories for a good price. Otherwise it is a good store for those on a fixed income.

Im only giving a 3 cause the paper towels Ive been getting from there for almost 2 years theyve not had in a while and might not keep them in there new renovation. Yet I really wish they would cause its the only ones Ive been able to find in there on package I use them at all my clients houses that way there fresh and no bacteria or anything may get one them I bring into there homes. So please bring them back. Can send pictures of them as well.

Basically every big lots is a 3 star experience.That being said. The only real reason Im leaving any sort of review here is because staff absolutely refused to make any sort of effort to check their outdoor cameras when my bike was stolen from this parking lot. More effort was put into basically arguing with me about how their cameras didnt cover the area in question and blaming other stores in the shopping center. (Was told to check in the thrift store because maybe they picked it up thinking it was theirs. Not sure why the thrift store would think a bike chained to a rack was theirs.)If youre in this shopping center and something bad happens in the parking lot, dont come to the only building on the strip with outdoor cameras. Cause they dont care and they will make sure you know that.

Big Lots is a honey hole for house items. Think Hobby Lobby decor meets TJ Maxx HomeGoods meets close to thrift store prices. Mirrors, rugs and backyard/gardening items are a real find here.
