Love this place and the people who work there. The showroom is always clean and we are always greeted when we come in. The tile selection is beautiful and unique. It takes about 2 weeks for the tile orders to arrive, but it’s worth the wait. Recommend highly.

Super disappointed today with the customer service here. In an attempt to expedite some countertops for a customer of mine, I drove for 8 hours from utah to get some slabs. Once there I was told that they would not load my truck because it would take 4 people from what they were already doing and they were unwilling to spare the time. They also tried to tell me that it wouldnt be safe for me to take them. I was willing to take extra measures to ensure safety and take all responsibility for the slabs, however they refused to load my truck. I Left empty handed and am now in the process of trying to get a refund for my material. Super frustrated, not sure Ill ever suggest this company to another one of my customers.

I have a really hard time making decisions and visited Pental an embarrassing amount of times. Each time I was there, Ty, Mark, JD, and they guys who pull the slabs ( which was multiple slabs each time I was there), were extremely helpful and patient and provided service with a smile! I highly recommend Pental surfaces and will be back for my next remodeling project!
