I worked with these guys on a few projects and I would not recommend them. They were never good about honoring there proposed schedule. It was impossible to get them to come back to finish the details and it was always some story of why they couldnt do what they said they would.

Very easy to work with, great value and price, and work was completely quickly. Id recommend these guys.

The new granite looks great in my kitchen, however, this review is more about the customer service. They had my appointment on the calendar wrong and despite calling every number I could find for this place, no one answered or returned my voicemails. I finally heard via email and they had the day wrong. Then the workers were late when they actually did come and they were supposed to bring a sample piece and a window sill piece and when I asked, they didnt know what I was talking about. I still have yet to see the sample piece even though I have been told multiple times it would either be dropped off at my house or I could pick it up. This was promised before the physical job started. In one of my emails with the person I was working with he said, I dont understand why you have to make things complicated Amanda. I was being thorough and wanted them to follow through with things.I was threatened with late fees on the invoice even though they didnt follow through with providing the sample piece like they had promised and the due date was wrong on the invoice. I recently asked to get a granite piece for the kitchen island but now am being ghosted and havent heard back to get that piece. Granite was installed well and looks beautiful, but dont use Giza if you want a good customer service experience and people who follow through with promises.

Great experience with Giza Stone when i replaced my kitchen counter tops. They were fast with numbers, and efficient with the install. The crew was friendly and helpful. Id definitely call them again for future needs. Thank you!!

Im a hard person to impress but they went above and beyond on our countertops. I highly recommend them for their affordability, professionalism and attention to detail. Even gave us a discount on 2 large vanity tops that match. None of the previous quotes from other installers even came close to the price Alex gave us. 5 Stars all the way!

I highly recommend Giza Stone Works!. Alex is very knowledgeable with any / all questions you may have. He and his partner installed the most beautiful countertops in my kitchen and I couldnt be happier. The quality of their work and the granite is top notch. They cleaned up all of their work material, including vacuuming when they were done and left my kitchen, garage and driveway immaculate. The total turnaround time was totally reasonable (10 days) and the actual install only took about 3 hours. The cost was very competitive. You cant go wrong with Giza and Alex.

This was the third house they have done for me and as always, a great job and a great price.

I recently had some custom countertops created for my basement. We were absolutely thrilled with the outcome so we decided to remodel our kitchen, and have granite countertops installed. Alex and his team are amazing. They are quick to respond, and did a fantastic quality job.

Great looking countertops at a competitive price! Install was very clean and professional.

We hired Giza Stone to do new countertops in our kitchen, and two bathrooms as well as to tile our kitchen. This project ended up lasting 6 months and we had a lot of bumps along the way. In the end they made some of the issues right.We just tried to sell our house and found in the inspection the electrical was not up to code. They of course told us that they would pay part of the costs (what their electrician would have charged and who we no longer trusted). Surprisingly that check never arrived.

We had a large project in some apartments we own. Alex, and his team did an excellent job. He also gave us a discount due to the volume of granite for the countertops, and it was very much appreciated. I highly recommend them for all remodeling, and countertop needs.

This review is delayed because we just decided that we arent actually going to sue this guy. Giza Stone Works worked us over and messed up everything they touched. We ordered a specific tile for our kitchen, had an agreement With Alex on price and everything, and then he called us about 6 weeks after He ordered it and said he didnt actually order it because he was wrong on the price and that he wasnt going to be able to cover his payroll if he did it. We were waiting the entire time with the expectation it was ordered with our kitchen completely ripped apart. This delayed our kitchen project by about 4 months while I had to hire a new contractor after they just ghosted Us after this all happened. He said he was going to refund us $1500 of our payment for work that was never completed and 15 months later its still not here. These guys are liars and thieves and to top it all off they arent good at what they do and we are still dealing with things they messed up. Do not use them and I am happy to speak with anyone who is thinking about using them.

These guys are great! They made my kitchen look amazing. They installed my cabinets, granite and backsplash, couldnt be happier. Georges attention to detail is superb, he was there from beginning to end helping me make decisions and making sure that things were getting done. Great customer service and great quality, nuff said!!!

I had someone come out to give me a quote and then I never heard from them again. I even sent an email to follow up in case they didn’t have the right email address or phone number and still no response. Why come out and give measurements and then never send the quote? Poor customer service in my opinion. I shouldn’t have to follow up multiple times to get an estimate that I still never received.
